In Pharaoh's Treasure you play the role of Arthur, a brave young archaeologist battling evil creatures while exploring ancient ruins of a bygone empire. Your adventure starts when you discover an ancient papyrus scroll while sifting through the Mesopotamian collection of a local museum. After successfully translating the archaic manuscript, it seems to command you to explore the primeval ruins of Sambuteral, a place whose name literally means "Death besets the brave and the coward alike." The ancient relic is not what you expected and you soon find yourself fighting for your life against creatures relentlessly protecting the mysteries of the Papyrus Scroll.
