"Get this game if it is possible!!"

My name here on GameFaqs is Mr Asterix. I took that name just because of this great Game Boy game.
Most of you have not even heard anything about this game. It is an adventure (the idea is like a Super Mario game) with Asterix who is going to help Obelix who have been kidnapped. The journey starts in Gaulia and the first enemy you meet is a wild boar which Asterix strikes and the wild boar transformating to a roast (typically Asterix & Obelix).

A typical thing for this game is ''secret keys''. If you smash an A-block and got lucky to have a key on the screen, you must run fast and take it. It is not unlike the underground pipes in Mario games. If you do it, you will come to mini level where you can take extra lives, stars, pots or wings (I will describe these items in a later part of this review) without risking your life.

When you have passed one level and makes a B-jump (you press the B-button to run faster, and you will be able to jump longer) over a cliff you will come to a bouns level. In the bonus level you can catch wings (Wings make you alive, and if you got hit 4 times and have not got a new wing you will die), pots (one pot is worth 10 stars and when you have collected 50 stars you will have an extra life) and extra life (the extra lives has the form of a diamond). Level 2-1 is a really annoying level, and it is hard to try to take every extra life, stars and wings and getting alive out of there.

After Gaulia you will come to Helvetia. Helvetia is a icy and snowy place. The Snowmens in these levels are one of the most annoying enemies I ever meet.
After you have passed Helvetia you will come to Egypt. In Egypt you will find some real heavy armed soldiers. Egypt is the hardest place so far...
Beacuse if you have finished the levels in Egypt you have come to Rome. The last level in Rome is so hard you won't believe it! Last time I played Asterix I had 27 extra lives before the last level in Rome. When I finished the level I only had 3 extra lifes left before the last boss.

The last boss is not so hard. But if you put the last level and the last boss together is it a very good comination. the boss dies after 5 hits and after that it's just to pick obelix up and go home to Gaulia and celebrate.

Graphics: 8/10
Not the best, but I really like it.

Sound: 7/10
Not the best here either, and if you starts to die sometimes in a level you will be annoyed of the music and you'll probably turn the music of. A good thing with the music is that it's a new song in every new level.

Gameplay: 10/10
This is the part of the game I like best. The gameplay is just perfect.

Entertainment: 10/10
If you have beat this game once you probably get tired of this game, but I can not stop playing it. I have finished Asterix in 45 minutes in normal and it takes about 1 hour to beat it in hard.
It's not any long, but it is not so short either.
