  1. Power XXXXXX items give 4 of the EV indicated in the description in addition to the EVs from the Pokemon you fight. Macho Brace doubles the EVs from the Pokemon you fight. However, Power XXXXXX items give 8 of the EV indicated and Macho Brace quadruples if your Pokemon has PKRS condition or had it at one time (PKRS effect is permanent).

    Example
Defeating a Starly, which gives 1 Speed EV normally, with...
...Power Weight gives 4 HP, 1 Speed EVs
...Power Bracer gives 4 Attack, 1 Speed EVs
...Power Belt gives 4 Defense, 1 Speed EVs
...Power Lens gives 4 Sp.Atk, 1 Speed EVs
...Power Band gives 4 Sp.Def, 1 Speed EVs
...Power Anklet gives 5 Speed EVs
...Macho Brace gives 2 Speed EVs

  1. It would just give 4 EVs in HP and 1 EV in whatever the pkmn you defeated normally gives from what i understand. Say you defeat a Gastly w/ the Power Weight, it would be 4 HP EVs and 1 SA EV(if the pkmn that defeats the Gastly has pokerus then it would be 2 in SA).

  2. It gives 4 extra EV'S in the stat the power item is for. So if you were going to get 2 speed EV'S and you had the power anklet on, you would get 6 EV's instead. You get 4 extra EV'S in the stat no matter when kind of EV'S you would get normally and you get 4 EV'S for each pokemon you kill. Not each battle. Look at Kraleck's answer for what each power item does.
