1. Introduction
###############################################################################

Thank you for choosing to read my Bugs Bunny & Lola Bunny: Operation Carrot
Patch FAQ. I hope this guide gives you some assistance in completing this
game. I've written a Game Overview, Hints and Tips, and much more. Beware of
the spoilers, though. I haven't written a Walkthrough, as it is difficult to
write one for the stages in this game, since it would be hard to understand, in
my opinion. Instead, I've written a General FAQ for Bugs Bunny & Lola Bunny:
Operation Carrot Patch.

			3.02 - MAIN MENU
===============================================================================

When you press the Start Button at the Title Screen, you'll be sent to the Main
Menu. There are 2 options (Start and Options) to choose from.

Start
-----
If you want to begin a new game, select Start and you'll be introduced to the
game's story. When you gain control of Bugs, you'll appear in the central
hub, by which I mean the movie studio where you can access the stages of the
game. At first, you can only access 'Treasure Island', but as you complete
stages, you'll unlock new ones. The studio contains 5 stages: Treasure Island,
Crazy Town, Taz's Zoo, The Space Station, and Elmer Fudd's Forest. Each stage
is divided into 2 scenes and 1 chase. After you clear a stage, you can play
the next one.

Options
-------
If you want to see the options, select Options and you'll be sent to the
Options Selection screen. You can input passwords, turn the music on/off, and
change the difficulty level. Passwords allow you to continue at the start of
the stage where you left off. Unfortunately, you only receive passwords to
save your progress when you clear Treasure Island and Taz's Zoo. Therefore,
if you want to continue a game, you must return to the beginning of Crazy Town
or The Space Station. Try to end each session at the end of Treasure Island
and Taz's Zoo if you don't want to lose your progress.

===============================================================================
			3.03 - GAME SCREEN
===============================================================================

This section gives information about the Game Screen.

Carrot Gauge
------------
This indicates how much time you can run in the air without falling. Collect
carrots to fill up the gauge.

Clapboard
---------
This indicates how many pieces of the clapboard you have. If you find the
four pieces, you can play the next scene or chase.

Life Bar
--------
You start each stage with 3 hearts. Each time you get hit by an enemy or
obstacle, you lose a heart.

Lives
-----
You start the game with 3 and four lives on the Easy and Hard difficulty
levels, respectively. If you run out of hearts, you'll lose a life. You can
also lose a life if you fall into the water or jump down from high cliffs. If
you lose all your lives, you'll get a Game Over.

Extra
-----
This indicates which letters of the word 'Extra' you have. In a scene or
chase, Tweety will fly up and hang onto different letters of the word. If you
can collect all the letters of 'Extra', you'll be able to play a mini-game,
after your score is tallied at the end of the scene/chase.

Score
-----
This indicates how many points that you have scored. Your points are tallied
at the end of each scene and chase.

###############################################################################
4. Items and Bonuses
###############################################################################

This section lists the items and bonuses that you will come across throughout
the game.

===============================================================================
				ITEM LIST
===============================================================================

This section lists the items that you can use throughout the game.

Carrots
-------
There are a lot of these in every stage. They allow you to run in the air
temporarily. You can run further in the air, depending on how much carrots
you've collected to fill up the Carrot Gauge.

Super Carrot
------------
This carrot allows you to fly into the air. Its effect is temporary, though,
so be careful.

Habanero Carrot
---------------
This carrot makes you temporarily invincible. You can destroy enemies by
running into them.

Clapboard Pieces
----------------
The four pieces of the clapboard are scattered throughout a scene. If you find
the four pieces, you can play the next scene or chase.

===============================================================================
				BONUS LIST
===============================================================================

When Tweety appears, he'll be holding onto bonuses at different times during a
scene or chase. Make sure you grab these bonuses the moment you see Tweety, as
he will fly away and you won't be able to get them from him.

Hearts
------
Whenever you grab a heart, one of your Life Bar's hearts will be restored.

1-Ups
-----
Whenever you grab a 1-Up, you'll get an extra life.

Extra
-----
If you can collect all the letters of 'Extra', you'll be able to play a
mini-game, after your score is tallied at the end of the scene/chase.

5. Hints and Tips
###############################################################################

This section lists hints and tips on how to progress through this game. They
are useful to know if you want to have an easier time completing this game.

*If you're having trouble clearing a stage, taking a break and resting may be
a good idea. Be prepared to lose a life a few times. Keep trying, and don't
 give up.

*When you are progressing through the game, I advice writing down the passwords
you receive after clearing certain stages. This game doesn't automatically
save your progress, so you must take note of passwords to record it.

*When you are playing the game, use Bugs' or Lola's special abilities to
progress through stages. For example, Bugs can push the treasure chests in
Treasure Island, while Lola can use her umbrella to descend slowly onto the
 ground.

*When you are avoiding enemies with weapons, watch out. Even if you're at a
safe distance from them, they can shoot bullets or lasers at you. If you get
 hit, you'll lose a heart.

*When you are in Treasure Island, jump on the cannons to catapult yourself
 higher.

*When you are in Taz's Zoo, feed the giraffes to progress through the stage.

*When you are in The Space Station, use your hammer to unstick the levers,
 so you can use them.

*When you are in a chase, use your hammer to destroy the obstacles in your
 way.

###############################################################################
6. Passwords
###############################################################################

This section lists the passwords that I received while progressing through the
game. Note that passwords save your progress but not your lives or score.

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Password Stage Difficulty
----------------------------------------------------=
Daffy, Elmer, Taz	Crazy Town Easy
Sam, Elmer, Daffy	Space Station Easy
Taz, Sam, Marvin	Crazy Town Hard
Marvin, Sam, Taz	Space Station Hard
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

If you're taken note of the passwords but still are having trouble progressing
through the game, you can take advantage of a code that the developers of this
game decided to include in it. At the Password screen, enter Taz, Elmer, and
Daffy. Exit the screen and begin a new game. Press Start and then Select to
skip scenes, chases or even entire stages. This code should help you complete
the game much easier.

7. Frequently Asked Questions
###############################################################################

Q: How do I play the mini-game?
A: When you start the mini-game, you must throw dynamite at enemies. Move left
and right to keep yourself in alignment with them. If an enemy appears
directly in front of you, hold the A Button until a quarter of the Carrot
Gauge is filled up. Now let go of the button. The dynamite should hit the
enemy. If an enemy appears in the centre, hold A until half of the gauge is
filled up. If an enemy appears in the back, hold A until all of the guage
is filled up. If you can hit all the enemies, you'll be rewarded with an
   extra life.

Q: How do I clear the chases?
A: You mustn't let your enemy's vehicle touch you. When you are in a chase,
use your hammer to destroy the obstacles in your way. You'll need to jump
over some obstacles, though. Eventually, your enemy will leave his vehicle
and challenge you to a battle. You must defeat him to clear the chase.

Q: What's the difference between the two difficulty levels?
A: On the Hard difficulty level, the game doesn't give you any hints. For
example, on the Easy difficulty level, you're told when to use Bugs' and
Lola's special abilities in Treasure Island. In addition, enemies can
sustain more hits, so it takes longer to take them out.

Q: I lost a life and was sent back to the start of a scene. Why?
A: In this game, there are no Check Points, so you have to restart a scene if
you lose a life. This makes it much harder to clear scenes, as one mistake
will sent you back to the start.
