    At the title screen, enter the code Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B, C (A modified Konami Code), you'll enter a sound test for the game's various sound effects. Press left and right on the D-Pad to cycle through sounds.

    If you play Pier Solar with a Sega 32X attached, there's somebody in Bethina's hideout who notices. He'll give you a special accessory, Sonic's Shoes.
