Company Info: Bungie was formed by Alex Seropian and Jason Jones in 1991. Originally based in Chicago, it later moved to San Jose, California. The company was purchased and brought under Microsoft in 2000. The company has become synonymous with the Halo franchise, as well as the Microsoft Development Studios.
