1.Introduction

Hello, and welcome to my guide for Beyond Oasis. Here, you will be able to
fully explore the island of Oasis, find all secrets, recover every item,
defeat every monster, and defeat silver armlet and the god, Agito.

The story begins when Ali is out on a treasure hunt. He comes across a cave,
and finds a treasure chest within the cave. He opens it and finds a golden
armlet. The armlet has great powers, and speaks to Ali, telling him the
legends between the gold and silver armlet. After hearing the legend, the
cave collapses, and Ali escapes and makes it back to his hometown. Your
adventure now begins...

2.Basic Controls

Ali is quite easy to manage. He will walk in the direction of the D-pad you
press on. To run in a certain direction, quickly tap on the D-pad twice in
the desired direction, and hold the D-pad on the second tap, and Ali will run
in that direction. The A button does not do anything at the beginning of the
game, but as you progress, more options will be available for you with that
button. The B button will make Ali use any weapon he currently has equipped.
The C button, when tapped, will make Ali jump. When you hold the C button, he
will crouch, and crawl in the direction you move him on the D-pad. Controls
with him will become easier with experience.

3.Status

This game is an RPG(Role Playing Game). Ali's health is measured by hit
points(HP). Every time Ali gets hurt, he will lose HP. When his health gets
low, you'll hear some warning sounds, indicating Ali is in danger of death.
The warning sounds get faster and more intense as his health gets closer to
0. If his HP hits 0, he will die. HP can be restored by talking with certain
people, or by using recovery items. Ali starts out with 200 HP. As you
progress through the game, you will be able to collect hearts from enemies
after Ali has received enough experience points from killing enemies. Once he
has killed enough enemies, the next enemy will drop a heart. Pick up the
heart, and Ali's max health increases by 2, and rank by 1. With more health,
you will be able to sustain more damage. Also, having a high rank will
affect your status at the end of the game. The lower the rank, the better
results.

Once you awake the first spirit, you will have Spirit Points(SP). This
measures the health of the spirit you currently have summoned. You begin with
100 SP, and it will increase by 5 with each gem you recover. As the SP begins
to run out, you'll hear a warning sound for it, telling you the spirit will
disappear in a short period of time. If the SP hit 0, the spirit will
disappear, and you cannot continue to use the spirit's powers until you
recover SP and summon the spirit again. The SP can be recovered with recovery
items, being within shrine areas, or standing in the sunlight while not using
a spirit.

5.The Walkthrough

Ali arrives on shore of a small village after his treasure hunt. If you're
new to the game, take some time to learn the controls. When you're finished,
head to the village. Talk to some people if you wish, and/or proceed north.
Some monsters will scare the people, and you will need to defeat them. Defeat
the big ogre monster, and you will win the battle. You'll talk to your
teacher, recover your health, and will need to see your father at the castle
to the west. If you check your menu screen(press start) and check the map,
you will see your current location on the island, along with a flag. The flag
is the next suggested part in the story at which you need to be. If you ever
get lost, you can always refer to your map. In the castle, take the stairs to
the left and you can pick up some items. Get a fish and a sword. Take the
stairs to the right, and go see your father. He will give you the key to the
water shrine and you'll travel to gain your first spirit, Dytto.

A.The Water Shrine
The Water Shrine is to the east of the village you arrived at in the
beginning of the game. Head on over, and follow the path around to the red
door of the shrine. Just push on the door, and you'll automatically open the
door with the key. Note: Be sure to save before entering an area you're not
sure of. This way, if you happen to make a mistake and/or die, you can start
over without having to redo so much of the game. This temple is very simple.
Open the chest, get the key, and proceed through the next door. Here, you
will see two men attacking you with crossbows. Simply walk to the side and
kill them, or crouch and crawl through the water tunnels to the next room. In
here, crawl into the water tunnels of the main platform, and you can get an
elixir and 50 sword. Crawl back out, and kill the big ogre for the key to the
door. In here, there are several puddle monsters here. One of them has the
key to the next room. Many times, the puddle on the upper left side of the
room always has the key, so kill that puddle and proceed. In the next room,
move to the left or right quickly, because a wave of water will come at you
and wash you away, back into the room you left, if you didn't move to either
side of this room. Time the waves, and jump over them and proceed to the next
room. In this room, you will fight a giant spider/crab like monster. This
boss is very easy. Continue to attack the head with your weapon or use a
sword and it will die. It attacks with spitting bubbles out of its mouth, and
its claw can grab you and throw you across the room. It will also try to jump
on you, so look out for its shadow. If the claw becomes a nuisance, you can
attack and destroy it, just leaving the head, which will just blow many
bubbles at you. Defeat it, and proceed to the next room. Open the door with
a beam of light from your armlet(A button) and go awake your first spirit,
Dytto.

With all spirits, you can cancel their summon by pressing A, B, and C
simultaneously whenever you need to switch to another spirit, or don't want
to use the spirit's powers any longer.

Controls:
A button: Magic Bubble: Dytto will throw a bubble in the direction she's
facing, mainly Ali's facing direction. Can be used to put out fires, and stun
enemies.
Tap A twice: Healing: Dytto will cast a healing spell on Ali, and Ali will
regain health.
Hold A for 1 second: Magic Storm: Dytto will become a water tornado and
attack all enemies on the screen.

Dytto can be summoned whenever a beam of light from the armlet hits a surface
of water. Check your map. It says to go to the castle. Feel free to go there,
but it's really just a waste of time, as you just find out the location of
the next spirit. You can go there right now after leaving the Water Shrine,
and save yourself some travel time. After entering the screen west of the
village, go under the bridge, and have Dytto put out the fire. You will
receive your first gem. With each gem, your max SP increases by 5 and the
spirit of the corresponding gem gets stronger. Exit the tunnel and head
north. Go to the screen on the right, and on this screen, you'll see a
waterfall to the north. Use Dytto's bubbles on the waterfall, and the water
will cease and open up the cave to the Waterfall Shrine.

B.The Waterfall Shrine
As you progress further in the game, the shrines and temples become more
difficult. This shrine is also very easy, but will begin to start testing
your skills and begin to build them. Head inside. If you stay around the
entrance, and let the fish die on their own, they will become the item fish,
and you can take them along if you have room in your inventory. In the next
screen, continue north. You see two chests on the lower floor, but you can't
get them yet. In the next screen, you'll see fire come out of the walls. Take
a minute to study the patterns of the fire, and pass when it's safe and get
the yellow key. Hop down and enter the lower screen, and get the two
treasures you saw earlier. Go back and head up the stairs. There is a
breakable wall past the fire at the top. Break the wall, and crawl inside.
There is a bow with 100 arrows. Take this along with you. Head back out and
head to the west and go through the yellow door. Begin to push the barrel
upwards, and an ogre monster will fall from the ceiling. Kill it and take the
key. Push the barrel safely past the fire and push it on the switch. You'll
activate a spout of steam, and you'll be able to call Dytto to remove the
fire from the door. Once you do that, proceed to the next room. In here, run
to the lower left side of the room, and pick up the gem. Head north and hit
the lower left hand switch on the small part of land with two switches. A
barrel will fall, and you must push it on the other switch. Proceed to the
next room, the boss room.

This will be your first challenging battle, but it's still no problem. You
will fight a giant fire skull. It will first appear in front of you. Walk up
to it and start attacking it. After a few seconds, it will spit out a fire
enemy, and disappear. It will reappear in a different location in a few more
seconds. Once it has lost half of its health, it will begin attacking you
with its claws that come from the left and right of Ali. If you let three
fire monsters on the screen during the battle, the skull will not reappear
until you kill one. Once it's defeated, use your beam of light from the
armlet on the door, and awake your second spirit, Efreet.

Controls:
A Button: Fire Breath: Efreet will breathe flames at Ali's enemies. Won't be
used much at all. Might be used to start lamp and camp fires.
Tap A twice: Fireball: Efreet will turn into a fireball and quickly charge in
the direction he is facing, mainly Ali's facing direction. Required for the
race track.
Hold A for 1 second: Melt Bomber: Efreet will burst into a fury, launching
fire explosions in a clockwise matter. Useful when enemies begin to crowd up.

Efreet can be summoned from any kind of fire. You appear outside the
waterfall shrine. Head down and go under the bridge, and have Efreet destroy
the large ice crystal. You'll receive your first red gem. Now you can either
head back to the castle to find your next destination, or you can go ahead
and proceed to the next act in the game. Head in the direction as if you were
heading to the water shrine where you picked up Dytto, and bring Efreet with
you. You'll see another large ice crystal next to the campfire with four rats
around a campfire. Have Efreet destroy that and proceed north. Head northeast
on this screen, and you should find a brick wall almost in the shape of a
triangle. Destroy the brick wall with some attacks. Save here. Head inside.
You are at a race track. This is an optional mini game you can play for some
valuable prizes. It is required to play if you wish to pick up another red
gem and/or pick up an infinite weapon, the infinite fire bow.

You begin the race any time you desire, and you must use Efreet. You must use
his fireball attack to travel around the course and complete 5 laps. To start
the race, summon Efreet from the campfire to the left, and immediately use
his fireball attack to the right. The race will begin. Follow the arrows
around the track. You have 2 minutes to complete the laps. You have infinite
SP here, so use Efreet's fireball attack as much as you can to get around the
laps as quickly as possible. The rewards are as follows:

Rank 1: Infinite Fire Arrows
Rank 2: Red Gem
Rank 3: Efreet Call
Rank 4: Elixir
Rank 5: Cheese
Finish the race with these times to acquire these ranks:
00'00'0 - 01'09'9 = Rank 1
01'10'0 - 01'19'9 = Rank 2
01'20'0 - 01'29'9 = Rank 3
01'30'0 - 01'39'9 = Rank 4
01'40'0 - 01'59'9 = Rank 5

If you don't finish the race after the 2 minute time limit, you fail the race
and get nothing. Give it a few tries, and you'll get the rhythm of it. My
best time is 00'59'5. Beat that and you're a true Beyond Oasis Efreet Racer.

When you're done there, leave and get rid of Efreet for now. Summon Dytto
from the nearby lake, and bring her to the lower east side of the area and
have her put out the fire with her bubbles. Either keep or lose her, and
continue north using the stairs.

C.Northern Temple
You'll soon find yourself at a temple to the north. Travel through, killing
the enemies, and avoiding their weapons and bombs. Collect the keys in the
chests as you travel along. When you reach the yellow door, kill the guy with
the sword to receive the key for it, and proceed through. Kill the two
turning turrets in this room, and pick up the blue gem. Proceed through the
green door with the key from the previous room. Push the boulder to open the
door, but if you want Dytto, summon her before you push the boulder, because
the switch will stop the spout of steam. Go in the next room. Quickly walk up
to the wall in front of you. Two guys with spears will run at you from your
left and right quickly as you enter. Get to the wall and watch them run by
and miss you completely. A guy with a sword will jump down over your head, so
be prepared for him. Kill all enemies in this room and you'll receive a red
gem. To open the door, get a bow and shoot an arrow at the unreachable switch
to the left. Enter the next room. Shoot an arrow at the switch to turn off
the spears, or you may crawl under them. Watch out for the snakes on the
bottom floor, and proceed. Begin walking north in the next screen, because
boulders will come up from the south and hit you if you're not careful.
Proceed to the dock to the east. You'll fight a guy in heavy armor, with two
other guys backing him up. He's not hard at all. Just watch yourself as you
fight him. If the other guys become bothersome, take them out. There are two
treasures to the north you can pick up during the fight. You can't pick them
up after the fight, so if you want them, get them now, but there's nothing
very useful. The armor guy has a charge attack that he will use if you're
distant and directly in his path. If you're close, he'll throw his mace at
you, which can cause quite a bit of damage. If you attack him, he may use his
shield, but don't stop attacking. Eventually, his shield will break with
enough attacks, and he will be defenseless. Kill him, and you'll find
yourself on a ship heading north.

As you begin, you'll see two switches. Just hit the top one. Efreet can be
useful here, as there are many enemies ahead, so summon him from the fire if
you feel you'll need the extra attack power. When all the enemies in this
room are dead, you can enter the blind room the enemies came out of, and
blindly guide yourself in the top room to find a Dytto call. When you're
done, head upstairs. More enemies are here. Kill them and head south to find
a max healing item. Pick it up if you have room. Head to the north end of the
boat to find a new enemy you'll follow through the rest of the game, silver
armlet.

