    can find help here!

    {1} Story

It's party day at Mushroom Kingdom! Everyone wants to eb a hero! Well not everyone! Just
    six people.

Mushroom Kingdom residents Mario and Peach are competing for this special prize.

Yoshi came all the way from his island to compete for this great honor.

DK came all the way from Donkey Kong Country to be the best guy there is.

Wario ditched his joint to show he is better than Mario ever could be.

And last but not least Luigi took a day off of plumbing to show there should be a
    Luigi 64.

But it is not that easy. To be the Super Star they must win in all the Game Boards, beat
Mimi-Game Island, and get 100 stars! Not only that but Bowser is loose trying to stop
them all! Can one of the six be the real Super Star!?

    Game Introduction:

Mario looked around and smiled. Throwing a party had been an excellent idea. It
had been a long time since they had all gotten together. All his friends were
there: Luigi, Peach, Toad, Yoshi - even Wario and Donkey Kong. They laughed and
talked about all the adventures they had shared together in the past. But what
    was there to do now?

The conversation turned to their dreams for the future. Amazingly, they all
    envisioned the same thing...

To become a Super star upon whom everyone in the world could rely.

Then Wario asked, "Which one of us is the biggest Super star?"

"I am!" "It's me!" they all shouted. The gang couldn't come to an agreement
because they each wanted to be the best. They needed to prove once and for all
    who truly was number one.

Suddenly, Toad had an idea. "Isn't a Super star someone who helps others when
    they're in trouble?"

Everyone realized he was right. Then Toad told them about a Warp Pipe in
Mushroom Village that could take you anywhere you wanted to go. Surely there
were people on the other side of that Pipe who needed their help.

They all ran as fast as they could to Mushroom Village and jumped into the Warp
Pipe. But none of them knew what exciting adventures awaited them on the other
    side...

    {2} Tips Tips and Tips

In this section I will give you the best tips that will help you not ruin
your game and tips to help you beat the game faster. I only put in the
    best tips here!

-As soon as you can, buy the Lucky Box at the Shop, and "use" it at the Bank. It is better
     than the Coin Box.

-Beat Mini-Game Island. This is important so you can buy any Mini-Game you want at the
Mini-Game house. By completely beating Mini-Game Island you also get two new secret
     Mini-Games!

-The fast way to getting stars is choose 1 player, 3 computers on hard. That is not all!
The board I recommend for big stars is Wario's Battle Canyon!

-Peach's Birthday Cake is not a good way to get stars.

-Best way to get coins is to choose 1 player and 3 computers on Hard at Mini-Game
     Stadium.

    -Don't use the Casino Box.

-Don't use the Gameball Machine until you have bought everything in the game.

A: Look in the "Secrets" section of this FAQ.

A: Yes! You can use coins to buy things at the shop and but Mini-Games in the Mini-Game

    Q: Is Bowser ever good?
A: No. Don't ever trust him. Stay away from him.

You need version 2.2 or higher of GameShark to use these codes.

Mecha Fly Guy = 100 Coins
This is a Mini-Game that can be played in the Mini-Game House after you buy it.
You can practice your control stick circlin' with this. I got up to 51 turns of the

    o' War!

    Option House Items

    Parrot = 50 Coins
This is a useless item but if you want you can hear the voices in Mario Party.

must hear every song in the game!

You will either gain more coins or lose some with this risky coin box.

    Special Items

Gameball Machine = 300 Coins each time
The Gameball Machine never goes away. It is what keeps the Shop owner busy after you buy

    House.

to be Super Star! He is also an average player but is the longest jumper in the
    game.

    Peach
Princess is back in the hero business. She never got to play hero since Super Mario
Bros. 2! Too bad it was just Mario's dream. Peach is weak but very fast.

    Yoshi
The little green hero is also back and willing to be Super Star! He is also weak
but is the fastest of them all.

    DK
Donkey Kong is ready to play nasty. He will thrash anything to become Super Star.
Donkey Kong is slow and big but strong. A bad choice for anyone.

Toad sells you stars, helps you throughout the game, and will race you in Slot Car Derby
    2!

This is your fan and explains rules on Game Boards. He also gives you 10 or 20 coins.

    {8} Rules

This is a very imprtant section! You will need to read this section if don't
know the rules already. The rules are VERY important. Here I will tell you
    ALL the rules!

    Game Board Rules:

    Deciding Turn Order
At the beginning the person with the highest number is first. The person with the lowest
    number is last.

    Starting Out
Before heading out to the board you are all rewarded with 10 coins.

    Koopa Troopa
Koopa Troopa is stepping away from Bowser's badness and helping you. You will get 10
coins from him but once the last 5 tuens of the game come you get 20 coins! When you
meet him with the Event Block he will give you 20 coins.

    Bowser
Bowser will take coins from you. In each Game Baord he takes a different ammount of coins.
In some cases he might take a star! When you meet Bowser with the Event Block he will
    steal 20 coins!

