Why can't Riolu destory the blue reflect in Almia Castle?

I did it couple of times and all I get is a question mark.

If you only have 1 Riolu, you need to have 2, after, go to the Save Machine, there will be a boss up ahead, It's Lucario.

You need to have two riolu to break the barrier

U will have tohave 2 riolus : one at the right side of the ice block maze and one at the left side of the iceblock maze

Get two riolu as partner and go two statue riolu. After beat frosslan.
