"Build your own army men this time!"

Okay I'm a fan of R.T.S games like Starcraft. Now I can play an RTS(Real Time Strategy) game with my little Army Men! In this game you have to collect and return plastic back to your base and use that as "money". and you use that money to build up an army of plastic toys. There are different types of army men to build of course such as; a regular soldier, soldiers with grenades, soldiers with rockets. You can build trucks, and other army vehicles like helicopters and transports and you use them all to attack your enemies! Yo get an above view angle so you can see from high up and see whats going on.. it's not a first person army men game. It may sound easy but it's pretty hard you do have to use skill to determine what type of soldier you need and when you'll need it, develop strategies against enemy army men, what works best against which soldier? So it really isn't that simple.

Graphics: 7/10
Nothing extremely spectacular looking in this game just your standard explosions blowing up plastic toys type graphics. You send armies in at your opponents, and try to destroy their base so they can't build any more units to attack you with. But some missions you just have to make it to a certain spot with what the mission has already given you at the start. I love to watch a little plastic man get shot with a rocket and melt into a little puddle of plastic.

Music/Sound: 6/10
The music in this game is better to listen to in this game while you're waiting for army men to be built, but during action there is too much gunfire and explosion to hear music. The sound is good you hear gunfire and explosions mostly. The occasional enemy screaming for his life and turning into a puddle of melted plastic.

Gameplay: 7/10
The game-play for this game is good you will learn the controls after about a few missions because I myself find the controls for this game horrible and no way to make it better. But you do get to see your army of 10, 20, 30 or however big your army is, marching across the dirt, kitchen floor, backyard grass, living-room carpet or wherever you are at the time, and head into enemy territory and just open fire on everything in sight! It puts a smile on my face when it looks like i'm winning.

Replay Value: Low
This games was definitely good one time through but there is no multi-player so I found that very boring because in the missions you'll always do the same mission where as multi-player will always be different.

Extras: 2/10
Sadly this game does not have any good extras except for an alternate title screen after collecting a whole bunch of gold medals. I Mean you get to unlock missions but it's just basically bonus missions. Still no multi-player or anything just more missions.

Overall: 7/10
The game is fairly good and I believe that this is the only RTS for Gamecube, and I'm not sure about PS2 or Xbox though. So if you want at least 1 RTS game here it is. hopefully there will be more.