    Toad
Toad sells you a star for 20 coins.

    Boo
Boo is in most Game Boards and will steal coins for free but you must pay him 50 coins
for him to steal a star. You can meet Boo with the Event Block.

    Special Characters
Each Game Baord has a different special character that will do something special if
you pay them a special fee. Just special!

    Coins
You get coins from stealing some from other players with Boo, Koopa Troopa gives you
some, you get some from landing on blue spaces, and the best way to getting at thems
coins is to win a lot of Mini-Games!

    Stars
In all of the Game Boards but one you must get stars from buying them from Toad. Stars
are the key to winning a Game Board game!

    Blue Spaces
Blue spaces give you an extra 3 coins. When the last 5 tuens comes around you get 6 coins
    for landing on blue spaces.

    Red Spaces
When you land on a Red Space you lose 3 coins. At the last 5 turns of the game you
    lose 6 coins.

    Star Space
This is a 1 Player Mini-Game. A good way to get ahead of the other players.

    Mushroom Space
You will be given a roullette (another one!) and your jump will decide whether
you lose the turn you are on and the next turn or get to hit the Turn Block
again on the turn you are currently on.

    Bowser Space
This is where Bowser will either steal your coins, make you play a Mini-Game, or he
will even out everyone's coins. Try not to land here.

    "?" Space
If you land here something abd or good might happen. Each Game Board something
different happens. The person or people who land on this space the most gets a star
at the end of the Game Board game.

    "!" Space
This is a Chance Game. Someone's stars will be switched, someone's star will go to someone
else, someone's coins will switch, or a certain ammount of coins will go to someone
else. It is all up to your luck.

    Mini Game Time!
A certain type of Mini-Game will be played after every player took his/her turn.
To get a 4 Player Mini-Game everyplayer must get all Blue Spaces or all Red Spaces.

To get 2 vs 2 Mini-Game two players must get Blue Spaces and the other two must
    get Red Spaces.

To get 1 vs 3 Mini-Game one player must get a Red Space or a Blue Space and the rest of
the players must get an opposite colored space of what the other player got.
Example: Mario gets a Red Space. Yoshi, Luigi, and Wario get Blue Spaces.

    Playing Mini-Games
Always read the instructions for the Mini-games or you will be lost because
you don't know what to do or what buttons to use. Always read instructions!

    Winner Time!
Now that the Game Board game is over lets see who won!
The player with the most stars should win. But that's not all! There are 3 stars to give
    away.
First Reward: The Coin Award. This does not go to the player who has the most coins
by the end of the game but to the person who collected the most coins throughout the game.
Second Reward: Mini-Game Award. This goes to the player who won the most Mini-Games.
Third Reward: "?" Space Award. This goes out to the person or people who landed on the
    "?" Space the most times.

Now after all the Rewards are given whoever has the most Stars wins. Two of the Rewards
are always given after every Game Board so people with no Stars still have a chance to
win. The third reward is also common, though.

    Using Items
When you buy Items from the Shop you can use some and they will appear when you hit the
Turn Block on a Game Board. The items add a more Board Game feel to the game.
For info on these special Turn Block Items see the Items section of this FAQ.

    Mini-Game Stadium Rules:

    Deciding Turn Order
Just hit the block and whoever gets the highest number goes first. Whoever
gets the lowest number goes last.

    Starting Out
Everyone gets 10 coins from Red Koopa Troopa to start out with. Now
you must take your turn. Hit the block and see the number you get.

    Red Koopa Troopa
This Koopa Troopa gives you only 10 Coins every time you pass him. He does
not give you 20 coins at the last 5 turns.

    Coins
To get coins you must pass by Red Koopa Troopa and win them in Mini-Games.
Only way to get coins in Mini-Game Stadium!

    Blue Space
This is just to decide what type of Mini-game you will play.

    Red Space
This is just to decide what type of Mini-Game you will play.

    Star Space
This is a 1 Player Mini-Game for whoever that lands on it. This is a good
place to land on if you are far behind.

Time to decide the winner! Whoever has the most coins wins the Gold Cup!
The Gold Cup doesn't do anything and you don't keep it, but you do keep
all the coins and the pride of winning!

    {9} Boards

Game Boards are the only way to get Stars in the game, and Stars are the only
way to beat the game. Here I will give a description, tips, and what the goal for
EACH Game Board! And instead of using Nintendo's Difficulty Rating I will use my own!

    DK's Jungle Adventure
    Difficulty = 2 out of 5
    Rating = 3 out of 5

It is a treasure hunt in DK's Jungle. Mario's gang is in a search for the
sacred Golden Bananas! To unlock the door to the bananas Mario and gang
must collect stars from Toad before the game ends.

This place is a big tedious maze. You must know where you want to go and know where you
are going. There are Whomps blocking your way and you must pay them to get to the path you
want to get to. The fee is 10 coins!

