Where can I find the HM fly?

I realy need it cuz it takes me soooooooooooooooo long to get to town after town after........................

After beating the Gym Leader Chuck in Cianwood you talk to the lady outside the gym and get Fly

travel to cianwood on the west side of johto and beat the gym leader,Chuck.when you leave the gym,talk to the old lady right outside the gym.

When you go to Cianwood city, You have to go to the gym. Beat chuck and go outside. He has a Lv. 29 Primeape and a Lv. 31 Poliwrath. A lady outside will give you fly. Hope this helps. A lady automatically gives it to you when you walk out.

After you beat Chuck and exit his Gym, his wife wil give you HM02 Fly.
