    This guide was written using the PlayStation 2 version of Tom Clancy's Splinter
    Cell on Normal difficulty and it may differ from other systems versions to the
    game. This game is also available on GameBoy Advance, GameCube, Original XBOX,

    2. Walkthrough

    2.01 - Training

    CIA Training Farm, Camp Peary, Virginia
    October 7th, 2004, 06:01 Hours
    
    Turn the camera to your left and then to the right as instructed by Lambert.
    Once that is done turn the camera up to the ceiling and then down on the ground
    in front of you. Once the camera tests are completed head straight ahead to
    either side of the sloped area so you are standing on one of the two yellow
    marks and jump up to grab the ledge above.
    
    Shimmy over to the opening and lift yourself up on to the ledge above, then
    drop down the other side. Climb the ladder on the right side and then use the
    zip line at the top to get to the next platform. Use the pole to slide down to
    the ground and then low crawl underneath the barbed wire.
    
    Turning to your left you will learn how to perform a split jump and drop down
    to knock out enemies that walk underneath you. In the next room jump up to the
    pipe and go across until you reach the hole in the wall, you will then have to
    lift Sam's legs to pass through. Turn to the right and climb over the fence
    just like you would the ladders.
    
    Squeeze against the wall and work your way across the really narrow area, you
    can not be crouched down while attempting this. Now climb up the pole and slide
    down the ladder on the other side. Now you must run at an angle to the wall
    with the yellow marks and then press jump off the wall to jump again so you are
    heading in to the low wall and grab it. Lift yourself up and go over the other
    side. Head in to the door and save your game to move on.
    
    October 7th, 2004, 06:44 Hours
    
    Open the door in the corner of the room and enter the next room. You will now
    learn how to pick locked doors with your lockpicks. Once you pick the lock head
    in to the next room and sneak up behind the man in the room. Grab him and
    interogate him for the code to the next door. "28469" Once you get the code
    knock him out and go to the keypad to input the number.
    
    In this next room you will need to grab the enemy like last time but now drag
    him over to the retinal scanner and force him to use it for you. Once the door
    opens knock him out and proceed through the next door. Now equip your gun and
    shoot out the lights so the camera can't see you. Head through the door and put
    your back against the wall, shoot the camera around the corner and proceed to
    the next door.
    
    Now you must sneak through the shadows while avoiding the camera on the wall.
    Wait until it is pointing the other way and sneak across the lit area to the
    dark parts. Wait for it to pass by and proceed to the corner ahead where the
    door is in the darkness. Head in to the next room and knock out the guard to
    your immediate right. Pick up his body and take him to the pitch black spot
    quickly back around the corner to drop it off. Wait for a second guard to come
    through and check your work. Once you pass go through the door the first guard
    was standing at and move on.
    
    This last room is about sound. Stay crouched and hop down the first platform.
    Stay crouched and leap up to the next platform, and crouch back down. Leap to
    another platform level and crouch back down. Now slowly navigate through the
    smoke screen and slalom through the three chains hanging from the ceiling.
    Quietly wrap around the bend and very slowly cross over the broken glass. Enter
    the doorway to finish your training.
    
    October 7th, 2004, 07:29 Hours

    2.02 - Police Station

    October 16th, 2004, 20:01 Hours
    
    As soon as the level starts crouch down, look up at the balcony ahead to see an
    enemy pacing back and forth. Quietly go up the wooden stairs to the right as
    you stay in the shadows and then wait for the enemy to walk the other way.
    Quickly jump up to the ladder on the wall and climb it so you aren't spotted in
    the lighting.
    
    Now crouch back down on the roof and make your way straight up to the top. Open
    the trap door that should be just to your right and drop down inside. Turn on
    your nightvsision and crawl through the tunnel to the opening. Climb up the
    pipe and zipline across the street to the burning building ahead.
    
    Open the door and go left to open another door and make your way around the
    fire. Head down the hall and start going down the stairs as the ceiling in the
    hallway collapses. Go down the flight of stairs and go in to the open hallway.
    You will need to jump up and grab the pipe overhead to shimmy across the gap in
    the floor. Now turn left as instructed and head through the door. Exit through
    the other door on the left wall and head up the stairs.
    
    Enter the door and head over to the left to find the contact trapped under an
    air duct. Head over and talk to him and he will tell you some information
    before dying. You must leave the building and now locate a Black Box. Head out
    the door behind you and turn left. Enter the door to your right and shoot out
    the windows on the ceiling. Enter the other door on the side wall and save your
    game.
    
    October 16th, 2004, 20:28 Hours
    
    Exit out the next door and go around the balcony. Go to the end and jump up to
    grab the pipe and cross over to the other balcony. Crouch down and sneak up
    along the path to come to an opening on the right. At the opening pick up the
    can off the ground and throw it in the corner to the enemies left. He will then
    walk a little ways over to it, looking around for what made the noise. Silently
    sneak over to him and knock him out.
    
    Grab his body and move it in to the corner near the opening you came from and
    then go over to where you threw the can. Pick it back up and wait in the bushes
    for another enemy to come out from inside the building. Once he is outside
    throw the can across the area to the other bushes to distract him and silently
    sneak over to knock him out. Once both of the enemies are taken care of head
    inside the building.
    
    In the first room access the computer just to your right when you first walk
    inside. Now head through the rest of the house and head to the left wall of the
    last room. Slide the picture frame on the wall to reveal another computer and
    access it to get the code to the door "091772". Head out the door and use the
    zipline to the left to get across the street on the roof of another building.
    Head around the corner inside the building and jump to the elevator cable.
    Slide down to the elevator and open the trap door to drop down inside and save
    your game.
    
    October 16th, 2004, 21:02 Hours
    
    Pick the lock on the door and head through to an alley. Sneak around the
    balcony and pick up the glass bottle just before heading down the stairs. Sneak
    down the stairs and then wrap around to the right in to the shadows. Now throw
    the bottle down the stairs behind the enemies talking to the civilian on the
    bench and one of them will head your way. Hide in the shadows and sneak up
    behind him to grab him. Use him as a shield or knock him out, then take out the
    other police officer.
    
    Head along the path to go up the wooden stairs and inside another building.
    Back outside you can sneak across the courtyard to the bushes and the red light
    to locate an open air duct on the ground and you will enter a hidden room. Take
    the 5.72mm Ammo and medical kit off the table, access the computer. Sneak back
    outside and stay in the bushes to find a police officer near the fountain. Wait
    until he comes close and give him a headshot or sneak behind him to knock him
    out, hide the body.
    
    Now go to the right through the previously locked gate and you will reach a
    Check Point. Continue down the alley and wait in the dark spot just before the
    covered corner area so you can wait for the police officer to stop. Wait until
    he turns around and walks away to sneak behind him. Duck inbetween the two
    dumpsters and wait for him to head past you again, but don't move just yet.
    Watch the corner for a second guard to come up and turn around before
    continuing.
    
    Sneak up behind him and take him out, take his satchel, then sneak down the
    rest of the alley. When you reach the covered walkway jump up and grab the edge
    so you can pull yourself up above. Crouch back down and sneak across
    undetected, once at the other end drop down on top of the enemy to knock him
    out. Wrap around the corner and head through the gate. Get on top of the
    dumpster and jump over the wall to save your progress.
    
    October 16th, 2004, 21:29 Hours
    
    Sneak over to the building and head down the stairs. Open the door and go
    quietly inside. Sneak down the hall and you can split jump to stay in the air
    and wait for the police officer to come back and drop attack him. Once he is
    knocked out take the body back outside and place it under the stairs. Sneak
    back down the hall and wait at the corner for another police officer to walk by
    the door around the corner.
    
    Head in to the room on the left and turn off the lights. Access the computer in
    the corner and then wait at the door to wait for the police officer down the
    hall to move back in to the room on the left and then back out again. Sneak
    down the hallway after him and knock him out. Stash the body in the room behind
    you and continue down the hall.
    
    Wait at the window on the left before heading in to see where the civilian is.
    When he goes enters this room and goes to the left wall sneak in and
    interrogate him. Next access the computer in the room just before the morgue
    and you will learn that there is a security camera in the room. Open the door
    behind you and shoot out the camera through the curtain. Enter the room and
    grab the medical kit as you update your objectives locating the bodies. Exit
    the room and leave the lab to the hallway. Turn left and enter the door to save
    your game and enter a stairway.
    
    October 16th, 2004, 22:06 Hours
    
    Sneak up the stairs and enter in to the hallway. Shoot out the light in the
    office to make the police officer get up and investigate the problem. Take him
    down and access the computer along the wall. Now walk out in to the waiting
    room and knock out the civilian that will start to run around. Head up through
    the back hallway and go upstairs through a Check Point.
    