He will inform you that you'll be sorry for pursuing him, and that you should
stop. He will run off, and leave you with two gargoyle enemies to fight. When
they pause in the air, they are about to strike down on you. Move out of
their way and attack them. They will spit fireballs at you as well. You can
destroy them with your weapon to avoid damage. If you use a sword, you can
jump and slash them while they're flying around. When they're dead, Ali will
arrive at a rocky beach.

D.Beach Cave
There are two items on the beach, a broad sword, and an apple. Hold onto the
broad sword, and take the apple if you have room for SP recovery. Head inside
the beach cave. You'll see three switches. Have the left one face the left,
and the middle and right switches face the right. A secret door will open and
have some goodies inside, mainly gems. When you're done, proceed to the left
screen. Be careful as you push down the boulder, because the guy at the top
with throw down a bomb that will blow up almost immediately. Take out a sword
and jump slash him, and push the boulder and head up the stairs. Kill the
bomb guy and armored guy. Take some bombs and throw them down onto the switch
from the left and you'll get a max healing item. To the south, run over the
switch and quickly head for the stairs before the steam starts up again. Go
up the stairs and get the green key. Destroy the large ice crystal with
either Efreet, bombs, or fire arrows if you picked them up. Go in the room to
the left. In here, quickly kill the gargoyle, but don't leave yet. Go pick up
the yellow key on the second level that is now accessible. Go through the
green door. In here, go hit the switch to the left before attempting the
stairs. Watch out for the zombies. Now, on the second level, quickly run to
the left and avoid stepping on the switch by taking the path above it, or
jumping over it. If you or a zombie step on the switch, boulders will
continually fall on the stairs and you will suffer great damage if you
attempt to climb them while the boulders fall. Hit the lower switch again if
the top one is activated before you reach the stairs and try again. In the
next room, you see a pile of wood. Light it on fire, and many wolf-like
creatures will appear. Use Efreet to kill them and they will turn into great
healing items. When they're dead, you'll receive the best healing item in the
game. Continue to the east, and proceed through the yellow door. Kill the
enemies here, and the ogre that follows them, and the stairs to the west will
open up. In here, there is a breakable wall that the waterfall is covering up
that is to the left of the red door. Break it and you'll receive a new
weapon, an atomic bow, which isn't useful at this point, so it's up to you if
you want it. Go back, and walk all the way to the west wall, and jump down
into the river below, and quickly run to the left. You'll see a box. Get the
blue key within the box, and follow the river until you see two treasure
boxes on the river. Get the top one, which contains a green key. Continue
down the river, and get the yellow key flowing down the river. Push the
switch to stop the mayhem on the second floor and proceed to the left and go
through the green door, and yellow door. In here, you'll receive the red key.
Go through the blue door. Kill all the enemies here, and you'll get two gems,
and two calls. Exit through the lower left, and pick up 30 hyper bombs. Jump
down and go back up the stairs to the left, and proceed through the red door.
Go up the stairs, take out some bombs, and through one down onto the switch,
and some treasures will appear on the top floor, especially a gem. Jump down,
and light up the torch that is not lit, and the door will open to the boss.

This boss can be quite challenging without the needed attack power to put a
real hurt on it quickly. It's very useful to have Dytto along in this battle.
You will fight a giant rock monster with arms. Begin attacking it once its
body appears. It will attack you with its arms after about a second if you're
close to it. If it brings its arms to itself, it's about to roll around the
room very fast, and if you get hit, it will hurt a lot, so make sure you have
Dytto heal, or use a healing item when your health is low. Once it stops, it
will most likely jump up and try to land on you. If it doesn't land on you,
several rocks will fall on you from the ceiling. Continue to heal when
necessary and attack. Once it dies, you'll receive a Sunburst Pendant, which
will allow you to recover any lost health while standing still in the
sunlight.

E.Mountain Fortress
Head outside and save. Proceed to the west. Eventually, you'll come across a
fortress in the mountains. Three guys, each holding a spear, will greet you.
Kill them and proceed up the stairs to the left. Kill the bomb guys, or leave
them. Watch out for the armored guy at the top. Kill him and walk inside. You
find 5 enemies that want to play. Kill them, and pick up the key. Which door?
Take the right one and pick up some supplies and another key and fight some
turret enemies, or take the left to continue. In the next room, you can hit
the switch to activate the steam if you want Dytto, but boulders will begin
to fall constantly in the room. Unless you really need Dytto at this time,
avoid that switch. In the next room, an armored guy will begin to charge at
you. Step to the side, or hit him when he's close. Kill him and get the key
in the box between the two traps. Enter the left door. Get the two keys in
here, but don't go in the door. Return to the previous room and enter the
other door to get some more goodies and more keys. Now proceed through the
other door you left earlier. You will go downstairs and have a choice to go
to the right or go down. Go right and ignore the enemy turrets. Watch out for
the spear and go in the next room. Run down and all traps will miss and if
the snakes didn't move, the traps will kill them. Do the same on the other
side, and go in the door and get more keys, a gem, and healing items. Go back
to where you left the turrets, and take the other path. To know if it is safe
to crawl under spears, the shadow must be far under the spear. That means
there is room to crawl under. In this room, you'll see an ogre monster
guarding a treasure box. Kill him, and if you want, kill the other monsters
that enter as well. Enter the northern door. Be careful in this next room.
Many bombs will fall, but won't explode yet. If you go too far up, an enemy
will enter from behind, throw a bomb, and detonate all the bombs, causing
major damage if you get hit. Walk to the right when you enter, and let the
bombs explode on their own, and proceed downstairs. Kill the enemies here and
continue south. Watch out in this room for the spears in the walls. You can
crawl under the ones on the left, and jump over the ones on the right. Kill
the enemies in this room, or let the spears kill them. It's funny to watch
them die. Leave the fortress, and jump down below and enter the door. You'll
fight some sorcerers in here. They will appear only when you cross their path
in the north, south, east and west directions. They will also appear on their
own whenever they want, but rarely. Kill them, and get the red key. Enter the
north door with the extra key you picked up, and kill the two ogres and two
armored guys to get some great items and gems. Leave and go through the red
door you saw earlier to the east. Kill the two gargoyles in this room, and go
downstairs. You'll hear a conversation about your next spirit, Shade.
Kill all the enemies in the next screen, and continue after silver armlet.
Head to the north. You are now at a mountainous area. Go to the right, and
head up the stairs, killing the enemies as you go. Continue north, and go to
the right at the top, into the next screen. Take the stairs as you enter, and
you can summon Dytto to recover your health, and/or have her travel along
with you. Go to the right, and you'll spot a treasure on a ledge above you,
but you won't be able to get it yet. Continue along the mountain, and proceed
north. After defeating some enemies at the top, you can jump down to the left
and continue, but take the bottom path, and you'll land next to the treasure
box you saw earlier. Get the gem, and head around the mountain again and take
the left path this time, and proceed north. Continue to head north on this
screen, following the path to the left, and up the stairs. Eventually, you'll
come across the wall fortress, but don't head up the stairs of the fortress
yet. Run all the way to the right, and jump down, to pick up a gem. Return to
the fortress, save, and head inside.

F.Wall Fortress
Proceed to the right. You won't be able to pass by the fires yet until you do
some fighting. Some enemies will come and each time you fight the enemies,
the rate of the fire gets slower, giving you more time to pass them. After
that, hit the switch and fight more enemies. Continue on, dodging the
boulders. They come at you from the right, starting at the top, then at the
middle, then at the bottom. Continue, and you'll come across some ogres.
Defeat them, and watch out for the rolling spike traps. Grab a garlic, hit
the switch and an ogre falls from God knows where to start a fight. Kill him,
and pick up the broad sword if you wish, and proceed. You'll run into some
turret enemies. Kill them, and continue. You'll see some unlit campfires.
Guess what? Light up all campfires, and summon Efreet if you wish. Kill the
enemies that drop from the gargoyles, and watch out for the spikes. In the
next part, the spikes will come closer to you, giving you barely any room to
fight. Kill all enemies, and the spikes will disappear. Continue to the
right. Here, you have two switches to be pressed, and two ogre enemies fall
from somewhere to give you a hand. Lure one of them up onto a switch, and
step on the other to open up the gate to the transporter. If the ogre
monsters don't cooperate, don't kill them, but throw a hyper bomb onto a
switch and quickly step on the other to open it up. Teleport to the right,
and continue along to see silver armlet. He will tell you of a warp device in
the castle. You will need this to go see Shade. He will send you off to
fight a monster to prove your worthiness of the warp device.

The screen will slowly move to the left as you fight this boss. It's
recommended to use a sword for this boss. Continually walk to the left as the
boss throws rocks at you from its mouth, and run when it tries to suck you
into its mouth. When it sends out its tongue, attack it twice before it
retreats. Repeat until it's dead. If you don't kill it after a while, the
screen will stop moving, and you'll have very little room to fight it. Kill
it, and get the warp device called the Key of Time and Space. Use the beam of
light from the armlet on the shiny crack and a time warp will open, and lure
you into it. Fall in, and you'll be back at the beginning of the castle.
Leave and save. On this screen, there is another warp device around the
middle of this area. You must jump down onto the area where it is. Find it,
and warp to the left, and continue. There is some water here if you wish to
call Dytto. Proceed to the left, killing more enemies, and then to the south.
In this area, you are getting close to the entrance to the volcano. Continue
along, fighting the enemies, and if you stay idle in a spot too long, the
volcano will erupt, and some flaming rocks will fall on that area. Soon,
you'll see the entrance being blocked by an ogre. Finish him, save, and get
ready to receive your third spirit, Shade.

G.The Volcano
Enter, and go down the stairs to the left. Watch out for the spikes and you
can pick up a garlic and/or a fish. Watch out for the sorcerers. Kill the
sorcerer on that small island in the lava lake and pick up a key. Go through
the door. Jump down to the left, and to the left again. Kill the armored guy,
and pick up a green key. Jump down to the south, and kill all the enemies
there, and take the transporter to the bottom right back to the previous
room. Return to that room, and jump down to the south, and go in the green
door. In this room, you see guys on the next level ready to jump down and
ambush you. There is also a fire enemy here, so be careful. Take it out first
if possible. Kill all the enemies, and those spikes to the left will
disappear, giving you a path to the stairs, but don't go up the stairs yet.
Go back to the door you came in, and you'll find a new transporter. Go in,
and you'll arrive at a treasure box. Take the red key, and return to go up
the stairs. In this room, hit the switch to the left, and take to the
floating, moving platforms. Time your jumps correctly and move from platform
to platform. Watch out for the sorcerers that appear to try and knock you off
the platforms. Kill them, and continue. On the last platform, be careful when
making the last jump to the red door, because an unreachable sorcerer will
throw a fireball at you that is hard to dodge. Grab the cabbage, and proceed
through the red door to the boss.

This boss can be tough. You will fight a giant red dragon. Highly recommended
to use a strong sword, like the broad or death sword, if you have them. It
will throw three fireballs at you in three directions. You can destroy them
with your sword. Attack its head and it will recoil back for a second and
attack you again. It will occasionally charge its head at you and knock you
over. After taking some damage from your attacks, it will get mad and breathe
a lot of fire at you very fast. Don't get caught in the doorway when it does
this. It can cause as much as 1/3 of your max health, which is a lot. Run to
the side when it starts to do this, and avoid as much damage as possible.
Continue to fight it, and it will eventually die. A platform will appear
where the dragon was and lead you to the spirit door. Use a beam of light
from the armlet on the door and go awake your third spirit, Shade.

Controls:
A button: Dark Claw: Shade will lunge out in front of Ali with his claws and
slash anything in his path. He can also grab onto out of reach items and
bring them to Ali. He can also grab onto stakes and bring Ali across to the
stake. Very useful.
Hold A for 1 second: Doppleganger: Ali will sit down wherever he is, and
another form of Ali will generate, which you can control and move around the
room, and you are invincible at this time. This can be used to activate two
distant switches, locate time warps not visible in the normal view, and/or
scout out new areas.

