How do I get past victory road?

I badly need help with this i just keep on getting lost again and again well not lost just at one part and cant go on from there

Which part are you lost at? And have you tried looking through the FAQs on this site for Pokemon Emerald?

Get Repel. Loads and loads and loads of Repel. Use Flash. And get escape ropes.
