"Nice game!"

Introduction
Based on a not very known show by Saban (''V.R. Troopers'', as you may imagine) this game was released several years ago. It is quite nice for a fighting game, although the show was not very popular at all...

Gameplay
The controls of this game are quite easy to master, since you will control the character you pick with the directional pad and you just need 2 extra buttons, one for the punches and the other is used for the kicks, being the special moves performed by combinations of punches and kicks. Also, depending on the computer skill level you pick (of course this can be changed on the options menu) you will also be able to use the other keys for performing some of your character's special moves. Although this game has 3 different play modes (Story, 2P Mode and Vs. Mode) on the story mode you will only be able to pick the 3 main characters from the series, you may know I'm talking about Ryan Steel, Caitlin Star and JB Reese, but on the other modes you will be able to pick your character from many others, despite some of them are secret and can't be picked up normally. Hum, and in the story mode you will have to face special battles between every level, and there you will meet some weak friends (if you saw the series) but after some trouble you will understand how to defeat them.

Story
The three fellows Ryan, Caitlin and JB have to use their powers to save the world and our reality once more. So, they have to fight against some bad guys as they advance on the plot in order to discover and destroy the ultimate evil.

Graphics/Sound
The graphics are REALLY GOOD in this game, not only the ones of the many characters but also those of their powers and many other things you will find while playing this game. The sound is nice, it isn't excellent but it's not bad either...

Play Time/Replayability
Although you can finish this game in less than one hour in kid's mode (the lowest rank of difficulty level) it will surely take you lots of time to master all the moves and manage to defeat the enemy units in other difficulty levels, since this game is really hard, much harder than most of the fighting games that appeared on a genesis/mega drive console.

Final Recomendation
This game is not only good for those who liked the series but also nice for those who like fighting games, since this game will surely pose them a high challenge.
