Where can I find the device when i am the robot thingy?

im at the last location, theres guards everywhere and i cant seem to find the device! HELP!!!

Answer

Make your way through all the tunnels, etc until you get to the garage. Go up to the big door and switch back to 'soldier' mode.

The squad will blow the garage door and go in.
