"Wow, this game is great!"

Well after a few delays, Lufia is finally out. I can't believe that the third chapter of Lufia is out. I loved the old Lufia games on Super Nintendo, they were superb. But this game is unique in it's own way. I'll tell you in this review.

Graphics 8/10

Well this isn't Playstation boys and girls. The graphics aren't bad, being on Gameboy Color and all. It's nicely drawn and colorful. Ok it isn't Pokemon Gold, Silver, or Dragon Warriors 3 good and colorful, well at least when you're out of battles.

The Battle graphics are just superb. The enemies are very nicely drawn and colored, for Gameboy Color. Well if you've seen Dragon Warriors 3 enemies, the enemies look like that except for a cartoonish look with some enemies.

Speaking of battles, attacks are not like Dragon Warriors 3, so don't get excited. When you attack, without any spells you see your little character swing it's arm to attack. Then you see this large slash thingy hit the enemy.
When the enemies attack it's not great either. You see the enemy do this funky little dance and you're hit.

The spells however are different, yet I haven't seen all of them yet. Example- Gale, this ice elemental attack, you see this large icicle fall over the enemies. This is the same when the enemy does this to you, a icicle falls on your character.

Music 10/10

Wow, the music is just great. I just love the music that I've heard so far. I especially liked Albano's music.
The music in each town is different, at least so far the ones I've been to.
The music in the towers are nice too.
The cavern music though is kind of annoying. There's this annoying rhythm in the beginning and in the background.
The battle music is pretty good too, but I like the towns music much better. Overall it has some great music.

Story 8/10

Well the story isn't great. Tell me something I haven't heard. It's basically like the previous Lufia games.
The thing I like is the characters stories. They slowly unravel each characters background, which I like. The beginning characters aren't very unique, but as you go deeper into the game, the rest of the 12 characters have some good story line.

Gameplay(9/10)

Well the game is easy. Enemies are easy, harder later if you don't train. What game isn't like that?
The thing I don't like is the random towers and dungeons. They are annoying. I have to search for the secret passageways for treasures. Also I have to look for enemies to train. Then I have to find the stairway. The dungeon levels are small, but takes you a while to find the stairs.

Overall(9/10)
Overall this game is very good. I didn't give it a perfect 10, because of some little flaws in graphics, story, and gameplay.
I strongly recommend this game. Graphics are good, Music is great, Story is fairly good(I like the characters), and Gameplay is good.
So... what're you waiting for? Go get the game!
