Has Sellma Sold Out?

I did the quest and as a reward Sellma joins your party. But she's only a Priest lvl1. Is she suposed to be an other claas witch I don't have? Because I think it's a pretty lame reward.

No. The only real benefit to these bonus characters is that they do not count towards your 8 person total at the tavern.
These characters are nothing spectacular, they're more like easter eggs.

Answer

The reward is that by having her join your party, you get access to her clothing. This is needed to complete your wardrobe.