Shade can be summoned by any reflective surface or mirror. Unlike the other
shrines, you don't leave after acquiring the spirit. The volcano is beginning
to erupt and you must escape. Take the platform back across the pit, and
leave the boss room. You see that stake to the south? Face it, and have Shade
grab onto it with his dark claw, and he will bring Ali to it. Continue south,
doing the same thing as you go. In the next room, grab onto the stake at the
right, and take the transporter and grab a gem. Go in the transporter again,
and take the door you arrive at. In this room, jump down and take the
transporter back to the first room. Enter the north door. Jump down to the
left, and have Shade grab the stake to the left, and go into the left screen.
Jump down, and crawl out through the hole.

You'll arrive outside. Save. Head to the left. The jumps here are tough. Run,
and when you're right at the edge, jump, and you should make it. If you fall,
Shade will grab you and carry you back to the last part of land you were on
before you fell, and you won't lose health. Down below is a treasure box.
This is Shade's first gem. Get it and save. From where you got the gem, jump
down off the screen. You'll arrive at a secret area. This area is very tough.
Make sure you have Shade all the time, and have good SP healing items. This
area, of course, is optional, but you can pick up another gem for Shade, and
get another infinite weapon, the hyper bombs. It starts out simple. Just time
your jumps and follow the platforms across. You'll run into many turrets that
will shoot at you. Have Shade take the damage, so you don't get hurt and will
be able to kill them without being distracted. Proceed to the next screen.
Here you must run and jump from platform to platform to get to the other
side. The platforms disappear so you don't get a lot of time once you land on
them. If you fall, leave and reenter the screen to reset the platforms. In
the next screen, you must run and jump onto the platforms. This is tough
because there is wind blowing at you, which slows all your jumps. Take extra
care when jumping. The last one disappears when you jump on it, so don't
loiter on it. Quickly jump on it, count to one, and jump to the cliff and
continue. In this screen, you travel along on slow platforms. What's worse is
you will have up to four gargoyles flying around trying to kill you. Use any
sword you have on them. They're weak, so two sword hits will finish one. If
they're about to attack, don't jump up and slash them unless you're
absolutely sure you can hit them with your sword before they attack. If they
attack you while jumping, you'll fall off the platform. Shade is necessary
here. If they shoot fireballs at you, destroy them with your sword, or let
Shade take the hit. Be careful, and continue to the next screen. Make sure
your SP is at least half full, so Shade can get the next part done. Take any
path of platforms you choose, and arrive at the other side. You see wind
blowing south. Don't attempt to jump to the treasures, because you'll be
blown away. Have Shade use his dark claws to retrieve the items. Pick them
up, and take the other path of platforms back to the other side. If you
happen to fall, two platforms will always remain, and you'll have to use
those to get across. Now you have to travel back through all of that. It
shouldn't be too hard. By now, you should have developed skills on how to
take care of Ali. Go all the way back, and take the transporter back to where
you got Shade's first gem. Congratulations! You have completed one of the
hardest parts of Beyond Oasis and received another infinite item. Save.

Continue to travel to the west, making all necessary jumps across the cliffs,
and you'll meet up with some wise man. He will give you a Psychoring, which
will allow you to recover SP anywhere while not having a spirit summoned. He
will inform you on your elder sister, Gwen, who has been missing for ten
years. She may be alive somewhere, and it's up to you to find her. He will
create a time warp for you, and you must return to protect your family from
silver armlet. Take the portal, and you'll return to the beach on the far
west side of the castle. Save.

You have things to do here. Enemies to kill, gems to collect, and another two
infinite weapons to be had. Go to the east, and you'll run into an ogre. It
has been my experience that you will always receive a heart from this ogre.
If you're going for the superhero ranking, you must leave your rank at 1.
Getting a heart will increase your health, but your rank will go to 2, and
you can't get superhero. Leave the heart if you want to be a superhero.
Continue north, and leave the beach to the right. You'll enter a forest. Go
to the right, and head north. You'll see a mirror above you. You need to
summon Shade. Head to the north, take the stairs, and head to the left.
Follow the path, avoiding the zombies, and take to the screen on the right,
and you'll find the mirror. Summon Shade and head back to the west beach. At
the northwest part of the beach, is a fenced in treasure. Use Shade's dark
claw to open the treasure and retrieve the gem. Use Shade's Doppleganger
around the stairs leading to the forest, and look for a time portal to the
south of those stairs. Once you find it, lose Shade, save and warp using that
portal.

This area is tough, but you'll get two gems, and another infinite weapon, the
atomic bow. You'll start off landing on a small island with five normal guys.
If you don't start attacking immediately, they will punch you continuously
and might even kill you, so don't get trapped. When they're dead, you'll
continue on, fighting many more enemies, on each island. As you travel along,
you'll see treasure boxes. Do NOT get them! They contain nothing, and you
will fail to get the atomic bow. However, to make it harder, the treasure
boxes are placed right where you fight, so be careful you don't accidentally
hit them, or have the enemies break them. Continue to watch your health as
you travel along the islands. After getting past a huge staircase, you will
be transported to the final area, where many enemies lurk. Use swords or any
other weapons you have and kill them. Towards the top part, two raptor
dinosaurs will drop from the sky and begin to head towards you. They each
will drop a gem when they are killed. Pick them up, and kill any other
enemies left. If you didn't open any treasure boxes, two transporters will
appear. Take the one on the right, and you'll appear in front of your
infinite weapon. Pick it up and leave. Save. Head back to the forest.

Go in the direction as if you were going to get Shade again from that mirror,
except along that path with the zombies, you will find a tree standing alone.
Hidden behind the leaves and branches, is a blind pit that you can enter.
Save before you go in. This is an optional challenge you can attempt, but you
will receive some valuable items, including calls and gems, and the ultimate
weapon, the infinite Omega Sword. Fall in, and you'll begin the challenge.
You'll fall in a small room with some enemies in it. Defeat every enemy, and
a new hole will appear in the middle, and stairs will appear, giving you the
option to continue, or use the stairs if you feel you can't proceed any
further. Each room is considered a floor, and you must travel through 100
floors of mayhem if you desire the Omega Sword. Each floor has random
enemies, except for every 10th floor, which have designated enemies awaiting
you. The enemies and prizes for every ten floors are as follows:

10 - 3 swordsmen - Elixir
20 - 4 blobs that float towards you slowly - Dytto call
30 - 4 Trolls - Efreet call
40 - 4 Gargoyles - Shade call
50 - 4 sorcerers - Bow call
60 - Many flaming bombs drop on you - Blue gem
70 - 2 large fire enemies - Red gem
80 - Many strong bats - Black gem
90 - 4 Raptor dinosaurs - Gray gem
100 - Large Rock Monster with strong spark enemy - Infinite Omega Sword

At every tenth floor, after defeating the enemies there, you will recover 1/4
of Ali's current health, and a transporter will appear that you can use to
transport to the first floor if you feel you cannot continue any further.
While in this pit, you cannot use any healing items at all. Make use of
Dytto's healing magic, and use Efreet's attack power to help you kill enemies
quicker. If you don't run into any puddle monsters, and really need Dytto,
you can always put down the Dytto call, and use a beam of light on it to call
Dytto. It's a useful way to get Dytto when approaching floors 90 and 100,
because those are very hard battles.

When you're all finished there, head to the right and get Shade again. Return
to the previous area that had all the zombies, and use the doppleganger near
the set of stairs you see to the left. You'll find a time warp. Use that
warp, and you'll appear over the entrance to the forest shrine. To your left,
is a treasure containing a gem. Get it, and jump down to the entrance to the
forest shrine. Save and enter. Time to awaken your final spirit, Bow.

H.The Forest Shrine
You begin by fighting three gargoyles. Kill them and go through the left
door. Kill the enemy treasure box mimic, and the real treasure will appear.
Get the yellow key, and go back and enter through the right door. Run to the
door, ignore the other monsters, and kill the ogre, and take the key. Every
time you see a lamp that is not lit, use whatever you have available to light
it up. Enter the door. Kill the enemies that jump down. Either have Efreet
destroy the large ice block, or use fire based weapons to destroy it. Go to
the east room, and destroy the turrets and you'll receive some bombs. Summon
Shade from the mirror, and use his dark claw to grab the stake in the
previous room. Get the yellow key. Head through the yellow door in the east
room, hit the switch to make two treasures appear, and get the blue key.
Head back to the room with the blue door, and head through. You'll find
several piles of sticks. Use Efreet or fire based weapons to set them on
fire. There's a pile when you enter. There's one to the left, using the
moving platform. There's one to the northeast, continuing to use the moving
platforms to get there. Enter the door to the east, and pick up the
treasures you activated earlier. You have one more pile to light up, and
it's to the northwest. Use the platform at the top screen, because the
others are not high enough to reach the last pile. Light the last one, and
four enemies will appear. They are blobs that will move towards you slowly,
and will get faster as it gets smaller. Defeat the one that appears, then
wait for the others to arrive. When they're dead, head to the door that
opened on the right. Get the yellow key, and head through the yellow door on
the left in the previous room. Grab the green key. Head back to the
entrance, and take the left door. Go past the traps, and go through the
green door. Watch out for the boulders that roll out of the caves to the
north. Get the yellow key between the spikes, and either use weapons to
destroy the ice block, or use Efreet from the fire to destroy it. Enter the
room, and you'll fight six blobs, three pairs of different size and speed.
Kill them, and you'll pick up your first of three red keys. Summon Dytto
from the drops of water(may be hard, but possible). Use Dytto's bubbles to
take out the fire at the top of the stairs only. Don't go in the next room.
Instead, head back through the temple to the room where you fought three
turrets, and summon Shade and bring him back to the room with the rolling
boulders. Head through the north door. You'll fight many zombies. Do not
lose Shade to summon Efreet. Kill the zombies with fire based weapons, or by
killing them normally. The door will open to the north. Enter, and hit the
switch. You'll hear a small explosion. Go back and go the left. You'll
find an opening. Go in, and pick up the blue key. Make sure you still have
Shade. The wall behind the key is breakable. Break it, and go in. Stand on
one switch, and use Shade's Doppleganger to move an apparition of Ali to the
other switch. A treasure will appear. Hit A to return to Ali, and get the
red gem. Exit, and go through the blue door in the room to the north, with
the switch. Use the boulder on the right to push onto the switch. Grab your
second red key from the treasure box, and head to the right. Hopefully, you
have been lighting all the lamps you've been running into. Go down, avoiding
all the spears, and pick up a black gem. Jump down, and head back to the
large pit room with the moving platforms. Go through the northwest door in
this room. The door that was closed is now open. Enter, go to the left,
light the last lamp, grab your third key, summon Shade if your magic power is
high, and enter the transporter. Note: this boss will not appear until all
lamps are lit.

Remember this monster? You'll need to fight him again. Use the same tactics
you used before when you fought him in the beach cave. Use Dytto to heal, or
use Shade to take all your attacks. Use a sword to defeat him quicker. Once
he explodes again, all doors will open up. Enter through the top middle
door. Use all red keys you picked up, and enter through the three red doors.
You'll come across some grapes, and a death sword. Take whichever you feel
you will need, and in the final room before the boss, you have a choice of
which spirit you would like to take with you. Any spirit will do. Make your
pick and enter the red door.

If you'd like to defeat this boss with ease, you definitely would like to
have some bows with you. If you followed the guide, you should have infinite
fire arrows, infinite atomic arrows, and 100 normal arrows. Use whichever
bow you like, get as close to the ledge as possible and begin to attack the
wizard on the crystal ball in the center of the room, and pick away at his
health out of harm's way until it dies. If you weren't able to acquire any
bows, then you must take the hard way to defeating this boss. You must ride
all the platforms to reach the wizard and slash him with your weapon. The
wizard will send out fireballs in all directions, and even have some green
blob come after you. Have Efreet take care of the blob if you have him.
Again, save yourself some time, frustration, and items, and simply take out a
bow and kill him from the side. Once he's dead, run around to the top of the
room, and use your beam of light on the door to acquire your final spirit,
Bow.

