Where do i find the Earthbadge?

I need to find the Earthbadge

The Earth badge is obtained at the gym in Viridian city that has been locked for most of the game. It will open after you have the other seven badges.

Beat all gyms except for Viridian, the second town, Go there and the guy will move. And inside you will find......well find it out yourself.

You get the Earth Badge from Viridian City after you've defeated all the other seven gyms. Before you get the other seven badges, the gym leader isn't at the gym in Viridian City, but the leader finally arrives once you get the other seven badges. You should be able to tell what kind of Pokemon are used at this gym based on the badge you get. Get ready and have fun.
