Mew?!

Is there a way to get a Mew, without bug, cheat, etc? There are some issues that we have to complete the pokedex first, etc etc but I don't think any of them is right.

By the way, I've already had a mew, using the Nugget Bridge Bug, if you know what I mean, but this doesn't satisfy me since i get it using a bug, or is this the only way?

The only way to get a mew propperly was go to a pokemon event when the game came out. there are other ways such as using a cheating device eg. gameshark and the 'bug' you already know sorry :(