Controls:
A button: Bite Attack: Bow will launch out at any enemies within its reach
and bite them continuously until death. He can do this on his own, but not
as much if you press the A button. His bite is also used to destroy steel
gates.
Tap A twice: Move Underground: Bow will travel underground silently to where
Ali is standing. Useful when you want him to open a gate, or attack several
enemies near Ali.
Hold A for 1 second: Poison Pollen: Bow will blow up, spreading poison pollen
everywhere, stunning the enemies and slowing down game play, making
everything move slowly except Ali. Useful if there's a lot of enemies
around, and by making them move slowly, you can kill them easier.

Bow can be summoned from any moving plant. You and Bow appear outside the
forest temple. Save. Lose him for now, and head to town. You'll find it
has been taken over by several enemies. Ignore them and head to the right.
You have many gems to collect. Continue to travel to the right and enter the
next screen. Head north, and head to the screen of the entrance to the
waterfall shrine where you picked up Efreet. Crawl under the bridge, and
summon Shade from the ice block. Enter the screen to the left of this
bridge, and use Shade's doppleganger as you enter. You will spot a time
portal in the middle of the grass patch. Lose Shade and use your beam of
light where the portal was, and enter it. You'll appear on a ledge where a
treasure chest sits. Get this black gem. Head back to the bridge and summon
Shade again. Go south, and cross the bridge into the small village. Head
back to the beach at which you began the game, and you'll find a treasure
chest has washed up on shore. Get the gray gem, and continue to travel east
of the village. Continue to have Shade, and go back to the Water Shrine
where you picked up Dytto. Go to the screen with the ogre and other enemies,
and have Shade grab onto the stake to the left. Go south on this ledge, and
pick up a black gem. Lose Shade for now. Leave the shrine, and head north,
past the racetrack entrance and into that temple. Save before you do this,
for it may be difficult. Go through the temple, and summon bow from the
small plant. Kill the swordsman for the yellow key, and enter the yellow
door. Go to the steel door, and teleport Bow to it, and he will break it
down. Keep Bow, because he is useful in here. Enter the door. You'll begin
with two zombies. When they're dead, small blobs will appear very quickly.
Kill them as they appear, or you will be swamped. Very small, but very quick
fire enemies will appear. Don't use fire-based weapons or course. And
finally, two raptor dinosaurs will appear in the mayhem. Kill them quickly.
Teleport Bow to where you are to eat many enemies. Recover your health when
necessary. When all enemies are defeated, you'll receive four gems, one of
each! Now it's time to save your family. Head on over to the castle. Save
on the screen before the castle screen. You will not be given another chance
to save after this.

Enter and head to the south, killing or ignoring the enemies. Head past the
ship on the next screen, and enter the house with the open door. Crawl
through the hole and summon Bow from the plant. Have him break the gate,
lose him and proceed north. Get the gem on the next screen, and jump down
into the castle. Kill the enemies, and go up the stairs. Go through the
door on the right, avoiding the swordsman. On the second floor, watch out
for the armored guys. The one before the door to the king's room will charge
at you quickly. Be careful. Kill him and enter the northwest door. You'll
see silver armlet has taken control of your sister and father. Go after
silver armlet, and Ali will run up to him in an attempt to attack silver
armlet, but to no avail. Ali gets knocked out from silver armlet's attack.
He tells Ali to recover a large cube hidden in the castle. He will trade
your sister for the cube. He kicks Ali in the face, sending him down the
fountain into a secret dungeon.

I.Castle Dungeon
Follow the flow of the river, and crawl in the tunnel you see at the end of
the river. You'll find some strong currents while crawling through these
tunnels, preventing you from going to new areas. Crawl where you can for
now, and go east, then south into the next screen. Kill the zombies here,
and you'll pick up a yellow key. Go back through the tunnel, back to where
the river brought you, and head up the stairs. Summon Bow from the small
plant, and go through the yellow door. Go west, and have Bow destroy the
steel door. Lose Bow, and don't go in. Go to the screen to the right, and
summon Shade from the mirror. Go through the door where the steel door was.
Watch out for the worm monster that jumps out at you from the ground in the
center of this room. If he grabs you, he will continually attack you until
you break free from his grip. Tap the A button repeatedly to break free.
Attack it when it comes out, and it will recoil back and come back out in a
few seconds. Defeat it for a gray gem. Enter the tunnel on the left.
You'll find yourself flowing down in the current. Start walking to the
right, and you'll enter a new area. Once you enter, walk to the left to
avoid the fire that will appear on the door. Make sure you still have Shade.
You'll find two unreachable treasure chests to the left. Use Shade's dark
claw to reach them and bring them to Ali. You'll pick up a blue key, and a
black gem. Kill all the zombies and armored slugs here and you'll get a
green key. Lose Shade, and use Dytto's bubbles to put out the fires. Enter
through the right tunnel. Walk to the left, and go through the left passage.
Go back to where you arrived in this dungeon, and go up the stairs, except
take the green door. In here, you'll fight a lot of puddle monsters. Defeat
them all and you'll receive a gray gem. Crawl through the tunnel to the
left. In here, walk all the way to the right, and you'll enter a new area.
In this screen, quickly walk away from the entrance, as fire will appear in
front it and the blue door. There's some fog in the middle of the screen.
What could this be? Some water will drop in on the left. Summon Dytto from
them, and the fog will turn into a ghost enemy that will drain the SP very,
very quickly if it is touching the spirit or Ali. Quickly begin attacking
it. It will not show its health, so after a few attacks it will disappear.
Use Dytto's bubbles to put out all the fires, and go through the blue door.
Use her bubbles again on the fires, and proceed north. Put out all but one
fire, and lose Dytto. Summon Bow from across the river and teleport him next
to the steel door. Once that is destroyed, lose Bow, and either summon
Efreet to destroy the ice block on the next screen, or use fire based
weapons. Head up the stairs, and head to the left, avoiding the zombies. In
the next screen, summon Bow and go stand on the switch on the bottom. This
will stop the flow of the boulders. Have Bow teleport over to the switch.
While standing on it, have Bow use his poison pollen attack. Since
everything is slow, the switch will stay pressed for several seconds,
allowing you to pass without having the boulders regenerate. In the next
screen, either keep or lose Bow, and kill the bats and snakes, and head to
the right. Go down the stairs and head to the left. Kill the treasure box
mimic, and get the other treasure box. Pick up that gray gem, and go back to
the previous room. A waterfall is blocking the door. Use Dytto's bubbles to
stop the flow of the waterfall, then lose her. Use your beam of light on the
door and enter. Talk to the large cube. It will become an item for you to
carry. If your inventory is full, drop an item, and get the large cube. Hop
into the transporter.

Go see your father, who is clutching his chest in pain. He informs you about
the large cube, and tells you to do what you think is right, and everyone's
counting on you(of course). He passes out, and you can leave the castle.
Save.

Head to the right. You'll hear a crash of some sort. Head north as you
enter, and you'll see a new path leading north. Head north and you'll find
several enemies protecting the northern path. Kill them as you go, watching
out for the charging armored guys and ogres. You'll find a chest on a small
ledge to the left. There is very little land you can walk on to get to the
treasure chest. You may not see it, but it's there. Walk along the wall to
the treasure and get a gray gem. Walk back across, and continue north.
You'll find yourself on a mountainous area. In this area, you find many
ogres. They fall almost everywhere, so be careful. Head up the stairs, and
you'll meet some ogres. Defeat them, and summon Shade from the mirror, and
hold onto him for a while. Jump down to the right, and go south. You'll
find an ogre protecting a treasure. Finish the ogre, and pick up a gray gem.
Head up the stairs north of where you are, killing snakes and ogres along the
way. Go into the next screen. Go all the way left, climb the stairs, and
head right, using Shade to pull you across to the stake. Climb the northern
stairs, and you'll find a treasure box to the right. Jump down to it, and
pick up a black gem. Go back up those stairs and head to the northeastern
part of the mountain and enter the screen to the right.

Remember this area? Before you jump down to the fortress, pick up the gray
gem in the treasure box above you. Jump down, and travel all the way to the
right, and go back to where you first fought the rock monster in the beach
cave. Lose Shade. You need to return to the rocky beach. Jump down in the
river, and follow it until you see a treasure box floating along, next to a
switch. Step on the switch to stop the mayhem on the second floor, and head
to the screen to the south. Summon Shade from the ice block, and head to the
east screen. Go down the stairs, past the three switches, and exit the cave.
Go to the right, and you'll find a stake. Have Shade grab onto it, and pull
Ali over to it. Get the black gem from the treasure box. Continue to hold
onto Shade as you go through the beach cave all over again, and arrive at the
exit after the screen where you fight the rock monster. Go to the left. You
will see a stake surrounded by stumps. Have Shade grab it and bring Ali to
it. Lose Shade, and go underwater.

You are at another mini-game. Walk to the south, and Ali will travel along
the current, past some valuable items he can pick up, if he takes some
certain paths along the current. You can pick up a gray and blue gem, along
with an Infinite Metal Bow. If you miss any items that you want, then when
you reach the end, you can take the stairs to the right and go back up to the
beginning and try again. Study the flow and path of the current, and time
your running and jumping to fight the current to certain items. You'll get
the rhythm of it. When you're finished, head downward to exit the mini-game,
and you'll wind up in front of the waterfall shrine where you picked up
Efreet.

Head back to the castle, and head north to the mountainous area again.
Again, use Shade to cross the gap, and climb the stairs, and go left, and
follow the path to another set of stairs. Head north, past the small plant,
and you'll catch up with silver armlet, who has your sister. You'll give him
the large cube, and he'll run off into the cave. Your sister will give you a
medallion called Sun's Charm that will increase the speed of recovery for
your HP and SP, when standing still in sunlight. Some soldiers will arrive
and bring the princess back to the castle.

Save here, and check your stats and inventory. If you're like me and
followed the guide, you should have 13 blue, red, and black gems, and 11 gray
gems. Any infinite weapons you picked up will certainly help you, and make
sure you have some elixirs and great healing items. If you have room, try
and get some spirit calls. They're always useful if you need one right away.

Again, if you're heading for superhero ranking, you need to keep your rank at
1, which means no heart pickups.

J.Non-Entity's Cave
When you're ready, head inside after silver armlet. Every enemy in this room
must be killed to proceed. You'll find some bats, armored guys, and guys
with spears that run very fast. Kill them all and you'll be allowed to
proceed to the north. In the next screen, step into the sides to allow
boulders to pass without hitting you. Let one pass, and walk up into the
next available opening to wait in. You can pick up some items in these
openings. An armored guy will appear from the top, and charge at you. If
you manage to dodge him, he will stay in the middle and get automatically
killed by a boulder. This next room is tough. When you enter, count to one
and JUMP! Remember that wave of water in the Water Shrine? Well, it has
returned in this cave, and instead of rushing at you, it comes from behind
you. It is recommended you have Shade here, because if you fall in the pit,
you will be saved by Shade. You'll find two blobs in here. One has a blue
gem, and the other has an elixir. You must defeat them while jumping over
the rushing water. Getting the gem is most important here. When you get it,
you can go in the pit. Lose Shade to go in the pit if you had him. Kill the
enemies that appear here, and stairs will appear for you to continue to the
north. You'll fight some more enemies, then get access to the next room. In
here, you'll startle some rats guarding a treasure. Watch out in this room,
because there are three worms that jump out of the ground at you and suck
away at your health. Watch for them and the ogre that follows. Kill the
rats first, so they're not in the way. Scout the areas for the three worms.
One is guarding the treasure box in the corner. Wait for them to appear then
attack and kill them. Once they're all dead, you'll receive a red gem. Jump
down to the left, summon Dytto, and proceed to the left. In this room, there
will be sorcerers appearing on the bottom of the screen in areas where no
water is flowing. When you jump across a river, a sorcerer will appear to
the south. Kill them, and continue to the left. When you head upwards, an
armored guy will quickly appear and charge at you, with a hidden sorcerer
appearing from the bottom shooting a fireball at you. Be careful, and kill
all enemies and proceed to the next room to the north. Have Dytto use her
bubbles to put out the fires, and kill the enemies that follow. You'll see a
plant as you travel north, but leave it for now. Head north, and instead of
destroying the ice block with Efreet, summon Shade from the ice block, and
use his dark claw to reach over the rocks, and get the chest containing a
gray gem. Lose Shade, summon Efreet to destroy the block, or just destroy it
with a fire weapon, and head back to the previous room to summon Bow. Bring
him back to the room and have him destroy the steel door to the north to
proceed. Watch out for the swordsman. Head to the right. In this screen,
you'll have more platforms to jump around on. Watch out for the black and
blue sparks that fly around. If one is headed towards you, slash it, and it
will divide and miss you. Some platforms aren't activated yet, so head to
the right, kill the archers, and pick a black gem at the bottom. Head to the
next area to the right. You'll have three ogres here to fight. Defeat them,
and hit the switch that appears. It will activate the platforms, and make
three treasures appear. Get the gray gem from one of them and whichever else
you need. Head back to the platform room. Head to the lower left, and go to
the next screen. Some blobs will appear. Wait for them to arrive to kill
them, or jump to other land areas to move closer to them, and then kill them.
At the far bottom, step on the switch, which will drop several bombs on the
rocks, and destroy them for you. Proceed to the left, and pick up the red
key. Go back to the platform room. The isolated ogre to the left is very
strong, but drops an elixir if you defeat it. Be careful when attacking it.
Head to the northeast and go through the red door. Kill the enemies here,
and summon Efreet from the fire, and guide him along the hallway to the right
across the lava, and have him use melt bomber on the lamp to light it up.
Use fireball attack to get him there. Kill the armored guy, pick a Bow call
and/or an ultimate healing item, and continue to the north. Kill all the
enemies here and a death sword will appear for you. Take it if you wish, and
go right. Hit the middle switch, and four switches will appear in front of
each spirit call. You must hit the switches in order you picked up the
spirits. Water, Fire, Shadow, and Plant. Head back to the previous room and
a path to the north has opened up. You will not be able to use spirits in
the next room, so summon Dytto to recover any lost health, then lose her and
head into the next room for the boss.

