Short answer: No. GameFAQs does not link to personal sites or fansites. If you are looking for a partnership or to advertise on GameFAQs, there are appropriate links for both on the bottom navigation bar on every page of the site.

You are more than welcome to link to any page on the site with a ".html" or ".php" extension on the site without permission or advance notice, so long as your site does not place the GameFAQs site in a frame or misrepresents the content as not coming from GameFAQs.
