Why does the game keep telling me cannot load flight crew information?

Every time i click on flight crew that is what it says

This happens to me when I'm somewhere I can't get a wifi signal, that maybe your problem.

You must be connected to WIFI and it is preferable to be connected to Gamecenter to get your own flight crew.

Your flight crew is you and your friends who also own the game as a team. This is done by logging into
Wi-Fi and having all of you use the same team name. Together you try and complete global events (like events as a team) to get into the top number of crews. You need the Wi-Fi to have your progress updated to the internet.