You'll fight some floating spirit with three eyes. You must use your beam of
light from the armlet on one of the two open eyes, to open the third middle
eye. Use a sword, and jump slash the middle eye to damage it. Continue to
defeat it. When its pupils get smaller, it will create a vortex that will
slowly pull you into it, hampering your movement. It will also send flaming
bombs down onto the area constantly. Watch out for the shadows, so you know
where a bomb will drop. After half of its health is lost, its middle eye
will shoot a strong beam of light vertically across the area. It hurts quite
a deal if it hits you. Continue to dodge the bombs, and use your beams to
open the middle eye and slash it. Once it's defeated, you'll arrive in the
shadow world, on your way to defeat silver armlet and Agito.

K.Shadow World
You'll land in some new area. Quickly walk to the lower right hand corner.
Boulders will drop from the sky. You don't want them to suddenly kill you
after such a hard battle. Save. When you're ready, head to the right.
You'll run into some puddle monsters, and red gargoyles will fly in from time
to time to drop trolls into the fray. Head to the right, and a green
gargoyle will appear and attack you. Defeat it, and a yellow key will
appear. Head to the lower right to the next screen. Watch out for the
charging armored guy. Kill him, and then the bomb guy behind him. Take the
bombs only if you don't have any bombs in your inventory. Hit the switch to
the lower right, and head up the stairs. Use a bomb to push the switch
beyond the fence. It will open the door to the left. Head back down the
stairs, hit the switch, and summon Shade. Head in the door to the left. Go
through the yellow door. Use Shade's dark claw to bring Ali across the gap.
Step on the switch. You'll hear some water drain. Use Shade to go back
across the gap, and go in the door. Head south and you'll see the water is
gone, and has revealed a switch. Press it, and head north to get the
treasure box that appeared. Pick up the red key and go through the yellow
door again. Head over the gap one last time with Shade, then lose him, and
head north. Summon Dytto from one of the water puddle enemies, and go left,
then down to the next screen. Have Dytto put out the fire here. Watch out
for the ghost spirit that drains SP and the red sparks. Go to the left. A
raptor dinosaur will appear. Kill it. Turrets will appear from the sky, one
by one, to attack. Kill each one as they appear to avoid fighting them in
numbers. One last enemy to fight here, which is a large fire enemy. If you
don't have any fire weapons to destroy the ice block, summon Efreet from the
fire enemy and have him destroy it first, then lose Efreet, and kill the
enemy. Don't use any fire weapons of course, and defeat it. You'll receive
your final red gem for your fighting. Head to the left. This room is
tricky. Many zombies will appear here, and attack quickly. You must use a
bomb to activate the switch and, at the same time, have the zombies appear.
Bombs will drop from the sky and blow in about a second, killing all the
zombies quickly. You'll receive a Shade call for a job well done, or a job
went wrong. I suggest using a fire weapon to kill them manually, rather than
risk using the switch method. Of course, you can simply run by them all,
avoiding battle, and go into the next screen to the north. Continue to the
north, and you'll appear on a bridge crossing a moat to the final castle.
Many enemies guard the door, as well as the bridge, so carefully make your
way across, fighting the enemies. When they're dead, save, and proceed
through the red door.

L.Agito's Castle
Bomb enemies will greet you as you enter, so defeat them, light the lamps in
this room, and head to the top level. Kill the enemies here, pick up the
yellow key that appears, and you'll be confronted with four switches, three
of which you can reach. The trick here is to have all switches face away
from the middle door. Make the top left face the left, the bottom left face
the left, the bottom right face the right, and the top right face the right.
You can't reach the top right yet, so put the other switches in their
designated spots, and head through the yellow door. Some platforms aren't
activated, so jump to the middle switch, step on it, and go to the right.
Kill the bugs and blue sparks. Go up to the green door, light the lamp, hit
the switch, and go to the left. Hit the switch there, and light the lamp.
The door should open for you. Head downstairs. Round the corner to the
right, and go in the door. Kill the armored guy blocking the mirror and
summon Shade. Go in the next room to the bottom right. Use Doppleganger as
you enter, and go down to the switch with the Ali apparition and press it.
That will stop the appearance of infinite blobs. Return to Ali with A, and
kill whatever blobs are left. Go outside to the south. You see a pit to
your right, but don't fall in. Go to the screen to the right. Round the
corner to the north, and pick up the green key. Watch out for the swordsman.
He attacks very quickly. Lose Shade if you still have him and hop in the
pit. You arrive at the switch you couldn't reach earlier. Hit it, and jump
down to enter the opened door. Pick up the blue key. Exit, and go through
the door to the left. Take the platforms to the right, and go up to the
green door again, and go through. In this room, you must attack a lot of
sorcerers. They appear in different patterns in the room. They could be in
rows, corners, anywhere. When you reach red sorcerers, they are the last
ones to fight. Defeat them, and you'll be rewarded with an ultimate healing
item, and omega sword. Go into the next room to the north. This is a small
puzzle to find out where to go. Save yourself some time, lose any spirit you
currently have, stay in the middle column of the room, stand in front of the
doorway facing the wall to the north, and use a beam of light on the middle
of the floor, and go in the secret time warp. You'll appear in a room with
two switches and some rolling spike traps. Head to the left screen, and get
Shade from the mirror. Use doppleganger on the switches, and two chests will
appear. You'll get your last blue gem, and a red key. To the north, jump
down, and go in the door on the right. Go past the armored guy, and run down
past the spikes into the next room. Lose Shade if you still have him, and go
in the pit again. You'll arrive at the blue door. Go in, and round the
corner to the right. You'll meet the swordsman as you enter, so be careful.
Save yourself the most time, and destroy two of the three ice blocks with
fire weapons. If you have none, back track to a lamp, summon Efreet and
bring him with you to the ice blocks. Destroy two, and proceed to the north.
You'll have a run in with many enemies, so take your time into defeating them
all. When they're all dead. Go back to the ice block, summon Shade if you
don't have him, and use doppleganger to cross the spikes without getting hurt
and press the switch to open a path. Go across, and defeat the raptor
dinosaur blocking your path to the next screen. Continue to hold onto Shade.
In this room, you'll fight some bomb enemies. Kill them, go across the gap,
and kill the bomb enemies there. Now, you must kill the armored guy.
Hopefully, you still have some bombs, so throw them down, and let them kill
the armored guy. Two treasure chests will appear, one to the left and right.
Use Shade's dark claw to reach them, and bring them to Ali. You will receive
your last black gem here. Get both gems, and go to the screen on the left.
Round the corner to the south, and jump down into the next area. Kill the
enemy here, and watch out for the ghost spirit that drains SP. Kill the
ghost and summon Bow. Have Bow break down the steel gate, and enter. Lose
Bow, and summon Dytto from the small river to your left. Have Dytto put out
the fire in the next screen to the right. Do NOT destroy the ice block.
Recover your health with Dytto's cure, and lose her. Stand there and recover
your SP. When it's full, save. When you're ready, summon Shade from the ice
block, and head up the stairs. Use doppleganger as you enter, and walk up
the path. All the enemies will miss you. Hit the switch that is before the
red door, and let the bombs drop on the enemies to the sides, and let them
die. Return to Ali, and kill the remaining enemies. Run up to the door, and
a chest will be waiting for you. Pick up your final gray gem. Either run
back out to the stairs and save, or proceed through the red door when you're
ready. It is time. The battle with silver armlet awaits!

Dytto or Shade is useful here and use your best sword you have available.
Silver armlet will begin by giving you some enemies to warm up on. You will
fight a swordsman, ogre, an armored guy, and raptor dinosaur at the same time
to start. When you finish them, silver armlet will now fight you. The only
time to attack silver armlet is when silver armlet is summoning an enemy to
help fight you, or when he's about to flash the area, killing every enemy on
screen, and hurting you badly. He'll usually attack you first, then summon
an enemy, so you'll be stunned and unable to attack. This can be annoying,
but hang in there. Keep your health up and focus mainly on damaging silver
armlet. Keep some distance as well, so he will go to summoning an enemy,
rather than come attack you. When he does this, run up and slash him. Shade
has always proven to be the most useful here, mainly so you don't get
distracted. When Silver Armlet attacks you with his long dagger, he expects
you to fall backward so he can summon a monster. With Shade, you will not be
budged at all, and as he attacks Shade, you can attack him! Keep doing this,
and he will fall rather quickly. When he's defeated, you'll get some victory
music, and watch him run off into the next room to the north. When you're
ready, head inside for your final battle.

Like in the last battle, use your strongest sword here, and have Dytto along
if you wish to keep your health high. You'll enter a dark room, with the
silver armlet in sight. It will transform into the god, Agito. To damage
him, you must run to either side of him, looking for his tentacles. Defeat
the tentacles with a few slashes, and he will send out his head, showing you
he is now vulnerable. Run up and start jump slashing him with your sword.
After a few hits, he will isolate his head again, and become invulnerable.
More tentacles have appeared, and you must go look for them and destroy them.
Up to four tentacles can appear, two on each side of Agito. Little puddle
monsters will begin to crawl from the water, and will explode if you attack
them, or leave them alone for a few seconds. Agito will also breathe strong
fire in 90 degrees on either side of him, mainly the side you're on.
Continue to destroy the tentacles, and damage the head. Once it's defeated,
he will explode, and silver armlet will reveal himself. Play the game to
find out who it is!

Weapons - These give Ali extra attack power to fight and kill his enemies.
There are three classes: Sword, Bow, and Bomb. The maximums found for each
weapon is the best amount of uses for each weapon I found. There may be
higher weapon uses, but have yet to be seen.

You begin with your default weapon, an alt knife. You can carry up to seven
more weapons in your inventory.

Swords - Makes the alt knife obsolete. These weapons provide stronger
attacks for Ali. These weapons are limited, and each slash depletes their
strength by 1. When there are no more slashes, the weapon breaks, and you go
back to your default weapon.

Sword - Normal sword. Longer range than alt knife, and more powerful.

fire enemies.

Bows - Long range weapons. Ali can fire an arrow at his enemies out of their
reach, keeping him distant, out of harms way. Can also be used to hit
switches out of reach. These can also be limited. Once all arrows are used,
the bow is discarded, and Ali returns to his default weapon.

Bow - Normal bow with normal arrows.
Barely useful.
Max: 100

of a hyper bomb.
Useful.

