Hootingham-Gore and his annoying Bad Karmours... Help?
Ok, so this is my team...
Minstrel, Lv. 37
Priest, Lv. 33 (she died a lot... :S)
Martial Artist, Lv. 37
Mage, Lv. 36
I've tried to defeat him like five times and each time my party have been completely wiped out!!! Is there something I'm doing wrong?! I use Kasap or Sap on his bad karmours but they end up taking off like a half of our HP each, and before my priest can Moreheal Hootingham casts Swoosh or something and we all die.
Can anyone suggest some armour/weapons/techniques to help me defeat this stupid owl thing?!?!
Make sure you have good equipment. I think Upover and using alchemy are your best bets right now.
Hootingham is a spellcaster, so you should cast bounce, or better yet use Magic Mirror to reflect his attacks back. Magic Mirror is gained by allocating skill points to your shield skill.
I'd recommend taking out the Karmours first. They will sometimes guard Hootingham, and their physical attacks will not be impeded by Magic Mirror.
This should work, but I'm not sure if Magic Mirror reflects healing spells. If it does then you should alchemise some special medicines, too.

CHange one on your team to a gladiator or warrior to kill the karmours, and one to a vocation with the bow (MA, ranger, sage). Bow ability "conjury conductor" prevents enemy from using spells, so that should take care of hootingham
