If you have a shiny pokemon, and it evoves is it still shiny?
Lets say you have a shiny Chimchar and it is able to evolve into Monferno, will Monferno be shiny too?

Of course it is.
Yes it will be. Take for example my shiny Starly, it evolved into a shiny Staravia.