Found in caves. Found on secret island in the west ocean.

Bombs - Bombs are used to start fires, destroy ice blocks, hurt and kill

well. Once Ali has thrown his last bomb, he will take out his alt knife.

Bomb - A very small explosion.

7.Side Quests

These side quests are optional to go through to receive some rare and
valuable items and weapons, but are not necessary to finish the game. They
all appear in the walkthrough, but I shall list them here, if you don't wish
to search the guide. These side quests are in order as they appear in the
game, from earliest to latest.

The Efreet Racing Game
Found: North of the Water Shrine where you found Dytto. Look for a brick
wall in the shape of a triangle. Destroy it and walk in to get there.
Prizes Available: Infinite Fire Arrows, Red Gem, Efreet Call, Elixir, and
Cheese.
Requirements: Summon Efreet from the campfire to the left, and continuously
use his fireball attack to the right to begin the race, following the arrows
to the right, then upwards, then to the left, then downwards, and back again
to the right in five laps in two minutes to receive a prize. Get these ranks
to acquire these prizes:
Rank 1: Infinite Fire Arrows
Rank 2: A Red Gem
Rank 3: Efreet Call
Rank 4: Elixir
Rank 5: Cheese
Get these times to acquire these ranks:
00'00'0 - 01'09'9 = Rank 1
01'10'0 - 01'19'9 = Rank 2
01'20'0 - 01'29'9 = Rank 3
01'30'0 - 01'39'9 = Rank 4
01'40'0 - 01'59'9 = Rank 5
If you don't finish the race after the 2 minute time limit, you fail the race
and get nothing. Practice makes perfect. My best time is 00'59'5. Beat
that, and you're a true Beyond Oasis Efreet Racer.

The Secret Mountain Side
After acquiring Shade, and you get his first gem after leaving the Volcano,
jump south, off the screen where the gem was. You'll enter a secret area,
where you can pick up Infinite Hyper Bombs, and another Black Gem. This area
is tough and requires Shade to advance the easiest way. It starts out simple.
Just time your jumps and follow the platforms across. You'll run into many
turrets that will shoot at you. Have Shade take the damage, so you don't get
hurt and will be able to kill them without being distracted. Proceed to the
next screen. Here you must run and jump from platform to platform to get to
the other side. The platforms disappear so you don't get a lot of time once
you land on them. If you fall, leave and reenter the screen to reset the
platforms. In the next screen, you must run and jump onto the platforms. This
is tough because there is wind blowing at you, which slows all your jumps.
Take extra care when jumping. The last one disappears when you jump on it, so
don't loiter on it. Quickly jump on it, count to one, and jump to the cliff
and continue. In this screen, you travel along on slow platforms. What's
worse is you will have up to four gargoyles flying around trying to kill you.
Use any sword you have on them. They're weak, so two sword hits will finish
one. If they're about to attack, don't jump up and slash them unless you're
absolutely sure you can hit them with your sword before they attack. If they
attack you while jumping, you'll fall off the platform.

The Secret Islands
Go to the beach on the west side of the forest. The forest is to the west
side of the castle. Use Shade's Doppleganger around the stairs leading to
the forest, and look for a time portal to the south of those stairs. Once you
find it, lose Shade, save and warp using that portal. You'll find yourself
on some islands in the west ocean. This area is tough, but you'll get two
gems, and another infinite weapon, the atomic bow. You'll start off landing
on a small island with five normal guys. If you don't start attacking
immediately, they will punch you continuously and might even kill you, so
don't get trapped. When they're dead, you'll continue on, fighting many more
enemies, on each island. You will be able to use items here, so make use of
them when your health gets low. As you travel along, you'll see treasure
boxes. Do NOT get them! They contain nothing, and you will fail to get the
atomic bow. However, to make it harder, the treasure boxes are placed right
where you fight, so be careful you don't accidentally hit them, or have the
enemies break them. Continue to watch your health as you travel along the
islands. After getting past a huge staircase, you will be transported to the
final area, where many enemies lurk. Use swords or any other weapons you have
and kill them. Towards the top part, two raptor dinosaurs will drop from the
sky and begin to head towards you. They each will drop a gem when they are
killed. Pick them up, and kill any other enemies left. If you didn't open any
treasure boxes, two transporters will appear. Take the one on the right, and
you'll appear in front of your infinite weapon. Pick it up and leave.

The 100 Floor Quest
As you're heading to Bow's Shrine in the forest, you'll come across a path
with zombies. At the end of this path, you will find a lonely tree. Hidden
behind its branches, lies a pit that will bring you to another challenging
mini-game. Save in front of the tree, and walk behind it to fall in the pit,
and begin the 100 floor journey. This is an optional challenge you can
attempt, but you will receive some valuable items, including calls and gems,
and the ultimate weapon, the infinite Omega Sword. You'll fall in a small
room with some enemies in it. Defeat every enemy, and a new hole will appear
in the middle, and stairs will appear, giving you the option to continue, or
use the stairs if you feel you can't proceed any further. Each room is
considered a floor, and you must travel through 100 floors of mayhem if you
desire the Omega Sword. Each floor has random enemies, except for every 10th
floor, which have designated enemies awaiting you. The enemies and prizes for
every ten floors are as follows:

The Secret Room
Acquire your final Spirit, Bow. Go to the Shrine where you picked up Dytto.
Head north, past the racetrack entrance and into that temple. Save before
you do this, for it may be difficult. Go through the temple, and summon Bow
from the small plant. Kill the swordsman for the yellow key, and enter the
yellow door. Go to the steel door, and teleport Bow to it, and he will break
it down. Keep Bow, because he is useful in here. Enter the door. You'll
begin with two zombies. When they're dead, small blobs will appear very
quickly. Kill them as they appear, or you will be swamped. Very small, but
very quick fire enemies will appear. Don't use fire-based weapons or course.
And finally, two raptor dinosaurs will appear in the mayhem. Kill them
quickly. Teleport Bow to where you are to eat many enemies. Recover your
health when necessary. When all enemies are defeated, you'll receive four
gems, one of each!

The Secret Waterfall
After the Castle Dungeon, head back to the fortress west of the beach cave
through the mountains. Take Shade with you. You will see a stake surrounded
by stumps. Have Shade grab it and bring Ali to it. Lose Shade, and go
underwater in front of the stake. You are at another mini-game. Walk to the
south, and Ali will travel along the current, past some valuable items he can
pick up, if he takes some certain paths along the current. If you miss any
items that you want, then when you reach the end, you can take the stairs to
the right and go back up to the beginning and try again. Study the flow and
path of the current, and time your running and jumping to fight the current
to certain items. You'll get the rhythm of it. The possible items are as
follows:

A Blue Gem
A Gray Gem
A Lettuce
A 40 Omega Sword
Infinite Metal Bow
A Shade Call
An Elixir

When you're finished, head downward to exit the mini-game, and you'll wind up
in front of the waterfall shrine where you picked up Efreet.

8.Spirits

The four spirits of the golden armlet: Water - Dytto, Fire - Efreet, Shadow -
Shade, and Plant - Bow.

These spirits will fight alongside of you as you travel in your adventure,
and you will need their special powers to reach certain areas, and progress
through the game.

Dytto - A water fairy that washes away evil. She can be summoned from all
types of water. This spirit's healing power is very useful. Use it often,
to save on health items, and for use in difficult situations. I'm unsure
about this, but I have been in situations with less than 25 points of health.
Whenever I have Dytto along with me at this amount of health or less,
regardless of if I summon for healing or not, she will automatically cast
health for you, to prevent death. Whether this works or not, it is useful to
have Dytto around for occasions like that, to ensure you will not die, if you
get hit hard, and not have time to heal on your own. Dytto is a very useful
spirit. Use her skills wisely.

Efreet - A fiery spirit with incredible strength to burn away anything
unclean. He can be summoned from all types of fire. You can even use a
bomb, and summon him from the explosion. His attack power is great against
strong enemies. It's useful to have him around when enemies pile up.
Utilize his power and fighting abilities, and you can defeat enemies with
ease. A useful spirit. If you're an expert fighter like me, you will find
yourself fighting alone more than using Efreet.

No Button Actions: When Efreet runs into an enemy or ice block, he will punch
the foe or obstacle fiercely until it is destroyed. Ali needs to hit no
buttons for this action. It is automatically performed when Efreet runs into
them.

Shade - Your mystic double. Shade can be summoned from any reflective
surface. Too bad it can't be from the reflective surface of the water.
Shade will become a second you, and whenever you get hit, he will take the
blow, and instead of your health meter decreasing, the SP meter will lose
points. This makes Ali virtually invincible. However, if Shade cannot take
all the blows, Ali will take some damage. When Shade gets hit, Ali isn't
distracted, so Ali is able to perform any action even when attacked. Very
useful Spirit. Use him wisely, and he will be a valuable asset to you.

No Button Actions: Whenever Ali takes a hit from an enemy, Shade will
automatically protect Ali from it and take the damage. Whenever Ali falls in
a pit or off a cliff, Shade will grab Ali, and safely float him back to the
last piece of land he was standing on before he fell. Ali takes no damage
from this. Very useful.

Bow - A ferocious Venus flytrap plant-like creature that will devour
anything. Bow can be summoned from any small Venus flytrap plant. Have him
stand next to Ali when fighting enemies, and he will launch out and bite any
surrounding enemies continuously until they die. He will also break down
steel doors that have no means of entrance. Very useful spirit. However,
you will most likely find yourself using this spirit mainly for the reason of
eating the steel doors, rather than eating enemies.

Controls:
A button: Bite Attack: Bow will launch out at any enemies within its reach
and bite them continuously until death. His bite is also used to destroy
steel gates.
No Button Actions: If Ali doesn't hit the A button, and enemies are around
its reach, Bow will automatically bite them, but will not bite them
continuously as he would if the A button was pressed. He will do the same
for steel doors.

9.Enemies

Ever since silver armlet has entered the Land of Oasis, enemies have been
appearing everywhere to help in his evil reign, and have been scoured
everywhere to ensure no one stop him, and they will do what is in their power
to stop anyone seeking his downfall. In this section, you will find the
monsters that stalk the Land of Oasis, with a brief description, and with
their level of difficulty to defeating them, as well as tips for defeating
them. Difficulty ranges from very easy to very hard. For me, they're all
very easy, but I shall rate their level on the sense of new players.

Soldier
Very Easy
All he'll do is punch you. Take your dagger and kill him. Found all over
Oasis.

Soldier with spear
Very Easy
Will charge at you with their spear. Slash them when within range of your
weapon. Their running speed gets faster as you progress through the game, so
develop quick reflexives. Will try to punch you if close by. Found all over
Oasis.

Soldier with Crossbow/Fire Crossbow
Very Easy
Will shoot normal arrows at you when distant. Will try to punch you when
close by. Run up to them from a side and kill them. The ones with Fire
crossbows are the same, except their arrows cause more damage, of course.
Found all over Oasis.

Soldier with Bombs/Power Bombs/Hyper Bombs
Easy
These guys will throw bombs at you, and most times they will explode a second
after being thrown, so be careful. They will also appear on ledges so they
will throw bombs down onto you, so watch out for them. The ones with regular
and power bombs are no problem, but the ones with hyper can be a pain,
because the explosion is so big, that it's hard not to get hit. Try to
attack them before they throw one. Found all over Oasis.

Soldier with Sword
Easy
A soldier that will slice you with a sword. Does a bit of damage. Run up
and slash him before he has a chance to slash you. As you get further in the
game, these enemies will swing their sword much faster, so be quick when
fighting them. Found all over Oasis.

Rats
Very Easy
Most of the time, you will find them in a circle, and will scurry around if
you disturb them. After a while, they will come after you with staffs, and
hit you with them. They are slow and weak. Kill them with fire for some
great healing items. Found all over Oasis.

Ogres
Normal
Big, strong, tough looking monsters. They will give you a slap if you're
close. Will also try to body slam you when you approach it. They move
slowly, so take advantage of this when attacking them. If you piss it off,
and get real close, it will pick you up over its head and crunch on your
bones for a few seconds, causing moderate damage. Be careful of this move,
they do it more often than you think. Found mainly in temples, dungeons,
caves, and on mountains.

