The game is for two players and is played on an 8x8 board with two sets of chips, distinguished by color. Game objective is to have more chips on the table than your opponent when game is complete. On every turn a player is allowed to put a chip of his color on certain places on the table. By doing so, he can "invert" (or "capture") some of the opponent's chips by surrounding them between his chips already on the table. The game starts by having two pair of chips at the center of table. It ends when both players are unable to make a valid move or when table is full.
