HitTrack is a DungeonMaster's assistant that focuses on doing one job, and one job only: keeping track of your party's hit points.

It focuses on applying the maximum amount of polish to this simple job, ensuring that you can switch character cards with the flick of a finger, undo and redo changes in case you slip, and even sort the characters to track initiative. Adding damage is as easy as grabbing a slider, and healing just goes the opposite direction.

It will work with any D20 game, but it was built with the 3.5 rules in mind.
