"A Mac classic that everyone should have."

Power Pete, for Macintosh, is an excellent game that a younger audience can play without worrying about "playing with guns", yet adults can have a great time too.

Story:9/10 What could be better than to discover that you have been taken inside a toy world and have to find cakes, keys, doors and rabbits to escape from 6 different worlds packed with levels? Nothing.

Sound/music: 10/10 For every action that our hero executes, there is a certain sound that greets it. In addition to the sounds of Power Pete and his enemies, there is a different theme music for each toy world he explores.

Control: 9/10 This is a very easy game to control. Just use the arrows to control Pete, and space bar/Apple to shoot/cycle through your weapons. You can press "r" to bring up the rabbit radar if you need help finding the rabbits.

Game Play: 10/10

With six exciting worlds that have tons of fun long levels inside, Power Pete is not an easy game, making it worth your time to make progress in it. Weapons can range from anything like a cannonball, to cake, to a rock. There are power-ups that you can get along the way that can freeze time, give you super speed, or send fireballs out in all directions. Along with this, there are numerous diverse enemies in each level and world. You have to go through these levels and save rabbits along the way. You will blast off once you get the last rabbit, and go to the next level.

Replay Value : 9/10

You can just keep playing this game. The only time you might need a break is after you beat the game and before you start a new one. Besides that, keep having hours of fun with Power Pete.

Power Pete will never lose its fun, meaning that whenever you have some free time, you can play a little.
