I forgot to get the axe, now what?

So i have the hammer and all is good but then it slips my mind to check the board in Konohana when its spring and its already fall in my game. So i still don't have it and i keep checking so i was wondering how i should get it now? Does the request come back? Or did i lose it forever? :,( Your help is greatly appreciated!

I always go and look when i think about it but i never saw it....so....yea...

Answer

The axe will show up, try befriending Sheng, the guy in the panda suit. Check the board whenever you can. These types of requests usually come up once a season.

If you forget it, check next month ex: if the quest in spring, then U miss the quest, then it's summer. Check Fall. (it happens to me)
