"A extremely addicting game from Sega/Climax!"

GamePlay 10
Perfect! SO easy and FUN to play! I could play the same battle for a hour or two just for FUN [hey! I did that :) Thank you Chaos with his 48-exp-robots]!

Control 10
Come on! This game`s control is PERFECT! The only flaw is that you have to press C-C if you want to Talk and C-DOWN-C if you want to search [C brings the menu and C confirms the move and to search you have to press DOWN because you have to move the selection box].

Graphics 9
Shining Force is colorful and has some great battling graphics. But a glitch and some monsters cost 1 point AND monsters don`t move in the battle screen unless they are attacking/being attacked.

Sound/Music ?
Played the whole game listening to Bad Religion [I have 11 CDs] and Madball [2 Albums] :)

Story 6
Okidokie. Hero gets extremely beaten by it`s trainer and them has to save the world? The story flows more smoothly after the first Chapter but for me a story has to be great from the start to the end.

There are so many chars so you`ll NEVER get bored. And ever heard of Variants? Just make some rules and follow them!! I just beat the game using the first 12 Chars and now I am going to beat it using only Monsters and the Hero! You can play it by SO MANY ways that you can play this game for 3 years without getting bored!

Well, the story may not be perfect but this game is SO fun! SOOOOOOOOO fun! BUY IT! NOW! :)
