Difficulty Setting
At the game menu, hold Left to begin on level 10 difficulty or Right for level 20 and then press Start.

Stage Select (1 Player B Mode)
At the game menu, highlight "1 Player B", hold B and press Right the same amount of times (plus 1) of the level you want to start in. For example, Stage 10 = Right 9 times + 1.
