What the hell?

I just have my Rigor Mortex with Max Level and having Wicked Waltz.
When Great Godbird used on me, it deal 1100-2000 to me..
When I USED IT, ONLY DEAL 250-400??!
What is this!@#$%^&

Wicked Waltz is Attack based or Wisdom based?

The lesser HP I have, the more damage I'll deal.

Where did it happen? When did it happen? What are your stats other than the fact that you have max level (lvl 100)? We need more information.
