"I never thought I"d play a simpsons game I didn't like."

And then I bought this one. Just to cut in for a second, the 3/10 is only got the GBA version. For consoles, I'd probably give it a 7. I might go into detail about that later.

Gameplay: 8/10
Sure, driving around and stuff. This is a taxi game, after all. Nothing really unusal here. Smooth and responsive controls. Good. If all you care about is driving randomly, you might like this game. It's fun to drive, but unfortunatley I'm not a driving game person.

Story: 1/10
A more proper score for this would be Story: Where is it? As I said before, I'm not big on just driving. I want to know WHY I'm driving. Sure, they tell you in the beginning that you're raising money for something, bla bla bla. Then they don't say anything about it for the rest of the game. A lot of driving games are soley about good racing action, but this isn't one of them.

Music and Sound Effects: 6/10
Once again, pretty standard. Not much to say here.

That classic Simpsons Humor: 0/10
There is no humor. At all. Period. Nobody has any lines. Simpsons games are supposed to be funny, man! Where are the Simpsons? I don't want some lifeless yellow blobs! Sorry, THQ, you'll have to do better next time.

There isn't much relating to the Simpsons at all. Except there are a few missions where you have to do stuff. (Like Willie mowing down stuff in his plow - and it's not Grass.) Also when you pick people up, they have their own similar destruction tastes. (Like the Bartman loves when you run over things, if you Hit people with Flanders he gets mad, etc.). I guess that's something that relates to the Simpsons, but I don't think it's a good thing, because some characters don't like anything. I guess if you want a challenge....

Overall, I'd pass this one up for the Console version, which has LOTS of witty comments and funny lines.
