There are 2 ways to open up Hidden Characters and ISM-Plus options.
The first method is to actually beat the game repeatedly. The 2nd,
and much easier way is to enter in specific cheats. Since these are
what are likely yearned for by players, I'll put these first.

  =--==--==--=
     CHEATS
  =--==--==--=

These manual cheats are entered at the SF Logo screen. You must finish
entering these codes prior to the demo screen appearing or else it will
not work.

In all instances you will hear Ryu's traditional 'Hadouken!' confirming
the code's entry.

A quick key:

    Up/Down/Left/Right   =  On D-Pad
    L                    =  Left shoulder
    R                    =  Right Shoulder

Unlock All Fighters
-------------------

  * At the Capcom Logo enter:
  * Left, Right, Down, Right, L, L, A, L, L, B, R, A Up
  * This will unlock all 5 fighters. See below for a full list.

Unlock all ISM-Plus
-------------------

  * At the Capcom Logo enter:
  * A, Up, A, L, R, Right, L, Right, A, Down, Right.
  * This will unlock every ISM-Plus.
  * Go into the options menu to turn these on/off.

Unlock All Game Modes
---------------------

  * At the Capcom Logo enter:
  * L, Right, A, R, Up, L, Right, B, A, Up, Right, Down, Right
  * This unlocks all modes, Survival, Dramatic Battle and Final Battle.
  * This also unlocks Mazi, Saikyo and Classic modes.

    UNLOCKABLE GAME MODES
  =--==--==--==--==--==--=

If you are avoiding the easy way out, the only way to unlock characters,
modes and ISM options is by completing the game with any fighter. It
seems that the difficulty level must be at 2 or higher, or else you
will not receive these bonuses.

    ----------
    GAME MODES
    ----------

Dramatic Mode Beat Single Mode once
Survival Mode Beat Dramatic Battle Mode
Saikyo Mode Beat 10 fighters in Survival Mode
Mazi Mode Beat 30 fighters in Survival Mode
Classic Mode Beat 50 fighters in Survival Mode
Final Battle Mode Beat the Boss Survival mode

  * Dramatic, Survival and Final Battle Modes available from the main menu.
  * Saikyo, Mazi and Classic Modes are selected after choosing a character.

Here are descriptions of these new modes.

Mazi Mode:
---------

  * Makes your character inflict more damage, but also take more damage.
    Also, no matter how many rounds is set to win, losing a single round
    will lose you the match.

Saikyo Mode:
-----------

  * Named after Dan's fighting style, meaning "The Strongest", this mode
    is far from the strongest. It offers no bonuses, but these handicaps:

     - Attacks inflict less damage
     - Cannot link attacks to Special Moves/Super Combos
     - Easier to be dizzied
     - Very short Guard Power Gauge

Classic Mode:
------------

  * Forces your character to use X-Ism, and makes them play as if they
    were in the original Street Fighter 2, losing the following features:

    - Air Blocking
    - Alpha Counter
    - Defensive Fall/Defensive Roll
    - Guard Power Gauge
    - Super Combos/Super Combo Meter
    - Taunt

  * It does, however, offer the following bonuses:

    - Not able to be comboed in the air
    - Not able to be Guard Crushed

       Yun                 9x

Play As Hidden Characters:
-------------------------

   * Complete the game with all 5 hidden characters.
   * Start a new game and highlight Gouki. Hold Start and Press any button

 Final Vega

   * Complete the game with Shin Gouki (on highest difficulty level?)
   * Start a new game and highlight Vega. Hold Start and press any button.

   * Choose your character, Mode and ISM.

     CHARACTER HISTORY
  =--==--==--==--==--==--=

The Street Fighter Zero/Alpha series spawned the largest character
list in the game's history (not counting Vs. games) Here is a brief
history of the series.

SFZ:               13 Fighters
SFZ2:              18 Fighters
SFZ2':             19 Fighters
SFZ3 (arcade):     28 Fighters
SFZ3 (home):       33 Fighters
SFZ3U (arcade):    33 Fighters
SFZ3U (gba):       36 Fighters

Street Fighter Zero 2' was the version of SFZ2 that appeared in SF
Collection for the PS1/Saturn. In the US this was titled Street
Fighter Alpha 2 Gold and in PAL regions Street Fighter Alpha 2'.

The home version of SFA3 added 5 characters to the mix. Capcom then
released the game in arcades on Sega's Naomi hardware as Street
Fighter Zero 3 Upper. This was ported to the GBA and 3 additional
characters were then added upping the cast count to an incredible 36!
