Rays of Aten is an adventure-puzzle game featuring progressive challenges, suited to both casual and hardcore puzzle fans alike. You are a mage in search of immortality. An ancient scroll has led you to the mysterious Sphinx which promises that you will find your goal deep within its stone walls. However upon arriving, you are unable to find an entrance into the majestic stone figure. After studying the scroll in greater depth you find that the symbol of Aten (a sun disk emitting rays with hands) holds the key to unlocking hidden doors through emitting a magical ray of light. The receptor is the Ankh, which the ray of light must hit in order for the hidden door to be revealed. After finding out this important information you locate both symbols outside of the Sphinx, but unfortunately they do not line up to allow the ray of light to properly strike the Ankh.
