Perfect IV Action Replay Code?

Is there one and if there is, please tell what it is or give a link to it.

For now I am not using HP, TR, or Gyro Ball.

"Perfect IVs" are not always a good idea. For Hidden Power, all IVs being odd numbers will always give Dark Type. If you use Gyro Ball or Trick Room, Speed IVs must be 0 or 1 for the best result. Plus, odd numbered IVs give the same result as the even number before it, anyway.

There is one (I don't know what it is), but if you use Hidden Power, Trick Room, or Gyro Ball, don't bother with it.

There may be codes to set the IVs individually...
