Description

The basic game principle of `Gnomes Gone Wild' follows those of some of the biggest arcade classics in videogames history, such as Mario Bros or Smash Brothers - a style of game play that has proven itself to be both easily accessible and appealing to almost every gamer. The player assumes the role of a dwarf fighting against the dangerous guards of the evil Queen Mother, reminiscent of the fary tale of "The Seven Dwarfs". In more than 20 action- and fun-packed levels the player has to clear the area of all enemies by bouncing them on their backs from below, then batting them out of play with a board. But players are not only fighting against enemy forces: they are also fighting against the clock as there is only a certain amount of time to complete each level. Players are pushed to the limit when trying to hit a new all-time personal highscore, whilst running out of time! Power-ups such as mushrooms and flowers are therefore most welcome