    Sneak in to the office and grab each of the two police officers at there desks
    and knock them out. Take there bodies to the dark corner and access the
    computer along the back wall. Enter the door closer to the stairs you came up
    to access another computer and then enter the door to the left of this one.
    Sneak in to the security room and go through the curtain slowly. Get up behind
    the police officer and knock him out. Head back downstairs and leave through
    the double doors that were once locked to complete the mission.

    2.03 - Defense Ministry
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    
    Georgian Defense Ministry, T'Bilisi, Georgia
    October 16th, 2004, 23:01 Hours
    
    Once you are briefed on your next mission move forward and go to the single
    exaust pipe by the opening of the roof. Start Rappelling down the wall and
    swing in to the window of the book room. Sneak around the corner and wait in
    the darkness for the enemy to go in to the other row of shelves and look at a
    book. Go in and knock him out, taking him to the dark spot if he isn't already.
    Shoot the camera above the exit door before you leave the cover of the shelves.
    Access the computer and then leave the room.
    
    Head around the corner to the next door and check it with the Optic Cable to
    wait for the police officer to walk away from the door. Sneak in to the dark
    area and stay off to the side waiting for the police officer to come back.
    Place him in the shadows and then sneak down the rest of the hallway towards
    the next police officer facing the other way. Take him out and hide him as
    well. Use the door on the left side of the hallway since the other door is
    jammed.
    
    In the stairwell head up and grab the medical kit off the planks. Now head down
    the stairs and shoot the cameras on the walls every two floors. Once you reach
    the Check Point open the door and shoot the camera on the right wall. Head to
    the left and sneak along the wall and wrap around towards the car. When you
    reach the first car shoot out the camera on the wall off to the right.
    
    Sneak around the corner as the driver heads to the corner to pee on the floor.
    Sneak up to him and interrogate him. Knock him out, leave the parking garage,
    and then head back up the stairs. Once you reach the hall turn to the left and
    enter the previously jammed door. Upon entering the room aim straight above the
    door and shoot out the camera. Access the computers in the room and then climb
    on the other desk to access the vents above, save your game.
    
    October 16th, 2004, 23:41 Hours
    
    Crawl through the vent and quietly drop in to the walk-in freezer. Sneak over
    to the door and activate the switch on the wall to turn off the lights inside.
    Wait until the police officer leaves after spitting in the food and knock out
    the chef. Drag him in to the freezer and exit the kitchen quietly. Grab and
    knock out the police officer watching the security cameras and drag him to a
    dark place.
    
    Head down the hallway to the right and go down the stairs as you pick up some
    enemy radio talk. They need a colonel to open a door with a retinal scanner.
    In the lower room watch the two police officers below and time your descent
    down the left stairs. Sneak around the back of the stairs and grab the officer
    that is standing near the desk. Knock him out and place the body under the
    stairs. Now sneak over to the other police officer and take him out, move the
    body under the stairs in the shadows as well.
    
    Access the computer and then get over to the shadows underneath the stairs
    again before the colonel sees you. Wait until he goes to the computer and sits
    down to go grab him. Drag him over to the retinal scanner and then knock him
    out. Head in to the room and go through the Check Point. Staying in the shadows
    peek around the corner and shoot out the camera.
    
    Open the double door and sneak over to the left behind the hedges, equip your
    microphone and aim it at the elevator as they take it up. Keep it aimed on the
    lift as it reaches the top and the conversation will eventually end. Stick to
    the shadows and head along the left wall, grab the medical kit on the wall to
    the left of the doors ahead. Watch the walkways for the guards and then quickly
    dart across to the other side and climb the wall just inside the shadow. Save
    your game at the top of the fence.
    
    October 17th, 2004, 00:14 Hours
    
    After the cut scene quickly head over to the right in to the shadow and stick
    in the corner or shoot to the left in to the closet and turn off the light. Use
    the Optic Cable to make sure the guards have moved away from the area. Get back
    over to the elevator and activate the switch to get in. Activate the panel on
    the right and hit the up button.
    
    When the elevator doors open quickly sneak out and head left to pick the lock
    on the office door with the Disposable Pick. Turn off the lights and sneak over
    to access the computer. A guard will be walking shortly through the hallway you
    were just in so you need to move quietly. Get on top of the desk and jump up in
    to the venting system, heading to the right if you were to face the back wall.
    
    Drop down to the floor and shoot out the camera straight down the hallway. Now
    head around the file cabinets and enter the storage room. Note that you can
    head around the corner of the hallway and go in to the room on the left to take
    down three guards and access a computer for extra storyline. Turn off the light
    in the storage room and grab the 5.72mm ammo box and medical kit. Now climb up
    the ladder to the roof.
    
    Head across the roof and jump up on to the ledge near the single exhaust pipe
    and rappel down the wall. You can either jump out and land on the window to
    break in and quickly equip your gun to shoot the guard or slowly walk down to
    shoot through the glass. Once inside the room place the body in the back right
    corner by walking in between the two desks and then shoot out the light. Access
    the computer and then slowly walk off the ledge to hang around until the guard
    leaves. Once he is gone pull yourself back up and access the computer again.
    
    Exit the office through the door in to a Check Point. Head left and use the
    door on the left side of the hall to enter the stairwell. Go down the stairs
    and quickly leap straight ahead down the steps to land in the darkness as a
    guard runs down the stairwell. Wait until the guard already on the roof walks
    by and then head around the corner to the open elevator shaft. Jump over to the
    pipe on the back wall and then descend down to the parking garage below. Head
    over to the left and reach the point where you met with the driver earlier to
    talk to your contact.
    
    October 17th, 2004, 00:51 Hours

    2.04 - Oil Refinery

    GFO Oil Rig, Georgian Waters, Caspian Sea
    October 27th, 2004, 09:38 Hours
    
    Climb the ladder and head to the right to carefully start crossing the pipes.
    On the catwalk jump up on to the pipe above and shimmy over the bar ahead. You
    will then get an enemy transmission saying they see enemy forces and are going
    to blow the bridge immediatly. Stand up and leap out to the beam on the right
    to shimmy forward and around the corner to drop on the platform below.
    
    Crawl along the pipe to go underneath the red metal piece and then on to the
    platform on the other side. Jump up to grab on to the zipline cable and slide
    down the line. As you slide down the oil rig will start to blow up, go under
    the big pipe and climb the pipe along the side. Hop on to the large pipe and
    then drop down inside it. Quickly crawl through the oil and you will intercept
    another transmission saying that the technician with the encryption key has
    arrived, continue through the pipe and save your game.
    
    October 27th, 2004, 09:47 Hours
    
    Climb the ladder on the cement slab and open the trap door. On the outside stay
    out of the sight of the technician on the catwalk ahead and climb the ladder on
    the middle row of pilars all the way to the right. Head around the catwalk
    above and climb on to the metal box. Use this to reach the pipe above your head
    and shimmy across to the other side. Wait for the enemy to be below you and
    drop on his head to knock him out. Head up the stairs and save your game along
    the way.
    
    October 27th, 2004, 10:03 Hours
    
    Another large explosion will happen thanks to the Air Force as the technician
    makes his way down the path. Sneak after them slowly and take out the soldier
    waiting by the fire straight ahead. Turn right at the intersection as you
    follow the technician through the tunnel. Sneak around to the water tank and
    activate the switch to create a lot of pressure on it. Quickly go behind it and
    wait for the soldier to start working on it to sneak around the outter area and
    hide behind the last machine.
    
    Take down the soldier once he returns to guarding the doorway and then you will
    hear the bodyguard to the technician say the door is blocked and they have to
    turn around. Wait for them to walk by the door and go down the hallway. As they
    head down the hallway you can grab the medical kit off the table and another in
    the back cooking area. Your new objective now is to retrieve the laptop since
    the technician used his encryption key.
    
    Leave the kitchen and go around the outside to wrap around to the right and
    reach a Check Point. Climb up on the red machine and then jump up to the pipe
    on the ceiling. The bodyguard will be shooting all over the room as the
    technician runs out of the room. Drop down on the shelving and give the
    bodyguard a headshot from up top. Drop down from the shelves and start sneaking
    up the stairs after the technician.
    
    As you head up the stairs stop before you poke your head out so the guard
    running by doesn't see you. Take out the guard and get his Satchel for a data
    stick and then head up the stairs to kill the other guard firing in the sky to
    get another data stick. Head back down the stairs and go around the building on
    the side to find another set of stairs leading down. Head down it and quickly
    wrap around behind it to hide from the guard on the other side of the fence and
    then take him out.
    