Fish
Very Easy
They swim around(duh). When Ali walks by them, they will jump out of the
water and try to hit Ali. When they are out of water, they will jump around,
and slowly lose health. Ali can attack and kill them when they jump out of
the water, or jump around while out of water. If they die on their own while
out of water, they will become the item fish, which recovers 1/2 of Ali's
health. Found in rivers, and other bodies of water within caves and shrines.

Bats
Very Easy
Will fly around, and try to hit Ali. Ali gets a bump from them each time a
bat hits him, and loses little health with each hit. Slash them and they'll
fall and die. Found in forests, and temples and caves.

Snakes
Very Easy
Will slither around and try to bite Ali when he's close. Does a small bit of
damage with each bite. Simply brush up against each snake quickly and press
B. Ali will kick and kill them. You can also crouch and slash them with
your dagger or sword. Found in the forest, caves, and temples.

Puddles
Easy
These are monsters made of water that will jump around, and spit balls of
water at you. These usually appear in groups, rather than alone, so be
careful. Summoning Dytto from these monsters is possible. They don't cause
much damage, but can add up, and be annoying when fighting 10-15 of them at
once. Slash them with your dagger a few times, and they will evaporate.

Blue/Yellow Fire
Normal
Fire enemies that float around at different speeds, both fast and slow. Blue
fire can be damaged by normal fire, but yellow fire absorbs all fire. These
are also in different sizes, and their sizes determine what speeds they use
most. Small and fast. Medium and both fast and slow. Large and mostly
slow. Slash the fire that leads the group, and it'll take damage. Kill them
quickly, because they can be difficult to hit, and can be annoying. Found in
Dungeons, Shrines, and caves.

Slugs
Very Easy
Slugs with armored shells. Attack them to flip them over and expose them to
their vulnerable spot. A strong slash on their vulnerable spot should kill
them. They will roll at you rather quickly and try to hit you. Whether they
hit you or not, they will always flip over after doing this. Take this time
to hit and kill them. Found in caves.

Gargoyles
Normal
Flying demons with some strong attacks. They'll fly around, and look for a
good time to strike down and attack. If you're distant, they'll shoot a
fireball at you, which will follow until it hits you, gets destroyed by an
attack, or hits the ground. They're about to attack when they pause for a
second or two. Then they will jump down and slash you with their claws.
Dodge, and when they're low to the ground, slash them. You can also jump and
hit them with a sword as they fly around, or jump kick them. Found on a
boat, in caves, and temples.

Zombies
Easy
Walking creatures of the undead. They will excavate themselves from the
ground and either walk around aimlessly, or come straight for you. They may
be slow, but can prove to be quite strong. They will attack quickly with
both of their hands and hit you. They won't stop either. They'll keep doing
it. Get out of it, and come back and slash them. Any fire weapons will wipe
them out in a single blow, so Efreet could be your best friend against them.
Found in the forest, and in caves and Shrines.

Trolls
Normal
Enemies with tusks and shoot pellets at you. They hop around, and will
strike you with their tusks when close. They will shoot pellets out of their
mouth at you when distant and straight in their path. When you try to attack
them, they can dodge pretty well. Hit them when they jump at you. Hit them
with fire, and it will stun them. You can attack them with ease when they're
stunned by fire. Gargoyles like to fly in and drop these monsters into the
fray. Found on mountains, caves and temples.

Armored Guys
Normal
Strong men in armor. Will be found carrying shields most of the time. They
have large maces that they use against you. They will throw them out at you
when within their range. When distant and in their path, they will charge at
quickly and can either run over you, or shoot out hit mace, causing moderate
damage. With their armor, they are very slow, so take advantage of it, and
quickly run up and slash them. If they use their shield, don't stop
attacking it, because it will break after a few strong attacks and they will
appear defenseless. Be careful when fighting them, because a few good hits
from them can really hurt you. Found all over Oasis.

Sorcerers
Normal
These mysterious cloaked spirits appear from nowhere to attack and disappear.
They will appear on their own, then whenever you cross their path in any of
the four directions: North, South, East, and West. Their attacks are
lenient, but can be annoying. They have blue, straight fireballs. Some are
flashing, homing fireballs. Others have fire appear where you stand. Others
have fire appear and follow you. Found in temples, caves, and dungeons.

Bugs
Easy
Flying bugs that attach onto you and suck away at your health slowly. They
always appear in numbers. If more than one attach onto you, you lose health
more quickly, and it could be serious if you let it. If there are several
flying around you, stand still and start slashing continuously. You'll hit
some and kill them. You can also keep jump kicking them. By doing this,
they will not have a chance to attach onto you, and you can kill them safely.
Found on mountains, and temples.

Turrets
Normal
Little machines in turret form that shoot bullets in the direction they face.
They can turn and change the direction of their shots, mainly where Ali is.
Some are stationary, shooting in only one direction. They usually appear in
numbers, rather than alone, and can be annoying. The bullets don't hurt for
much, but if you get trapped, it can add up to quite a bit of damage. Found
in temples and caves.

Sparks
Easy
Little light sparks that float around. If your first attack isn't strong
enough to deplete all of its health on the first strike, the spark will split
into two. If a very light attack hits one of the split sparks, it may even
split again, which you don't want to do. Nearly all the time they will
split, but make sure you destroy them on the second hit, because they come in
numbers, rather than alone, and can get real crowded if many are split and
not destroyed. If you are hit, you'll be shocked and knocked back. Kill
them quickly before they have a chance to attack. Found in caves and
temples.

Blobs
Normal
Blobs that float towards you at different speeds. If you get hit, you'll be
knocked back in the direction in which you were hit, and take some damage.
They start out slow, then get faster as they get smaller from each defeat.
Four defeats will kill them completely. They're not hard, but can crowd up,
and when they're fast, they can be annoying. Finish them one at a time if
possible. Found in shrines, caves, and temples.

Spirit Ghost
Very Easy
A ghost that will appear whenever you have a spirit summoned. You'll see a
bit of fog in a room. That's the ghost, and it is invulnerable in fog form.
It will rise out and come towards your spirit. It will not hurt Ali, but
when it starts glowing and laughing, it is quickly absorbing your SP. Kill
it as soon as it comes toward you, so it doesn't affect your SP. It can
absorb a great deal, which can hurt your spirit. It doesn't have a health
meter, so a few attacks will finish it. Found in dungeons and temples.

Treasure Box Mimic
Very Easy
It appears late in the game, and I'm not sure if it is capable of damaging
you, because I never got hit. It will look like a normal treasure, but will
shake and move a bit, letting you know it's a monster. Just slash it from
normal range and kill it in a few swipes. You shouldn't get hurt, but if you
do, then you need to work on Ali's fighting skills. Found in Shrines,
dungeons, and caves.

Sucking Worm
Hard
These enemies leap out of the ground quickly and practically unexpectedly,
and begin to suck away at your health slowly. Continuously tap the B button,
and move the directional pad in random directions quickly to break free of
its grasp immediately, or else you could take some serious damage. Move away
from its reach, and move slowly towards its reaching zone, so it will come
out at you. Be quick and slash its mouth and it will retreat back into the
ground. Do this several times, and it will die. Be careful. Found in
dungeons and caves.

Raptor Dinosaur
Very Hard
An elite fighting monster. Is very quick and strong. In order to kill these
quickly, is to attack it immediately to stun it, and then as it approaches
you, hit it as soon as it enters your reaching zone. You want to stay away
from it as far as possible. If it hits you, you cannot escape its series of
attacks until it finally trips you with its tail. This causes a great deal
of damage. It can also slide to your side quickly to dodge your attacks. Be
quick and distant and finish them quickly. Found in secret areas and
temples.

Green Blob
Normal
A floating blob that shoots out lightning bolts at you. A few slashes will
defeat it, but more will reappear after just a few seconds. Found in the
battle with the Wizard.

Tentacle
Very Easy
A normal tentacle. Will spit out fireballs occasionally. Attack it a few
times and it will perish. Up to four can appear at a time. Found during the
battle with Agito.

Crawling puddles
Easy
Crawling puddles that form out of the water, based on Agito's health. The
lower his health, the more frequent they appear. They will explode after a
few seconds of emerging, and will explode instantly when attacked. Could be
annoying, but doesn't cause much damage. Found in the battle with Agito.

Bosses:

Giant Crab/Spider
Where: Water Shrine where you get Dytto
Easy
A giant crab or spider-like creature guarding the first spirit. Attack the
body or mouth continuously to defeat it. It will try to grab you with its
claw. Destroy the claw if it becomes annoying. It will also spit out
bubbles at you. After a while, it will jump and try to land on you. Just
look for its shadow, and don't be standing on it for a few seconds.
Defeating it is not hard at all.

Giant Flaming Skull
Where: Waterfall Shrine where you get Efreet
Normal
A giant flaming skull guarding the second spirit. It will appear in front of
you for a few seconds. Run up and begin attacking it. Very soon, it will
spit out a fire enemy, and disappear. It will reappear in a few seconds.
Run over to it and continue attacking it. Once it has half its health, it
will have its claws appear from Ali's left and right, and come and slash him.
I don't think you can damage these, but it's not hard to avoid them. If it
spits out three fire enemies, it will not appear until one of them is killed.
Continue to attack it, and it will die.

Rock Monster
Where: Beach Cave, 100th floor in Pit, and Forest Temple.
Hard
A giant rock monster with arms. Once its body appears, begin to attack it.
It will hit you with its arm or arms after a few seconds, so back up when it
raises its arms. If it brings its arms together with the body, it's going to
do its most devastating attack. It will roll around the room very fast, and
if you get hit, it's going to hurt big time. Avoid getting hit for as long
as possible, and in a little while, it will stop. It will also jump and try
to land on you. If not, some rocks will fall from the ceiling where you're
standing and try to hit you. Be extremely careful in this battle. Use Dytto
to keep your health up, and attack at all possible times. Soon, you'll kill
it.

Minion
Where: Wall Fortress where you get the Warp Device
Normal
I have no idea what this creature is called, so I named it Minion because
silver armlet mentions it before he sends you off to face it. It's an
enormous slow creature that takes up the entire right half of the screen, and
crawls toward you in a slow screen moving battle. Walk away from it as it
tosses rocks from its mouth at you, and they'll miss. Run when it begins to
try to suck you in. If you get sucked in close enough, you'll be smacked
forward and take some moderate damage. Stay away from it until it sends out
its tongue. Give it a slash or two before it goes back in to damage it. If
you take too long, the screen will stop moving, and you'll have even less
room to fight it. Continue to slash its tongue when it comes out, and it
will die eventually.

Red Dragon
Where: Volcano where you get Shade
Hard
A Red Dragon protecting the third spirit. The Dragon will begin to spit
three fireballs at you, which you can destroy with your weapon. Dodge or
destroy the fireballs, and go up to the head and slash it. It will jump
back, then continue to spit fireballs at you. After a few hits, it will get
mad, and breathe a long and fast stream of fire at you. Immediately run to
the left or right when it opens its mouth wide and begins to breathe the fire
out at you. If you get trapped in it, you can incur some serious damage, so
be extremely careful against this attack. It will also charge its head at
you quickly and knock you over. Unless you're real quick with reflexives,
you'll most likely get knocked over, which doesn't hurt for much. Heal when
necessary, and kill it.

Wizard
Where: Forest Shrine where you get Bow
Very Easy/Hard
A wizard in the middle of a pit, sending out fireballs in all directions, and
having some green blob chase you and shoot lightning bolts at you. Two ways
to defeating this enemy. I highly recommend the very easy method, which is
to simply take out a bow, get as close to the edge as possible facing the
boss, and begin to pick away at its health until it dies. You'll be far out
of harms way, and will only take a minute or two. The hard way, highly not
recommended, is to ride the rotating platforms and move in closer and closer
to the wizard, and attack the wizard with your sword or dagger. Very
difficult and annoying. If you do this method, make sure to have Dytto or
Shade. Again, for the sake of time and sanity, just use a bow. Maybe this
is why they named the spirit Bow. Hmmm......

