Where can I find the fishing rods?

I don't know where the rods are, and i need help finding them.

You can only get Super rod in the game, They have taken out old rod and the other one i forgot.
You obtain the Super rod after you beat the game, Once you continue your save after you start your game again, an inspector will ask you to help him find the seven sages. Accept his offer and you will then receive the Super rod