    Head through the gate and take the door on your immediate left after the
    technician. Go behind all the machinery and use the door back here and turn
    left. A timer will now start up telling you how long you have left to live if
    you can't complete the mission. Just past the water on the left you will find
    the technician, interrogate him and then knock him out, take the data stick,
    and finally the briefcase to finish the mission.
    
    October 27th, 2004, 10:21 Hours

    2.05 - CIA HQ
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    
    CIA Headquarters, Langley, Virginia, USA
    October 31st, 2004, 22:19 Hours
    
    Head forward in to the shadows and go around the corner, wait for the CIA agent
    to walk by ahead and move forward in to the next shadow area. Watch out for the
    next employee to exit the room on the right to head straight over to the room
    on the left. Stick to the side wall and another CIA agent will appear further
    down the hall and walk past you to the corner to look around. You can quietly
    sneak over and knock him out if you wish.
    
    Sneak in to the room on the right while the employee makes some copies in the
    other room and access the computer for the Technical Services room code "7687".
    Head down the hall leaving the employee in the copier room alone and wait for
    the CIA agent to walk past in the shadows so you can take a left turn at the
    intersection. Enter the security room and access the computer for the code to
    the Storage Room "2977". Pick the lock on the small storage room and get the
    items within. Once the CIA agent at the counter is done talking to the other
    employee sneak up behind him and knock him out to get a data stick off him. On
    the stick you will learn that the server room code is "2019".
    
    Head back down the hallway staying inside the shadows and avoid the CIA agent
    checking the hallway. Head down the hallway and duck behind the vending machine
    on the right to avoid the man walking around the hall. When he walks away head
    inbetween the vending machines and wait for him to access the door on the right
    and goes inside. Sneak over to the open door on the left and wait for the CIA
    agent to walk towards you and then to the corner.
    
    Sneak in and knock him out quickly so the employee that went through the keypad
    locked door doesn't come back and see you. Place the body in the shadows and
    wait until the maintenance guy heads back in to the keypad locked room. Now
    head down the rest of the hall and wait in the shadows by the supplies closet
    for the maintenance guy to come back and get supplies. Sneak in and knock him
    out, turn off the lights to hide the body.
    
    Go over to the keypad and use the Technical Services room code "7687".
    Immediatly turn off the lights and hide from the CIA agent that comes in the
    room to investigate. Sneak around him and either knock him out or just get out
    of the room through the opposite door. Access the computer to get the code to
    the Battery room "110598". Use this very code on the door next to the computer
    and enter the Battery room and a Check Point.
    
    Slowly head down the stairs and wait for the second maintenance worker to start
    moving towards the back. Head down the rest of the way and sneak up behind him
    to knock him out. Place the body quickly in the shadows and then wait for the
    third maintenance worker to look the other way. Sneak up behind him and knock
    him out, placing the body in the shadows. Head through the door at the end of
    the hall and go down the steps.
    
    Head up the stairs in to a storage room and take the SC-20K off the shelf along
    with the Sticky Camera and Air Foil Round. Use your new gun to shoot out the
    camera near the door and then use the keypad with the  Storage Room code "2977"
    to access the next door and save your game as you enter it.
    
    October 31st, 2004, 22:50 Hours
    
    Sneak down the hallway and wait in the shadows for the CIA agent to walk away
    and then come back to get a soda out of the vending machine. While he is at
    the machine sneak up to him and knock him out. Take the soda can off the bench
    and then sneak down the hallway taking the hall to the left. Stop in between
    the offices and the server door to your left. Look in the offices to the right
    and you can find an employee and a CIA agent walking around. Wait until the
    employee heads in to a cubby area and the agent walks away from you. Grab and
    knock out the agent. Next go for the employee and knock him out, his data stick
    reminds you that the Main Server room code is "2019" if you didn't get it off
    the CIA agent earlier.
    
    Access the two computers in this office and then head across the hall. Don't
    worry about the lasers, they only take away static electricity. At the end of
    the hall enter th next doors to go in to a Check Point. Now head through the
    door on the left using the Main Server room code "2019". Shoot the camera
    against the opposite wall and then head back out and to the other door. Use the
    same code and enter the room.
    
    Look down the sides of the catwalk and wait for the employee to walk around
    clockwise and underneath the first bridge path to enter the main server room.
    Head across the catwalk and go down the stairs, turn to the right and wait at
    the corner for the employee to re-enter the room. Quickly enter the main server
    room and access the computer to get the Weapons Testing Department code
    "110700". Once it is accessed head around the tower to the left and wait for
    the employee to enter the room. Sneak around and back out of the door, up the
    stairs and out of the server area.
    
    Get back out in to the hallway and head to the left continuing on. Head up in
    to the shadows just before the first restroom door on the left. Wait for a CIA
    agent to leave the restroom, follow him and grab the can off the bench to the
    right. Wait in the shadows for the CIA agent to pass by you again and continue
    on your way quietly.
    
    When you reach the metal detector with the CIA agent at the post throw the can
    past the window. The CIA agent will then get up and investigate what happened
    by walking down a hallway behind his post. Crawl in to the window and drop in
    silently, followed by turning the lights off. Head back near the window but
    stay in the room and get your gun ready with a Sticky Shocker to shoot him with
    as he returns.
    
    Head in to the room sticking to the shadows you will have to get past two
    armored cameras and another CIA agent that is heading towards the room through
    the door straight ahead. Wait for the camera in the center of the room to pass
    by you and then sneak underneath it, keeping the column inbetween you and the
    other camera. Now wait for both cameras to be looking a different way as you
    head to the corner in to the shadows to hide from them and the CIA agent. Let
    the agent in to the room and wait for the cameras to look away as you head in
    to the door.
    
    Head down the hallway and get down the stairs. Stay along the left wall and go
    underneath the armored camera. Shoot out the light in the ceiling and then use
    the keypad to input the number to the Weapons Testing Department "110700" to
    enter the door through a Check Point. Wait for the CIA agent on the phone to
    leave the office before you leave the doorway. Head in to the office and turn
    off the lights. Wait for the CIA agent to come back and hit him with a
    non-lethal weapon, either the sticky shocker or the air foil ring to stun him
    and run up to grab him.
    
    Now head in to the side room, pick up the flares and access the computer. Play
    with the turret for a bit by throwing some flares down the range and watch the
    gun shoot them down. Also play with the computer controlling the gun for a bit
    if you feel like it. Pick the lock on the back door and call the elevator. Use
    the up button and then press the open button once you reach the floor.
    
    October 31st, 2004, 23:28 Hours
    
    Head down the hallway and enter the Media Room. Sneak to the opposite side of
    the room as two CIA agents review a tape. Quietly go behind the board on the
    left and wait until the standing agent leaves his spot. Sneak behind the
    computers and make your way around te perimeter of the room. Watch out for the
    third employee watching the tv screens in the other corner. Either sneak up
    behind him and knock him out or just sneak around the corner and get in to the
    hallway.
    
    Skip the door on the right and continue down the hall going around the corner.
    Quickly access the two computers and grab the two Sticky Cameras on the desk by
    the right computer. Wait for Mitchell Dougherty to leave his office and then
    sneak over to it. Turn off the light in case someone walks by and sees you
    through the window. Access the computer and leave the room. Head down the hall
    following where Mitchell Dougherty went and go through the Check Point.
    
    Head around the two turns in to the shadows to avoid the armored camera and the
    CIA agent sitting down at the opposite end of the hall. Head in to the
    auditorium and sneak straight down the left side past the center walkway
    staying in the shadows. Wait for the speaker to let them take a break and the
    employee in the center will move towards you but to the back of the room. Sneak
    back up and turn down the center. Carefully sneak to the other wall and watch
    out for the CIA agent on the wall. Turn to the right and wrap around the
    railing. Grab the CIA agent and knock him out, then pick the lock on the side
    door.
    
    Head in to the hallway and shoot the CIA agent sitting in the chair with a
    Sticky Shocker. Now continue on down the hallway, opposite of the CIA agent,
    and stick to the corner. Wait for the employee to move across the hall and in
    to the next room. Sneak past the cafeteria window and restroom door making your
    way down the hallway. Pick the lock on the office door to the right and grab
    the three Sticky Cameras. Access the computer to get Information Retrieval
    Service Door code "0614". Use the code "0614" on the door just outside this
    office and move on. Turn to the right and quietly open the door, grab Mitchell
    Dougherty and save your game.
    
