Description
Soccer Star: An excellent sports play. You can really get into it, and feel like you are actually on the soccer field. Play with a friend, or play both teams yourself.
Size: Palm 95KB, Cell-phone (java) 62KB
Instruction: 10 minute game. Keep passing the ball around to weaken the defense of opposing team. When the goalie is off guard, shoot to make a score. An average player can score 2 or 3 times in one game session.
PDA (Palm): tap on a receiving-player to pass ball. Tap near a player (who has possession of ball) to make the player move a little. This can get you around the defense. You can also use the arrow buttons.
Cell-phone: Pass the ball by pushing phone button of receiving player number. Use arrow button to move the ball possessor a little to get around a defense.
Tip: Defense is strongest when ball is kept in front of the goal. Keeping the ball away from goal, such as near corner-kick area, may expose the goal for a possible scoring chance.
