"The true gamers review"

First of all, this is a true review in my eyes because of being a collector, I also understand the N-Gage is a PHONE, its primary function is not gaming. I feel that very little of these games get any kind of credit because they're expecting it to be GBA or PSP or DS games, and its not, its a whole different catagory. With that being said, on with the review.

GRAPHICS: For a phone they are good, almost as good as PS1 graphics. Everything i can remember in the PS1 game is in the N-gage game. There are some graphical glitches, disappearing pixels and lines, but they do not interfere with any of the gameplay.

SOUND: Again remember this is on a phone. The sound is not bad, the music is "tunneled" but not unbearable. The sound effects are there, also not loud or clear, but still done relatively well for this platform.

GAMEPLAY: The gameplay was relatively easy to learn on the N-Gage QD, I don't own the original. The buttons are layed out easy for me at the default settings. There is a bit of slowdown and drop in frame rate but these do not hinder the game. Also there are some parts that are hard to see because of the N-gages vertical screen, that cannot be helped. Also the screen makes it hard to get some of the tapes. It's very hard to see the bonus markers and the hidden tapes.

REPLAY VALUE: This game has great replay value. It should take a normal person quite a long time to get all the tapes and unlock everything. For me i just like to go around doing free skate listening to the music.

OVERALL: for a mobile game it is a very good adaption of the original. If you do not own this game, it would be a bad pick up if you like this kind of game. It is a great time killer on the road or out and about and you need something to keep you occupied for a few mins.