    November 1st, 2004, 00:14 Hours
    
    Head outside and get in to the shadows before the CIA agent sees you. Sneak up
    behind him and knock him out. Take Mitchell Dougherty's body and bring it with
    you outside. Head down the catwalk and in to the door to the stairwell with the
    body. Place the body underneath the stairs and go back to the foot of the
    steps. Shoot the camera in the left corner by the open doorway and go inside
    the room.
    
    Staying on the left wall sneak in to the shadows and look to the right for the
    CIA agent guarding the area. Sneak over to the shelving along the wall that he
    is guarding and grab the Sticky Shocker off it to use on him if you don't
    already have one. Now go get Mitchell Dougherty and get him over to the door to
    move on. carefully descend the stairs and place his body on the elevator. Wait
    for the guard below to move away from the elevators sight and then activate it.
    
    Pick up the body and head behind the elevator to the bushes. Use the shadows
    to move around the area towards the parking garage. While the CIA agent is
    behind the elevator head down the ramp to the parking garage and wrap around
    the first corner. Place Mitchell Dougherty's body before the pile of glass on
    the ground and sneak around it. Get up behind the CIA agent and either use a
    Sticky Shocker or Air Foil Ring to get the upper hand on him to knock him out.
    Go back and grab the body to bring back to the extraction point and drop him by
    the others for a mission complete.

    Head in to the shadows on the left wall and move to the white van ahead. Wait
    in the shadows as two enemies make there way towards you. Shortly after one of
    them will head past the van looking around, give him a headshot to take care of
    him. Sneak around the front edge of the van and shoot the second enemy. Run
    over to the doorway ahead and enter it. Head up the stairs as the power goes
    out, this will kick off the card reader downstairs making you have to move on.
    
    Right when you enter the next garage level head in to the small room to the
    left to avoid being detected as the lightning hits lighting up the place. Take
    out your SC-20K and kill the three enemies in the garage area ahead. Check the
    bodies to locate a satchel holding a data stick. Head back to the door you came
    from and face back in to the garage. Walk along the right wall and go around
    the L6 wall to locate the door to move on. Enter it and climb up on top of the
    crates.
    
    Jump out the window on to the hanging crate just below the crane. Now move
    towards the crane and jump up on to the cable above. Shimmy across and save
    your game.
    
    November 1st, 2004, 01:33 Hours
    
    Once the game reloads you will start to slide really fast to the other side. At
    the end you will automatically drop to a ledge as you intercept enemy radio
    talk. Make a running jump over to the buildings ledge, then rappel off the left
    side to the skybridge below.
    
    Head past the window on your left to see the enemy right after they killed a
    computer programmer. Get on the skybridge and wait for the enemy to move to the
    far end of the skybridge. Shoot the glass ceiling and drop in silently. Kill
    the enemy and take his satchel. You will get the code to the metal detector
    door, "97531". Head through the double doors and use the keypad next to the
    door "97531" and enter the security room.
    
    Turn off the lights and move to the back door. Enter the server room and jump
    up on the low server piece along the right wall. Now get up on the higher part
    on the back wall to sneak across the machines and in to the ventilation system.
    Go through the Check Point and crawl through the vent. Silently drop in to the
    room and grab the Sticky Shocker and Disposable Pick off the table. Use the
    Disposable Pick on the door to the left of the fish tank and get inside the
    door to hide from the enemy that comes in to the room. Otherwise wait on the
    opposite side of the room from the fish tank and shoot him when he goes to the
    light switch.
    
    Head in to the hallway through the door the enemy came from and go behind the
    glass wall on the right side. Go behind the mine and out the other end, go to
    the corner and shoot the enemy. Take his satchel to learn how to get past and
    even take the mines. You can only grab them when they turn GREEN and can go
    past them very slowly. Go past the wall mine and in to the storage room to get
    a medical kit. Head in to the elevator and save your game.
    
    November 1st, 2004, 01:44 Hours
    
    Wait in the elevator for a few minutes so an enemy around the corner to the
    right will walk up in to the hallway and turn around to get some soda out of
    the vending machine. Quickly knock him out or shoot him and take his data stick
    from the satchel as another enemy enters the room behind you and opens fire on
    the computers. Sneak around the corner and flip the light switch to turn off
    the hall lights. The enemy that was shooting the computers will come out, kill
    him.
    
    Now turn down the hall to the right with the lights off and wait as two enemies
    reveal themselves. One of them will eventually notice the lights that are
    turned off and approach you. Kill him quickly and then carefully head down the
    hallway past the wall mine. Go in to the side hall to the left after the other
    enemy and enter the door.
    
    Inside take a head shot on him in the room to the left. Move in closer to find
    two surviving computer programmers and deactivate the wall mines for them. Once
    the mines are disabled get the Archives Department code "33575" off the
    programmer. Now head back to the small side hallway and move to the other door
    through a Check Point. Head out the door as a two and a half minute timer
    starts up from the bomb that is about to go off.
    
    Head down the hall to locate the Archives Department and input the code you
    were given "33575". Head in to the burning room and walk slowly past the open
    door with the wall mine on it. Head around the right edge and slowly leave the
    room past the next wall mine. Once you are in the hallway again head to the
    right and enter The Archives. Use a Disposable Pick or if you don't have one
    quickly pick the door. Climb and drop over the file cabinets and disarm the
    bomb. Now leave the room and continue down the hall to the left in to a Check
    Point.
    
    Wait in the shadows for the enemy in the room to the right just past the hall
    moves away from you. Head over to the light switch and flip it to turn the
    lights off in the auditorium. Go inside and kill off the two enemies guarding
    the area, then move down to the stage. Head around the right side and carefully
    jump up on to the ledge and hang off the edge as a cut scene starts up. The
    enemy gets a call saying you were spotted in the auditorium so two men run up
    the stairs you are hanging by. Either drop down on them and quickly shoot the
    second guy or wait until they get up to the auditorium and drop.
    
    Head in to the basement wrap around the right wall. Stand up and quietly wall
    squeeze past the machines. Look to the left to see an enemy waiting for you to
    come around the corner but since you are already behind him take him down. Turn
    the other way taking the ammo off the table and then activate the switch on the
    wall.
    
    Now quickly go back to the side wall and squeeze in between the sides as one of
    the enemies comes back downstairs. Wait a few seconds and then sneak back up
    the stairs before he finds the body of the other guard. Upstairs stick to the
    wall with the podium and snipe the second guard that is waiting up in the booth
    for you. Head up in to the booth and grab the satchel to get the back door code
    "1250". Now go over to the door and use the code on it "1250" then save your
    game as you open it.
    
    November 1st, 2004, 01:56 Hours
    
    Head along the shadows to the right and sit right in front of the steps with
    your gun ready. Wait for the enemy to come down them and use either a sticky
    shocker or a headshot to take care of him. Head up the stairs and over to the
    door. Use your Optic Cable to watch the enemy on the other side. When he heads
    away from the door sneak in to the hallway and shoot him. Head over to the door
    on the right and flip the switch to turn the lights off in the office. Take
    your gun out and shoot the enemy that comes through the door.
    
    Continue down the hall and pick the lock on the second left door. Inside you
    can find a Sticky Shocker. Head down the rest of the hallway to the clinic and
    talk to the computer programmer to learn that Ivan is on the 5th floor. Get
    your gun out and walk through the clinic door to kill the two enemies. Wrap
    around the hallway and access the computer to unlock all the fire doors.
    
    Head in through the fire door and access the stairwell. Head up the stairs
    through the Check Point and use the Optic Cable to make sure the two enemies
    are heading the other way through the room. Head inside and go behind the
    counter off to the right before they get the lights on. Wait for the two to go
    on there own ways and a cut scene will start up with the other enemy finding
    Ivan in the bathroom.
    
    Shoot the enemy still in the kitchen and then head through the door and to the
    left. Go through the hallway and enter the other bathroom to kill another enemy
    using the urinal. Jump up in to the ventilation system and move over to the
    other bathroom. Shoot the enemy before he kills Ivan and then hop down to talk
    to him. Leave the bathroom and head to the elevator to go upstairs and save
    your game.
    
    November 1st, 2004, 02:02 Hours
    
    Wait for the group of three to disperse and kill them off. Now head through the
    door and climb the drywall to get up on the ledge above. Go on the scaffolding
    and climb down the ladder. Head out the door and to the right, quickly hide
    behind the drywall stack on the right for two enemies to come out of the door
    ahead. Kill the enemy that comes towards you and then get the other. Now head
    through the door and get the Check Point.
    
