"Perhaps one of the best gameboy color games.."

The Legend of Zelda series has been known to have excellent gameplay, whether it be on the NES, SNES, GB, GBC or N64... Every Zelda game has never proved to be a disappointment, and this is no exception... Oracle of Seasons is just as much satisfying as the past GB/GBC versions. Lets get on with the review...

The Story:
Well the story is simplistic. Link meets a girl named Din, who appears to be a dancer of sorts. But all of a sudden, something goes wrong... Din gets captured by the powerful nemesis of the game, General Onox, and it is found out that Din is involved with the power of seasons. Onox traps Din, and with this occuring, the seasons will be all messed up... It is now up to Link to save Din, and bring the world back to being normal...

Gameplay:
Zelda games are always known to be easy to get into, and this is like any other game... You obviously move around the land with the Diagonal pad, and each time you get a weapon, or item of sorts that you can use, you can assign it to either the A or B button... Very simple, and an easy to use inter-face... You walk around town, go into shops, like any other Zelda game, and communicate with the folks scattered about... You travel through various dungeons, solving puzzles, trying to get from point A to point B, and some of these puzzles can be confusing... In each dungeon, there are two bosses, 1 mini-boss, and the main boss... These bosses can usually be defeated by using quick attacks after you manage to figure out their patterns... Also, many parts require you to change seasons with the Rod of Seasons, which is a nice touch to the game...

Music:
The musi fits the mood very nicely, if the place is a happy place, it plays happy music, if it's a dark place, like Onox's castle, then it will play dark, and scary music... It all blends in well, which is very nice...

Overall:
This game is a must-buy for any GBC owner, it doesn't matter if you like Zelda games or not, this will seriously get you addicted, from traversing through the land, to battling dangerous bosses in various dungeons... You will walk away pleased if you accomplish something in this game, which is a rare moment in gaming... Buy this game.. NOW!
