"Look, up in the sky! Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's, ewwww! It's Boogerman"

History lesson: "Boogerman: a pick and flick adventure (Also just called Boogerman)" was originally released for the Sega Genesis in 1994 and later on the SNES in 1995. The only difference between the 2 versions (besides maybe the sound) is that the password screen on the SNES version only uses 3 carecters instead of 4 on the Genesis version. Boogerman is an interesting game. The main hero is a janitor at a science place (the story doesn't really explain where exactly) who is the superhero Boogerman in disguise. he can flick his boogers at enemies, burp/belch at enemies and, the most funniest out of them all, fating at your enemies. The Wii Virtual Console version is a direct port of the Genesis version.

Story: the story is that Booger Miester, a thing from another dimension, has stolen something from a science machine on Earth and the only person who can get it back and defeat Booger Miester is Boogerman. The story is average. 5/10

Graphics: The Graphics are great for the system it was on and they still look pretty good today. 8/10

Game play: The game play's almost like Earthworm Jim or any other platforming game. The controls are great and playing the game is fun. The levels are funny and the enemies are also funny. You can also jump on pimples to pop them. Gross! You can break boulders on a wall with a burp or fart and find some secret stuff. You can also go down toilets to find extra items. You can also dig in dirt piles by pressing down on top of one. Sometimes there's an item and sometimes there's nothing. You can also jump on enemies. You can warp through walls when there's a nose on the wall. You just press up on the d-pad when your under a nose to get sucked up the nose and spit out another nose. there are also power ups that can give you special abilities. The red pepper gives you the ability to use your rocket fart. You just jump and then press the gas button to rocket fart. The milk let's you spit your boogers at enemies far away. The cape let's you take another hit. If you collect enough plungers then you can get a 1 up at the end of the level. The game play is great. 8/10

Sound: The music and sound effects are good and sometimes funny. 7/10

Overall: This game is a fun game and is definitely worth buying on the Wii Virtual Console.