    Head in to the room and slide inbetween the small space to the room behind it.
    Quickly kill off the three enemies in the room located at the top of the
    ladder, at the bottom of the ladder, and behind the forklift. Now head down the
    hallway in the back of the room and go through the door on the left for a Check
    Point.
    
    Head up the stairs and enter the next room. Kill the enemies that come running
    around the corner in the back left of the room as well as in the window near
    them as well. Head down the side hall where they came from and up the stairs.
    Go down the hall and crawl in to the ventilation hole to drop down. Save your
    game as you drop down.
    
    November 1st, 2004, 02:07 Hours
    
    Knock out or kill the enemy satnding in the room by himself. Now crawl out of
    the ventilation tunnel and use your Optic Cable to wait until the enemy moves
    out of the hallway. Enter and go through the door on your right. Enter the
    next room and pick up the can off the buckets by the door to the hallway. Throw
    it to make a noise near the door and the enemy right outside will come in, take
    him down. Now wait until the enemy just down the hall is away as well as the
    third enemy around the corner. Go in to the first door on the left and slowly
    sneak by the mine on the post.
    
    Shoot out the light in the bathroom to make the next enemy come in to
    investigate. Carefully take him down so the mine doesn't go off and then wrap
    around to the other door he was guarding earlier. Now sneak down in to the
    room and up to the next door avoiding the second Wall Mine. Kill the enemy
    inside the room and move in. Go through the doorway around the hall and you
    will get a Check Point.
    
    Wrap around the next door and go up the stairs quietly, then sneak in to the
    side hall with all the piping. Stay low to let the enemy walk past and then
    give him a headshot. This may get the attention of one of the two enemies below
    and they will climb the ladder in the corner of the catwalk. Get ready with
    your gun and give them a headshot as they climb up. Take down the third enemy
    as well and then head forward.
    
    Hop down to the plywood as gunfire and explosions start to erupt ahead of your
    position. Running as fast as you can head for the scaffolding by the burning
    crates. Climb the ladders and get to the very top. Now jump over to the roofing
    and kill the enemy shooting at your plane. Quickly turn around and two more
    enemies will be climbing the scaffolding after you and the plane, take them out
    with headshots. You must now get on top of the crate and leap out to the plane
    and grab on to its platform to finish the level.
    
    November 1st, 2004, 02:11 Hours

    2.07 - Nuclear Power Plant

    Nadezhda Nuclear Power Plant, Kola Peninsula, Russia
    November 6th, 2004, 19:50 Hours
    
    Sneak forward along the catwalk and turn to the right to get to the edge with
    no railing. Shoot out the camera ahead and then drop on the enemy below before
    he has time to react to the noise. Now turn around and head in to the fenced
    area underneath the catwalk. Wait off to the side from the window so you can
    see the guard outside it when he walks off to the left. He will then walk to
    the right and return to the window four times before leaving for a while off to
    the right. Take this time to slide open the window and climb through to the
    outside.
    
    Now sneak around to the right and go behind the piping off to your upper left.
    Wait for the enemy to walk by again and then move up to the generator to hide
    behind. From here give the guard ahead a headshot and then move over to the
    body. Stealthly open the door and stay inside the small hallway to keep out of
    sight from the enemy inside the hallway. As he heads down in to the storage
    room give him a headshot to take care of it. Turn off the light in the storage
    room and then pick the lock on the side door.
    
    Head outside through the Check Point and in to the door straight ahead. Grab
    the flair and turn off the lights. Leave the room back outside and climb the
    fence off to your left around the corner to get some Frag Grenades and ammo.
    Climb back over and climb up the red pole next to the door you went in. Now
    climb the second pole and wrap around to the base of the third. Wait for the
    search light to be right above you at its closest of two spots and then climb
    halfway once it moves. It will then come back at the very top and lower a
    little as it moves off again. Quickly climb the rest of the way up and wait in
    the corner just above the pipe. Once the light moves on and off the vent hole
    to your left quickly run over to it and jump in.
    
    Sneak through the ventilation duct and wait for the enemy above to leave. Once
    they say "later" wait a second and then jump up to climb out of the vent. Hide
    behind the fallen vent cap as an enemy approaches. Give him a headshot and then
    shoot the camera above the door ahead. This will make the second enemy
    investigate the situation, take him down as well. Now head through the door to
    be told that there are civilians working in the power plant, do not kill them.
    
    Take the medical kit off the wall to your right and pick the lock on the door.
    Drop down in to the ventilation system and head through the air duct. Drop on
    to the elevator and save your game to move on.
    
    November 6th, 2004, 20:22 Hours
    
    Some civilians will get in the elevator and take it down to the bottom floor.
    Hop off the side once they leave on to a ledge and then hop down the rest of
    the way so you don't get hurt. Crawl underneath the elvator in to a crawlspace
    underneath the walkway above. Move carefully as the enemy moves around above
    you. Get to the lower corner and the grate will have been lifted up. You must
    now wait until the enemy moves back down the hallway so you can shoot the
    camera.
    
    Wait for the civilian in orange to leave the hallway and the enemy will come
    back, take him out and then hide the body around the corner near the elevator
    doors. Wait out of sight along the side wall for the civilian to come back and
    work on the computer. Sneak up behind him and knock him out, then take his body
    over to the elevator as well. Shoot the camera straight down the hall and then
    sneak over to the grate opening to drop down again.
    
    Head through the crawlspace and a cut scene will start to play. Head through
    the Check Point and wait for Esfir to walk away from the steps on the right and
    along the platforms in the middle of the room. Sneak up the steps and wait for
    Esfir to come back over and grab him. Interrogate him for the Cooling Rod
    Control Room access code "560627" and knock him out. Place the body down the
    steps and then go through the sliding door.
    
    Wait in the darkness just to the right of the door you came in and wait for the
    enemy to come in to the hallway and then leave. Sneak up to the end of the hall
    and shoot out the camera. Wait for the enemy to come back and kill him, then
    sneak straight down the hallway avoiding the civilians in the door on the right
    side. Shoot the camera straight ahead and go down the side hall. Before
    accessing the door turn around the corner and shoot out the camera when it
    isn't looking at the door.
    
    Use the Cooling Rod Control code "560627" to open the door and head inside.
    Shoot out the security camera on the second cooling unit and then descend the
    stairs to the bottom floor. Sneak in the shadows along the platform and shoot a
    Diversion Camera on the right side of the second cooling unit. Use the noise
    button to make a whistle sound for the civilian to walk away from the camera.
    Once he gets up to the camera spray him with the gas button and he will get
    knocked out. Now shoot out the second security camera on the third cooling
    unit.
    
    Starting from the far left going right, activate all four computers to trigger
    the melt down. Go down the stairs and look back at the tall staircase as an
    enemy comes running down it. Kill him and head back up the stairs to the
    hallway. Go in to the hall where the security camera was and over to the now
    opened doorway to save your game.
    
    November 6th, 2004, 20:38 Hours
    
    Head up the stairs and wrap around the corner in the hallway. Before you go
    around the second corner throw a flare down the hallway to distract the
    automated gun. Head across the hall to the open doorway and sneak in to the
    boiler room. Sneak along the catwalk and take a headshot on the enemy that
    comes up the stairs. Now sneak down the stairs and get over to the technician
    to interrrogate him for information. Knock him out and take his satchel to get
    the code to the maintenance shaft "151822".
    
    Head back upstairs and climb in to the ventilation shaft on the wall by the
    doorway. Drop in to the office and take the flair off the halfwall piece. Go
    through the door and head left to the computer on the ground. Turn off IFF so
    the turret so everyone is a target and then it will open fire on two enemies.
    Turn the turret off and head over to the glass doors. Use the maintenace shaft
    code "151822" to access the door. Head around the corner to go through a Check
    Point.
    
    Before running out in to the office area throw a flare down the hallway so the
    automated turret shoots at it instead of you. Crawl through the glass ahead and
    stay againt the wall to reach the hallway on the left. Navigate through and
    then shoot out the camera above the door to enter it for a Check Point. Use
    your Optic Cable to see in the office straight ahead and make sure the enemies
    in the room aren't looking out the door. Sneak in to the hall and hide in the
    shadows. Headshot both of them when they are on opposite sides of the room so
    they can't hear you.
    
    Now head through the door on the left side of the room and wait for the
    technician to get off the phone. Grab him and interrogate him for information,
    then knock him out. Access the computer and then enter the door to the right of
    the computer and save your game.
    
