EV training with EXP Share and Power Items?

Im trying to EV train my shuckle with 252hp, 252sp.def, and 4def.

Ive already completed the 252 HP. Now im gunna start going into the 252 Sp. Def. But because Shuckle cant really fight for itself yet ive been EXP sharing with my Braviary. So i gave Shuckle the EXP share while Braviary kills pokemon.

Since i heard you can only really EV train on Frillish that give only 1 Sp.Def EV point... i really want to speed the process..

I dont have pokerus yet and i have the Power Band. So, do i give Braviary the Power Band? Or does it not work like that. Please help and Thank you!

Also if you know any other good Sp. Def training spots that would be really helpful =]

Your shuckle gets the experience that Braviary gets, so putting the band on bravairy would be the right thing to do, the shuckle will get all the expirence the power band gives Braviary.

I've had a lot of experience using Lucky Egg and EXP share. With EXP, bonuses do not get added until after the base amount of EXP is distributed. I would assume the same is true for the EV points.
