Description

Combat Skies 2 is the sequel to Combat Skies. It has been totally re-designed with a new, faster software engine. It has more levels, more exquisitely detailed aircraft, more features including a manual engine start, more realism, more action, better dogfighting, easier enemy location and loads more fun stuff. ...MoreCombat Skies 2 (CS2) has all of the good features of its predecessor and more features like rudder and throttle controls, bombing - enemy and player aircraft, target "radar", target display and even a manual engine start (by dragging the propellor) feature. There are currently three upgrades available as three new campaigns. In each campaign you pilot authentically reproduced classic fighters. Each campaign offers new player and enemy aircraft (campaigns 1, 2 and 3 add 3, 5 and 8 new aircraft respectively) and 10 levels in each campaign; a total of 33 levels. The CS2 store makes it easy to manage the upgrades. In Campaign One you pilot allied fighters over the Western Front. There are 10 different missions in which you dogfight with enemy fighters, intercept and attack enemy heavy bombers, airships and reconnaissance aircraft, strafe and bomb ground targets or enemy balloons. To achieve your objective you will have to shoot down classic, accurately modeled enemy fighter such as the Albatros D5 and Fokker D7 biplanes, Fokker Dr1 triplanes including the Red Baron's iconic red triplane and the revolutionary Fokker D8 with parasol wing. In this campaign you will have to overcome the fighter screen to stop the heavy bombers from bombing their targets. In Campaign Two you pilot allied fighters over the North Sea in 10 different missions. To complete each mission you will have land on the aircraft carrier. The enemy has aircraft, supply ships and a battleship that can only be killed by bombing. In Campaign Three you pilot axis or German fighters over the Western Front in 10 different missions in which you dogfight with enemy fighters, intercept and attack enemy heavy bombers and reconnaissance aircraft and strafe and bomb ground targets or balloons. To achieve your objective you will have to shoot down classic fighters such as the Sopwith Camel, SPAD13, Nieuport 28 and SE5a. Each of your missions begins with a briefing setting out your main objective. Once you fire the initial shot, you will be under continual attack by the enemy. Your radar shows the location of all of the targets when they aren't in the field of view. Remember: don't let the enemy get on your tail; turn and chase. CS2 provides plenty of challenges for you to face, and once you begin, it will keep you coming back for more. Download CS2 now and join the best of the best in aerial combat. It's so real you'll be ducking for cover.CS2 is easy to operate and even easier to learn. Just tilt your device left or right to steer the plane, and up or down to climb or dive. The rudder allows flat turns and tighter turns (handy when evading an enemy fighter on your tale). You can quickly change the perspective, or point of view in flight. By dragging a finger across the screen, you can see above, below or even behind your aircraft. Just tap the screen to return to the default point of view. Unlike boring, confusing tutorials which leave more questions than they answer, the three free training levels give you an accelerated "crash course" in a basic flight, gunnery and bombing where you quickly learn valuable pilot skills to prepare you for the ultimate battle.