    November 6th, 2004, 21:09 Hours
    
    Head through the room and enter the next room to get out on the stairwell.
    Sneak up the stairs and wait at the door until the enemy walks in to the room
    and leaves again, then follow him to take a headshot after he leaves the view
    of the hallway to the right. Stand at the edge of the hall and wait for the
    enemy in the next hall to come in and then turn around. Take a headshot on him
    to take him down. Use the computer to get some extra information and move on.
    
    Head down the hallway to reach a keycoded door, HQ will forward you the code
    to the maintenance shaft "795021". Use it on the door and enter through a Check
    Point. Drop down on to the grate and then slide down the pipe to the room
    below. Look for the two guards in the room and drop down to the floor and in to
    the metal shaft to avoid the enemy. Wait for the enemy to walk by an opening
    and kill him. Sneak around and take out the second enemy. Leave through the
    door on the side to finish the level.
    
    November 6th, 2004, 21:34 Hours

    November 11th, 2004, 20:13 Hours
    
    Talk to Coen and then go down the alley to the right and climb over the fence.
    Do not kill any of the guards, stay in the shadows as the enemy comes forward.
    Shoot him with a Sticky Shocker or sneak up and knock him out when the second
    enemy walks by. Now head out in to the street and knock out the second enemy.
    Head left to the burning barrel inside the building and climb the ladder
    inside.
    
    Head straight over tothe scaffolding and climb up the ladder. Sneak across the
    boards and silently drop on to the canopy. Shoot the enemy with a Sticky
    Shocker and drop to the ground heading forward. When the other enemy isn't
    watching head across the street to the dumpster and use it to hop over the
    fence.
    
    Head down the alley and go to the right to hide in what little shadows you have
    to use. Shoot one of them with the air foil to daze him and knock him out. When
    the second enemy is looking away sneak over and use another air foil on him to
    help knock him out. Then go around the gate and climb down in to the sewer
    system and save your game.
    
    November 11th, 2004, 20:50 Hours
    
    Head down the sewer and turn to the left to sneak down the tunnel. wait in the
    shadows for the two enemies to walk by and sneak after them to the right. Wait
    right before the intersection for the enemy to finish talking to the other
    enemy behind a closed gate. The enemy will then head across and stare in to the
    tunnel to your left. Sneak over to him and knock him out, then continue
    straight down the tunnel. Head in the shadows and trail the enemy ahead to
    knock him out.
    
    Wrapping around the lit turn and knock out the next enemy. Now climb the ladder
    through a Check Point and climb out of the hole. Sneak behind the curtain and
    wait for the enemy to walk over to the sewer hole as the other one just stands
    there. When he leaves again go over to the stationary one and knock him out.
    Now in the shadows further down the alley to let the other enemy walk past on
    his route. Grab him and knock him out to get to the ladder. Head across the
    scaffolding and jump up to the pipe above to shimmy over to the other side. Now
    jump up to the window and get inside the building.
    
    Climb the pipe in the corner and talk to the CIA informant above. Climb up the
    steps on he other side of the roof once you finish talking tothe informant.
    Rappel off the side of the building to the alley below and save your game.
    
    November 11th, 2004, 21:22 Hours
    
    Wait in the shadow for the enemy to walk out of the room on the right. Once he
    heads around the corner sneak in to the door on the right and hide in the
    corner by the dumpster. Wait for him to pass by again and then knock him out.
    Head down the alley and quickly sneak across to the scaffolding. Climb the
    ladder and go over to the ladder on the wall, jump up to grab it. Now carefully
    drop on to the scaffolding to your right and get in to the building.
    
    Sneak through the hall and wait for the enemy to stand outside the first door
    on the right. Walk outside through the Check Point and knock him out. Climb up
    on to the pile of pallets to grab the zipline above your head. Zip across the
    street and land on the awning. Drop down and go down the alley to the left just
    before the alley going straight and to the right. Hide behind the dumpster
    until the guard walks past and knock him out. Go to the end of the alley and
    double jump up the wall off the dumpster to save your game.
    
    November 11th, 2004, 21:56 Hours
    
    Sneak behind the van off to the right and wait for the enemy to come by, knock
    him out. Now head straight over to the truck stopped at the gate and shoot out
    the camera before you head next to the truck. Sneak past the truck while the
    guard checks the papers and get underneath the trailer in the shadows. Wait for
    the enemy to walk away and get against the wall to approach the next trailer.
    Go underneath it and wait in the shadows for the enemy to look the other way
    again and then head up and around to the right as you hug the wall in the
    shadows.
    
    Sneak down the side and in to the water straight ahead to not use the lit
    bridge. When the enemy behind you is walking away head through the kazeebo to
    the water. Get out of the water and back on to land to reach another Check
    Point. After the cutscene take out the laser mic and use it on the windows on
    the second floor to record the conversation. He will then head downstairs and
    get in to the limo, record the conversation when he is at the guard house.
    
    Once the limo leaves wait for the enemy to do a round of walking past you and
    back to the embassy. Wrap around the outside of the bushes sticking to the
    shadows and once the enemy leaves his post again to make a round circle around
    by running along the embassy and then over to the large cement wall ahead. Go
    to the right behind the guard house and climb the pipe to get over the other
    side. Talk to Coen to complete the mission.

    2.09 - Abattoir

    Wait for the enemy to leave the spot right in front of you and then climb the
    fence on your right. Head in to the little red room to activate the wheel to
    open the two windows ahead. After the cutscene wait for the enemies to be
    looking away as you wrap out of the little room to the next fence on the right.
    Once you get over drop in to the now open area to crawl forward. Hop out and
    enter the door on the other side when it is clear.
    
    Go past the computer as this does nothing and enter the next door through a
    Check Point. You will now hear a conversation about land mines, equip your
    thermal goggles to see them flash once in a while and slowly navigate through
    them. Kill the enemy on the top right balcony and then the enemy straight ahead
    next to the search light. Climb the crates to stay off the ground and get over
    to the dumpster to drop in. Get out of the dumpster on the right side and then
    move around the mines to the left side. Head across the dumpsters to the far
    wall to reach the door. Get on the dumpster and then double jump up to the
    small opening above to reach a Check Point.
    
    Head outside and stay on the beam to reach the yellow sign. From there jump up
    to grab the ledge behind the sign to shimmy off to the left. Drop back down and
    move over to the air ducts to jump up again to the cable above and shimmy over
    to the beam ahead. Drop down and then move over to the fence and climb over it
    locating the antenna. Activate the switch on the side of it and a cut scene
    will start up. Head under the stairs and wait for the enemy to come down, take
    him out.
    
    Take his satchel to get the code to the ceiling "770215". Head up to the door
    and pick the lock on the door. Go to the door on the right and use the code you
    just got to access the door and save your game.
    
    November 11th, 2004, 23:15 Hours
    
    Head down the stairs and open the door. Now climb on the barrel to reach the
    pole above you and shimmy across to the other side of the wall. You will now be
    in a bathroom with a man just finishing up as he walks to the sink. Head to the
    far end of the pipe and drop down on his head. Shoot a Diversion Camera on the
    wall and use the sound button to get his attention, then use the gas button to
    knock him out.
    
    Shoot the light in the hallway and move to the left. Keep shooting out the
    lights and then stealthly move in to the room to interrogate the enemy sitting
    at the desk. Go back out in the hall and drop in to the ventilation system to
    move on. At the end of the vent you will need to climb the leaking pipe up to
    an open vent on the side. Enter the ceiling and go over to the opening to drop
    on the enemy below, then elbow the other in the face before he can react.
    
    Head in to the freezer through the Check Point and equip your thermal goggles
    to see better. Wait for an enemy to come through the door on the right and kill
    him. Now head in to the large freezer room and go along the far left wall.
    Climb over the machine and drop down next to the automated turret and its
    computer. Deactivate the IFF to kill off the enemy and then deactivate the gun
    to safely enter the next room.
    
    In the small room wait at the doorway and shoot the enemies as they head past
    the door. A second enemy will run up to investigate, kill him as well. At the
    other end of the room throw a flare in to the room to distract the automated
    gun and jump over it, access the computer and deactivate it. Climb on top of
    the machines and snipe the enemy in the room to move on.
    
    Head through the hallway and kill the enemy in it around the corner. Once you
    reach the next doorway take out the enemy standing at the entrance, then
    another will run over to investigate; kill him too. Head in to the back left
    corner and drop in to the air duct to move over to a new room. Head down the
    stairs and kill the enemy down here. Use the terminal on the right wall to
    raise the gate, hop down and go through to save your game.
    