Three Eyed Spirit
Where: Non-Entity's Cave where you travel to the Shadow World.
Very Hard
No spirits will work in this battle, so summon Dytto from the near-by spring
and recover any lost health before attempting the boss. It will appear and
begin its attacks right away, so don't dawdle. Run up to either of its eyes
and shoot it with a beam of light from your armlet. This will open the third
middle eye. Jump, and slash it with a strong sword. Continue this pattern
until it dies. It will attack by sending a vortex into the area, which will
lure Ali into it, causing him to lose controllability for a bit. It will
also make many flaming comets or bombs fall continuously on the area, so be
careful. Watch out for the shadows of the bombs. After half of its health
is depleted, it will shoot out a strong beam of light from its middle eye
through the area, which will burn Ali very bad if he gets hit. Heal and
attack the middle eye. Soon, with some patience, it will die, and send you
to the Shadow World.

Silver Armlet
Where: Agito's Castle, or temple in the Shadow World
Easy/Very Hard
Dytto or Shade is useful, but I recommend Shade. Shade will allow you to be
fully attentive in battle, and not be distracted. He will take the blows for
you that were intended for distraction. As he takes the blows, you can
attack without interruption and do very well. Silver Armlet will begin with
giving you some practice enemies, which are an armored guy, an ogre, a
swordsman, and a raptor dinosaur all at the same time. Kill them, and silver
armlet will fight you. With Shade, have silver armlet attack you, then
quickly attack him. He will expect to throw you off, but since you have
Shade, you will not be thrown back, and you can hurt him. Continue to do
this, and silver armlet will happen to fall quickly, giving you a good, clean
victory. If you didn't bring Shade to the battle, you must fight silver
armlet with some good evade and quickness tactics to hurt him. Stay distant,
but not too distant, because you have to let him summon an enemy, then you
need to run in and attack him while he does this, for it will be your only
time. He will also jump up and try to slam the ground, meaning he is going
to flash the area and kill all the enemies in the room, mainly because it is
too crowded. Ali will also get hurt badly, so be careful. Several tries
against this enemy, and you'll defeat him, one way or another.

Agito
Where: Agito's Castle, or temple, right after defeating Silver Armlet
Hard
If you can dodge his attacks, then there's not much to worry about, but if
you get hit, heal quickly, because they can hurt for a lot. The head is
invulnerable as you start the battle, so you must find a way to make it
vulnerable. To do so, run to its left side as you start. 99 times out of
100, a tentacle enemy will appear there. Kill it, and Agito will move his
head, meaning it is now vulnerable. Run up and attack it quickly, because it
will not remain vulnerable for long. When it is invulnerable again, another
tentacle has appeared, and you must take it out. Run to either side of Agito
looking for tentacles, and destroy them. Up to four tentacles can appear in
the battle. As Agito begins to lose more health, crawling puddle enemies
will appear from the water and explode after a few seconds, or when you
attack them. Agito, when mad, will also breathe out a very strong stream of
fire, which can damage Ali as much as 3/4 of his health. Watch out for this,
because just when you think your health is high, one hit from this can mean
death. Continue to destroy the tentacles, and attack the head. Eventually,
Agito will die.

10.Location of Gems

In this section, you will find the exact locations to all the blue, red,
black, and gray gems in the game. There are 15 of each, totaling 60. With

of the gem will get stronger. These will appear in the order as they appear
in the guide.

Blue Gems

bombs.

the mountainous area. Have Shade, and return to the mountain fortress, and
go to the right of the fortress. You'll find a stake surrounded by stumps.
Use Shade's dark claw to get past them, and enter the secret area. Along the
path of the current, there is a blue gem.
14.In Non-Entity's Cave, after the room with the treasures and boulders, you
will enter a room with gushing water that will come from behind, rather than
at you. Have Shade here so you don't miss the gem by falling in the pit.
You'll find two blobs, a red and gray one. Defeat the gray one for a blue
gem.
15.In Agito's castle, after using the time portal after the sorcerer room,
you'll find two switches surrounded by rolling spike traps. Press the two
switches with Shade's doppleganger, and two treasures will appear. One of
them contains the final blue gem.

Get the key and enter. Defeat the two ogres and two blue fire enemies
within, and you'll get a red gem.
6.In the beach cave, behind the red door, you'll find a switch on the lower
level. Throw a bomb down onto the switch to activate it, and stay on the top
level. Three chests will appear. One of them contains a red gem.

are many keys. Pick up as many keys as possible. Soon, you'll enter a

pit. On the 70th floor, you'll get a red gem for defeating the two large fire
enemies.
12.In the Forest Shrine, in the room north of the rolling boulder room,
there's a room full of zombies. Hit the switch in the next room to the
north, and return to the zombie room. A secret passage has opened to the
left. Go in, and the wall behind the blue key is breakable. Break it down,
and go in. You'll find two switches. Use Shade's doppleganger to press both
switches. Your red gem will appear.
13. After acquiring Bow, travel to the temple north of the Shrine where you

bombs. When they die, enemies will stop regenerating, and a chest will fall
in front of the door. Break it open to receive the final gray gem.

11.Location of Time Portals
After acquiring the attachment for the armlet from the Wall Fortress, called
the Key of Time and Space, or Warp Device, you can use your beam of light to
open time portals, seen as small cracks. Entering the portal will transport
you to a different location, most times where you could not get to normally.
Most time portals are invisible and hidden. Use Shade's doppleganger to make
them appear visible. This section will tell you of all the time portals in
the game and their location.

1.This portal is right below the warp device. This will take you to the
beginning of the wall fortress. Visible.
2.This portal is in the middle of the mountainous area with the entrance to
the wall fortress. It will take you to the west side of the mountain to
continue to awaken your third spirit. Visible.
3.After talking to the wise man after leaving the volcano, he will create a
time portal for you to take back to the western beach. Visible.
4.The area south of the stairs leading to the forest has a time portal
leading to some islands in the western ocean. You can pick up valuable items
there. Invisible. Use doppleganger.
5.The first set of stairs you arrive at when heading to the Forest Shrine has
a time portal below it. It will lead to a gem. Invisible. Use
doppleganger.

the castle dungeon if you forgot to pick up a gem. Invisible. Use
doppleganger.
7.As you're heading to the Waterfall Shrine, you'll come across a patch of
grass before heading into the screen with the entrance to the Waterfall
Shrine. On this patch of grass lies a time portal leading to a gem.
Invisible. Use doppleganger.
8.In Agito's Castle, after the sorcerer room, you find three switches. Push
two barrels on two of them, and stand on the third. A mirror will appear.
Summon Shade, and use doppleganger to locate the invisible time portal in
front of you.

12.Location of Infinite Weapons

Ah, the infinite weapons. These will make fighting much easier, as you can
use these weapons for as long as you wish, without having to worry about them
breaking, or running out. This section will tell you where all 5 possible
infinite weapons are. You can find all these in the walkthrough, and they
are also detailed in the Side Quests section. They are listed here in order,
with location, difficulty of attaining and such, all at your convenience.

The Infinite Fire Arrows
Found: Efreet Racing Game, north of Water Shrine.
Prerequisite: Rank 1, attained with time under 1 minute and ten seconds.
Difficulty: Normal
Use Efreet to race around a track in a square form 5 times to get a prize.
This is one of the 5 possible prizes. Achieve Rank 1, and you'll be rewarded
with this weapon.

The Infinite Hyper Bombs
Found: On side of a mountain to the west of the Volcano.
Prerequisite: Shade. Use his Dark Claw.
Difficulty: Hard
Have Shade with you at all times while traveling across the screens on this
mountain side. They are difficult to get through with the obstacles they
present. Keep Shade's health up, and you'll be able to attain the weapon.
Returning shouldn't be too hard.

The Infinite Atomic Bow
Found: On mysterious islands in the western ocean.
Prerequisite: The Warp Device, and evasion of all treasure boxes.
Difficulty: Hard
Once you warp to the islands, you'll fight an enormous army of various
monsters, and they are powerful and abundant. Avoid all treasure boxes, and
remember to take the right transporter after all the mayhem. Use items to
recover health.

The Infinite Omega Sword
Found: On 100th floor of Forest Dungeon.
Prerequisite: None
Difficulty: Very Hard
Travel through 100 floors to the final battle, in which you fight a large
rock monster for the legendary Omega Sword. Have Dytto along, and you should
do fine. Defeat the spark monster left from the fight, and receive your
weapon.

The Infinite Metal Bow
Found: In Secret Waterfall, after the beach cave.
Prerequisite: The Large Cube, and Shade's Dark Claw
Difficulty: Easy
Once accessed, you'll be flowing along in a current, going by many various
and desirable items. One of these contains the Metal Bow. Follow the
current a certain way to reach the arrows.

13.Challenges and Other Secrets

These are challenges and other secrets you can perform in the game, either
for fun, challenge, or exploration. Try one or all if you wish. It will not
affect the game in any way.

The 100 Floor Challenge
At the beginning of the game, nothing is stopping you from trying the 100
floor pit, so go ahead and try it. Of course, it's not a walk in the park.
You will not have Dytto with you at all, and you must take minimal damage so
it can be replenished at every tenth level. Recommended for expert players,
or beginners wishing to improve their survival and fighting techniques. If
you are really determined to try and get the ultimate weapon, here's how to
prepare for the near impossible journey. Go to the castle, and fill your
weapon inventory with 7 10 swords. These will help you for the 80, 90, and
100 floors. Head on over to the pit, and save. Take a deep breath, and head
in. It starts out easy of course. Just watch yourself. The floors beyond
60 will begin to get tough, and you must develop good fighting techniques to
avoid damage and clear each floor. The dinosaur floor is so hard, it may
determine if you will continue on, or die trying. Give it a shot. If you
end up beating that floor, but have less than half your health meter, don't
continue on, unless you're really brave and daring. The 100th floor is your
ultimate challenge. Begin to strike it as fast as you can with one of your
swords. If it breaks, immediately take out another. Ignore the spark,
because it will only hamper your chances of surviving. Destroy the rock
monster and the spark enemy, and you'll be rewarded greatly for all your hard
work, with the infinite omega sword at the very beginning of the game. What
an achievement! Note: If you want to have 400 SP at the end of the game, do
NOT pick up the gems if you are attempting this at the beginning. If you do,
they will not be counted, and you'll only have 380, so avoid the gems on the
60th, 70th, 80th, and 90th floors. You can come back and get them later after
you have a spirit.

The 3 Spirit Game
Have you ever wondered what ability you need that you can only get from
Efreet that you can't get from anywhere else? Well, if you have, I'm sure
you'll find out that none are needed if you just have fire weapons. If you
have a fire weapon you can carry throughout the game, Efreet would be
obsolete. You thinking what I'm thinking? That's right. You must attempt
the 100 floor challenge, and actually get the infinite omega sword. This
will grant you access past the ice block north of the Water Shrine. Of
course, you will find some fire blocking your path, so you definitely need to
get Dytto. You can go ahead and travel through the rest of the game without
Efreet as long as you don't lose the omega sword, and use it when necessary.
When you get Shade, save and check your file on the data screen. You'll see
all four spirits are by your side, when you really only have two! Continue
through, getting Bow, and head through Non-Entity's Cave, through Agito's
Castle, and beat the game, with Efreet still sleeping in the Waterfall
Shrine! But it doesn't affect the ending, and Efreet shows up at the end as
if you did collect him. Again, it doesn't affect the game at all, but at
least you played it in a different path than the game itself had intended.

Become a Zombie
Find a transporter, preferably the one in Efreet's racetrack. Now, damage
yourself with bombs and deplete your health all the way down to where one
bomb will kill you. Throw a bomb, and have it hit you where you will be
blown backwards into the transporter. You'll appear outside the entrance to
the racetrack with no health, and still be walking around! Of course,
another simple hit from anything will kill you. It's been so long since I
did this, I'm not sure if recovery items will work and if you can leave the
area.

View Scores
At the title screen, hold B and press start. You'll be brought to the screen
with the scores of the five best players for time completion, rank, kills and
gems collected.

New Game Items
As you start a new game, in the village, you see a man sitting down to your
right. He says he has a special today. What does that mean? Well, complete
the game on that data file, delete it, and start a new game using the same
file. When you run into that man again, he will have an item for you. The
more times you beat the game, the better the items become.
