Where can I scout a Balhib?

If it's not possible, tell me the easiest synth recipe.

Magmalice + Firn Fiend + Golem + Gold Golem.
Or get Balhib by winning Poole as a prize.

to synth, you need to first synth a magmalice (necropolis) and a firn fiend. (cragravation(storm))
A golem (bemeusoleum) and a gold golem. Then take the resulting 2 monsters and synth them together for a Bahlib.