    November 11th, 2004, 23:37 Hours
    
    Head down the hall to the end and wait inside looking out the opening with your
    gun drawn. Wait for the enemy to walk in the room to give him a headshot. Now
    leave the stable in to the hallway the enemy came from turning left. Grab the
    flair off the boxes and head through the door on the right. Sneak over to the
    left turn and you will see two enemies talking to eachother. You can carefully
    sneak in to the stables and get in to the left stall.
    
    Climb up on the ledge in the back and shoot out the light on the wall to create
    some dark space. Crawl through and drop down in the stall near the enemies and
    go over to the computer to turn off the IFF feature on the gun to kill them
    both. Once they are dead turn off the gun and then bring the bodies in to the
    stall out of the way. Head in to the next stable room, skipping the first stall
    but not going in to the second. Throw a flare for the automated turret inside
    this second stall. Go in and deactivate it to move on safely in to a Check
    Point.
    
    Shoot the lightbulb and lantern to create some darkness and move over to the
    blanket opening. Turn right and go in the inlet on the left just before the
    next blanket. You will want to bring your body just past the blanket and then
    quickly get back to the inlet to avoid the two enemies walking forward. Wait
    until they are done talking and they will walk past you. Don't move until they
    walk back the way they came and sneak a little further down the hall after them
    to hide in the next inlet.
    
    Eventually they will come back, wait until they pass you again to move down the
    rest of the hallway and around the corner. Go through the third blanket and go
    in to the room on the right. Go down the middle of the room and deactivate the
    right turret, while the left turret is still active with the IFF deactivated.
    Head down the right hall and speak with the chinese hostages to learn more
    information. A cut scene will play as the enemy gets down in to the room right
    outside of you to take it back.
    
    Head back out to the main room and re-activate the guns with the IFF unchecked
    to stop the enemies in case they overwhelm you on the sides. Once you kill the
    two that come after you Grinko himself and a few others he drags with him will
    come after you. Once you kill off Grinko you will pass the mission.

    2.10 - Chinese Embassy

    Turn around and enter the walk-in freezer shooting out the lightbulb above. Now
    go to the door and use the Optic Cable, wait for the chef to eventually leave
    the kitchen. Eventually he will head out to talk to the two soldiers at the
    table in the restaraunt. Now head in to the kitchen and turn off the lights
    just to your right. Turn on your night vision goggles to buy some time to sneak
    over to the upper right corner of the kitchen and climb the ladder.
    
    In this upper room sneak over to the next ladder and climb out on the roof. Go
    across the boards and in to the Check Point. Push open the door and immediatly
    head to the right and avoid the enemy patrolling this building. When he comes
    in to the bathroom kill him. Head around the rooms to the balcony looking over
    the Chinese Embassy and climb the pipe to your right. From here you will grab
    on to a zipline and then fall off and grab the ledge automatically on the side
    of the building.
    
    Shimmy around the ledge and avoid going over the window when the persons shadow
    is standing at it. When you reach the other corner drop down to the ledge below
    and then climb the pipe to the ventilation system. Open the trap door and drop
    down in to the room. Shoot the light on the ceiling to create a dark area for
    keeping out of sight.
    
    Sneak down the hall on the left to the edge of the shadows to snipe the enemy
    sitting in the chair around the corner to the right. Now shoot out the light
    above the chair to make a larger dark area. Go through the curtain and turn off
    the lights, grab the medical kit off the shelf and then move inbetween the wall
    to shimmy across quietly through the Check Point.
    
    Crawl down the pipe and then quietly squeeze between more walls to move
    forward. Before heading past the large openings in the walls wait until the two
    enemies leave the room once they have finished destroying the computers. Head
    in to the room and shoot through the glass to kill both of them. Now head in to
    the small room they were in to access the computer. Once HQ tells you they will
    get back to you head for the door and save your game.
    
    November 11th, 2004, 00:47 Hours
    
    Enter the first left door in to the storage room and grab the medical kit on
    the shelf. Now enter the second left door to enter the stairwell. Sneak half
    way up the stairs and you will see an enemy right inside the door, wait for the
    second enemy to walk by and to the back of the room to flip the switch to the
    stairwell lights against the left wall. This will attract the attention of the
    guard near you to enter the stairwell, take him down when he heads over to the
    light switch.
    
    Now quickly hide his body against the back right wall along the part where the
    floor sticks out over the stairs. Position yourself to aim your gun at the
    light switch for when the second enemy sees the lights out and goes in to turn
    them on. Take a clean headshot to put him down and then place his body with the
    other enemies. Before entering the room shoot out the camera on the left wall
    inside the next room.
    
    Wrap around to the right and enter the next room, shoot out the light
    immediatly. Very quietly sneak in to the next room where two guards are
    sleeping, watch out for the broken glass on the ground you must walk very
    slowly on these spots. You can either just sneak right past them or give them
    both a quick headshot in there sleep to move on. In the next room shoot out the
    light and use the Optic Cable on the next door.
    
    Two enemies will walk past and access the door in the upper left corner. Wait
    until both of them head inside and then you can enter the hallway. Head over to
    the keypad locked door and turn on your thermal goggles before accessing the
    keypad so you can see the buttons that were used. The key to pressing the
    buttons is that it goes lightest to darkest buttons "1436".
    
    Enter the door carefully and let it close, then turn to the right without
    sticking out to far so the automated gun and the enemy around the corner won't
    see you. Climb the wooden display and put your back against the wall to slide
    past the vase, then move out to the edge to drop on the enemy below. Deactivate
    the IFF and climb back on to the display case. On the left side jump up on to
    the balcony above and deactivate the IFF in the second automated gun.
    
    Turn around to face the railing on the balcony side and then quickly jump up on
    to the pipe hanging behind the flags. Shimmy across the pipe so you are hidden
    behind the flag as an enemy heads your way along the balcony you just jumped
    from, the automated gun will take care of him. As you head across the pipe on
    the other balcony two more enemies will come out of a room in the back corner
    and they will walk over to the door within view of you, don't move. One of them
    will go through the door while the other moves out of sight past the flags.
    Shimmy across the rest of the way and silently drop behind him. Grab him to use
    the retinal scanner on the door he just opened and then knock him out. Run down
    to the end of the balcony to deactivate the IFF and then head through the door
    you just opened.
    
    Shoot out the light in this room to get the attention of the enemy in the next
    room or stick your head in to take a headshot on him while he looks out the
    window quickly. Access the computer and then slide open the window in the far
    corner to jump out of. When you hit the ground save your game to continue.
    
    November 12th, 2004, 01:20 Hours
    
    Shoot out the street lights quickly and then sneak over to the front left
    corner to hide from the guard that notices the lights. He should just walk up
    to the opening and look in the area leaving in a few minutes. When both enemies
    are a little ways away sneak through the opening and you should see a dog to
    your left, it should sort of see you. Head back towards the corner you started
    and wait for the dog to enter the area. Wait until the enemy walks away from
    the door again to use a Sticky Shocker on the dog for a quick take down.
    
    Sneak back in to the second area once the enemies are heading away from you and
    go in to the moat off to the right to head under the first bridge. Wait until
    the enemy walks over the bridge and sneak against the wall to the back as the
    other enemy walks along the other side of the area. Get to the far corner in
    the water to enter the gate and go through the next gate.
    
    Turn to the right and head up a few steps. Shoot the light bulb on the side
    wall and then shoot the other light or the security camera above the door. The
    enemy by the door will become alarmed and then look around, take him out and
    then put his body in the corner to the left of the door with the dumpsters.
    Enter the door and walk through the Check Point, grab the medical kit off the
    wall to the left and then quietly enter the next room.
    
    Go over the pallet and under the shelf to jump up on to the next shelf ahead.
    Crawl forward and drop off silently on the other side of the shelves. Shoot out
    the light bulb above the door and sneak up the steps, equipping the thermal
    goggles, access the keypad. Once again using the lightest to darkest method you
    can get your keypad code "9753". Stealthily go through the door and get through
    the Check Point. Sneak over to the light switch and turn off the lights over to
    the left just next to the enemy. Wait for the enemy that is standing sideways
    to walk away and then grab the enemy right at the door to knock out within the
    shadows.
    
    There is a camera just above and to the right of you when you enter the large
    room. Wait for the enemy to walk away again and then put your back against the
    wall to shuffle off to the right. Now crouch down and sneak along the wall
    underneath the shelving. When you have to go around the beam in the middle of
    the shelving on the right wall, sneak around to the left of it so the pallet
    stack is to your left and snipe the camera straight ahead on the back wall.
    Wait for the enemy to be looking in a different direction and sneak straight
    ahead to climb on to the cart with the box on it. Now climb on to the stack of
    boxes and wait until the enemy walks away to jump on to the catwalk ahead.
    Sneak across the catwalk to start a cut scene.
    
