Lucario:
Dragon Pulse
Shadow Ball
Aura Sphere
Psychic

Good enough, you can keep as it is. If your Lucario has a good Sp.Atk stat and/or Nature, keep those moves.

Just replace Shadow Ball with Dark Pulse. The chance to Flinch comes in handy sometimes! You can get Dark Pule via Heart Scales Move Tutor in Mistralon City

Keep aura sphere but replace pychic with close combat because lucario needs a good physical move keep dragon pulse.But u need a steel type move for lucario!Its steel/fighting type!Try flash cannon.
