Unlockables

  • Unlock Shooting Star Rockman

    To unlock Shooting Star Rockman for regular play, you must first complete the ElecMan.EXE scenario. After this, you will be placed in the Shooting Star Rockman/ClockMan.EXE scenario. After completing this part of the game, Subaru Hoshikawa will give you the "Shooting Star Data," which will allow you to switch between Rockman EXE and Shooting Star Rockman in the "Rockman" menu.