    Sneak around the rest of the catwalk and aim at the gas pump all the way in the
    front of the garage between the two trucks to blow them up, for some reason
    using a grenade makes you fail the mission. Head down the stairs and wrap
    around to the left to open the trap door and climb down to save your game.
    
    November 12th, 2004, 01:51 Hours
    
    Sneak down the tunnel behind the enemy and snipe out the light bulbs as you go
    by them to darken the hallway. The enemy will then come towards you to
    investigate, kill him. You can make it to an inlet on the right to hide from
    a second enemy. He will come in down the tunnel and see the lights out. As he
    comes in a transmission will play over the radio that the general is trying to
    kill himself. He will then leave really fast, sneak down the tunnel after him.
    Head along the tunnels through the door and you will make it to a keypad locked
    door. Equip the thermal goggles and use the lightest to dark method to get the
    key code "1456".
    
    Enter the room and activate the switch to open the elevator door. Use the up
    button to head upstairs and you will see the enemy run in to the door straight
    ahead. Head down the hallway after him and use the thermal goggles on the
    keypad again. This time you are accessing it so soon that the last two buttons
    are still really warm and glowing orange so go from light blue to brightest
    orange, you can also wait until it cools down a little, to get "1834".
    
    Head to the right and access the keypad with the thermal goggles again to get
    "7921". Enter the door and go through the Check Point, wrap around to the
    right to start a cut scene when you walk in to the office area. Avoid the
    bullets the general shoots at you and wait until he takes a drink to run up
    behind him and grab him. Take him over to the computer and force him to use it
    so it is unlocked. Leave the office and go through the double door.
    
    Enter the door next to the fire and roll through the burning curtains. Wrap
    around the counter and enter the next hallway as an explosion blows the door
    off to the stairwell. Descend the stairs to the window and slide it open to
    crawl out and run over to the chopper to finish the level.
    
    November 12th, 2004, 02:24 Hours

    2.11 - Presidential Palace

    November 13th, 2004, 00:04 Hours
    
    Hide behind the barrels off to the right from the enemy that approaches. Wait
    here until he leaves and then head over to the cliff edge with the steaming
    pipe to rappel off of. Descend down to the sewer system below, turn on your
    thermal goggles, and enter the tunnels. Wait for the infrared beams to turn off
    and quickly run past. Get to the intersection and turn left to see the infrared
    beams, crawl past while the beam is gone to move on. When the tunnel bends left
    use the pipe above to shimmy over the first permanent beam and then crawl under
    the next. Go through the third beam quickly but slow down before you get near
    the wall mine. Walk slowly past the wall mine to move on.
    
    Climb the ladder out of the sewers through a Check Point in to a garden maze.
    With your thermal goggles still on wait for the enemy and dog to leave the
    entrance to sneak inside the maze. Head left and you will reach the buildings
    wall. The dog will most likely pick up you scent so get out your gun with the
    Sticky Shocker and shoot it when it gets in to the shadows. After a few seconds
    the enemy will come around the corner looking for what the dog picked up, give
    him a headshot when he steps in to the shadows.
    
    Take the satchel off the enemy to learn the doorcode to the garden maze door
    "2126". Now head straight down the path sticking along the wall as there is an
    armored camera on it. Shoot out the light and then head down the middle path
    away from the building. Before making it around the corner shoot out the next
    light so the second armored camera can't see you. Wait for the camera to look
    down the path you came from and wrap around to the right. Head in to the shadow
    and sneak around the right side to avoid the armored camera to the left of the
    gate ahead. Get over to the gate and use the code you collected "2126" and
    enter the gate. Head left and go down the steps to slide open the grate on the
    right wall to save your game.
    
    November 13th, 2004, 00:25 Hours
    
    Shoot out the light in the basement and take the Disposable Pick on the box.
    Head up the stairs and turn off the lights, then enter the next room. Head
    along the shadows to the left around the room as the middle set of infrared
    beams are turned off as two enemies walk through the door. While the enemies
    are looking around sneak in to the middle of the room and hide behind the
    displays staying out of sight to get through the now turned off middle beams
    and get through the door.
    
    Turn to the right and quickly give the enemy a headshot before he can trigger
    an alarm. Don't use the stairs as there are infrared beams on them, instead
    climb the display case and jump straight up to grab on to the board above.
    Shimmy to the left over the infrared beam and drop down on to the stairs. Jump
    up and grab the railing above and pull yourself up over to the other side.
    Enter the door and wrap around the hallway to the left to reach a Check Point
    at the next door.
    
    Use the Optic Cable and wait until the enemy is away from the balcony to enter
    the room and sneak over to the left inlet. Wait for the two enemies to talk and
    then one will head back your way and downstairs. While he is downstairs sneak
    over to the top and snipe him, then look at the top of the third floor to shoot
    the second enemy. Head upstairs and take the satchel off the body for a door
    code "70021". Head over to the door and input the keycode you just got "70021"
    and enter the room through a Check Point.
    
    Head left and wait for the enemy to walk past to take him down. Take his
    satchel and turn to the right. Sneak around to the hallway just to the right of
    here to give the next enemy a headshot to move on. Head down the main hallway
    and take out the enemy guarding the left hallway down here. Head down this side
    hall and pick the lock on the door, enter and pass the Check Point.
    
    Turn on your infrared goggles and bypass the lasers. Once you get around the
    lasers in to the office area stick to the shadows. Wrap around to the left and
    sneak up through the bookcases to grab and knock out the enemy. Use the
    computer on the desk. Leave the room the way you came and turn left in the main
    hallway. Use the Optic Cable to wait for the enemy to stop walking and stand on
    post and eventually walk away.
    
    Enter the hall and shoot out the light in the ceiling to stay in the shadows.
    Let the enemy walk in to the shadows and take him out. Shoot out the next light
    to move around the armored camera without being seen. Enter the door and save
    your game to move on.
    
    November 13th, 2004, 00:42 Hours
    
    Sneak over to the door ahead as the enemies talk on the radio about making it
    to the library. Enter the door and sneak down the hall after the enemy. Shoot
    him before he leaves the hall at the end to the room ahead. Sneak down the rest
    of the hall and knock out the maintenance worker so he doesn't get in the way
    with alarms. Head down the hall to the right and descend the stairs to the
    lower library room.
    
    Enter the library and get ready for a shoot out, the enemy now knows your
    there. Kill the three enemies in the library one will be near the stairs at the
    upper right, another is in the lower right, and the third is on the upper rght
    balcony. Once you defeat them all enter one of the two doors to the left and
    right of the stairs.
    
    Shoot out the light bulbs and then wrap around to the middle of the two
    doorways to find another opening. Sneak down in to the cellar through the Check
    Point. Run to the other end of the room and grab Nikoladze to interrogate him.
    Now use him to open the safe against the wall to start a cut scene.
    
    Wait for the enemy to start a coincidental five second count down as you turn
    on your nightvision goggles. Once the lights go out on two quickly run around
    the enemy and knock him out. Take cover behind the pillar and turn on your
    thermal goggles to see better. Give two headshots to the two enemies on the
    left side of the room before moving away from the pillar. Leave the basement
    and get back upstairs. Kill the enemy that attacks from the middle of the
    room near the elevator and then leave out the double doors on the left wall as
    you save your game.
    
    November 13th, 2004, 01:06 Hours
    
    Immediatly turn to your right and deliver a headshot to the enemy walking
    around on the ground floor. Now back at the door you came from turn to the left
    and make sure the enemy on the balcony above isn't watching. Approach the pipe
    next to the building and climb it partially up so the enemy won't see you. Wait
    until he walks back the other way and finish climbing up the pipe. Take a
    headshot and then run over to the door on the other side of the balcony and use
    a Disposable Pick on the door.
    
    A quick cut scene will start telling you to kill Nikoladze. Walk to the middle
    of this balcony and pull out your gun to the right wall. Give Nikoladze a
    headshot and immediatly turn around with the gun set to full-auto to kill the
    enemy that runs through the door. Head in the door he just came out of to pass
    a Check Point. Sneak to the stairs in the dining room area but don't go down
    just yet. Turn around to face the way you just came in and soon an enemy will
    run along the hall, kill him quickly.
    
    Downstairs two more enemies will be walking around just below you. Shoot the
    one at the foot of the stairs through the railings and then head down the
    stairs and through the dining room to the door at the end to save your game.
    
    Congratulations, you have completed Splinter Cell.
