STATUS

The chances for an egg to be shiny are still 1/8192 or 1/1366 if using the Masuda method. The amount of eggs hatched doesn't matter, since it's all luck.

Look at it this way

---

You have a Bag With Balls numbers 1-10 You want to draw a 9

You have a 1/10 (10%) chance to draw it on the first try

in Accumalitive Percentile you would keep what ever Ball you pulled aside and draw again with a 1/9 (11.1%) Chance, with each pull the Chance Increasing until you Got the 9

In Repetitive Percentile (which is what almost all Pokemon Percentages are) You would throw the First ball drawn Back in the Bag and you will still have a 1/10 chance on your next pull

---

The Pokemon Games almost exclusively use Repetitive Percentiles. So every Egg has the same 1/8192 chance unless it was bred using the Masuda Method