    Toad:
Toad moves randomly around the board map. The bad thing about this is sometimes he ends up
on the Bowser path and you must get past Bowser to get to Toad.

    Bowser:
Bowser doesn't move thankyou very much. Bowser stays in a path that you don't have to go
to if you don't want to! Isn't that special? You WILL have to take Bowser's path to get to
Toad if he ends up there, though.
    Bowser's fee:
Bowser sells a Gold Bowser statue for 10 coins. Oh gee. 10 coins.

    Boo:
There are two Boos here. Yay!

    Blue Spaces:
    57

    Red Spaces:
    Only 7!

    "?" Spaces:
    9. They trigger an Indiana Jones trap. A huge boulder chases your player away from where
you were heading and your player and anyone else in the way lands back at the beginning.
These are very common to land on.

    "!" Spaces:
    None at all! Pooie.

Look at the map a lot and plan which paths you are planning on taking.

    Peach's Birthday Cake
    Difficulty = 2 out of 5
    Rating = 4 out of 5

It is time to visit Peach's beloved Birthday cake. But, oh no! Baddies have invaded the
cake! Goombas are planting Pirahna Plants and Bowser has inhabited a secret part of the
cake. Mario and gang must collect enough stars from Toad before the game ends so the cake
can be finished and without baddies!

This place is a mess when you are trying to get a lot of stars. People always waste their
money on Pirahna Plants. But without worrying about stars this place is just FUN! If you
have enough money you get to own Pirahna Plants that will steal Stars for you. Reminds me
of Monopoly. The bad thing about this is you must take a chance game with seeds. If you
pick the wrong seed you must visit Bowser. Pirahna Plants are 30 coins but worth the money
if you have 100 stars in the Bank.

    Toad:
Toad stays in the same place. The trouble is picking the right seed to visit him.

    Bowser:
Bowser doesn't move here, either but if you pick the wrong seed you MUST visit him.
    Bowser's fee:
Bowser sells you a Spikey Birthday Shell! I mean cake! Oh...for 20 coins.

    Boo:
    There is one Boo.

    Blue Spaces:
    28

    Red Spaces:
    Only 4!

    "?" Spaces:
    14. If you have 30 Coins and land on this space a Goomba will appear and offer you a
Pirahna Plant. If you have 100 Stars in the Bank....go for it!

    Yoshi's Tropical Island
    Difficulty =  1 out of 5
    Rating = 5 out of 5

It is time to visit an island resort. Yoshi's Tropical Island! Here, two Yo'sters (Yoshis)
are trying to reunite, but they cannot! For the Pink Yo'ster is stuck on the small central
island. The small central island is surrounded with deadly whirlpools. To reunite the blue
Yo'ster with the pink Yo'ster you must get stars and build a bridge. Stars are the only
way to stop whirlpools...so go get some!

This place is mostly fun since you don't know where Toad will stay. People are always
landing on those "?" spaces. You must always be careful. Running into Bowser will cost you
    30 coins!

    Toad:
Toad moves from one island to the next if you land on a "?" mark space. He will move back
to the other island if you land on another "?" space.

    Bowser:
Bowser moves from one island to the next if you land on a "?" mark space. He will move
back to the other island if you land on another "?" space.
    Bowser's fee:
Bowser sells a Spikey Water Tube that blows up on you for 30 coins.

    Boo:
There is one Boo. Boo hoo!

    Blue Spaces:
    34

    Red Spaces:
    Only 3! Yippee!

    "?" Spaces:
    7. They make Bubba, the big fat fish from Super Mario Bros. 3, come out and swallow Toad
and spit him out on the other island while Bowser takes Toad's place.

    Wario's Battle Canyon
    Difficulty =  1 out of 5
    Rating = 2 out of 5

Wario has started a war with the Bob-Ombs! Wario is not nice at all! Instead of being
friends, the Red and Black Bob-Ombs are at war! They will send you through canons and
shoot you to canyon to canyon. It is up to you to get enough stars and restore peace once
    again.

This place is great to get stars since there is nothing to buy but stars and Bowser
doesn't get in your way unless you want him to!

    Toad:
Toad moves randomly. Some times he ends up on Bowser's canyon. Urgh!

    Bowser:
Bowser stays on his canyon and doesn't move. You only have to go to his canyon to get to
Toad. But it takes luck to get to Toad before Bowser!
    Bowser's fee:
Bowser throws you in his cannon for 20 coins.

    Fly Guy's fee:

Only go to Bowser's canyon if you really need to get to Toad! And make sure you'll have
enough money since Fly Guy makes you pay to get to Bowser's Canyon.

    Luigi's Engine Room
    Difficulty =  5 out of 5
    Rating = 1 out of 5

Luigi's Engine room has lost all power! Mario and gang must get enough stars and restore
    power to Luigi's greatest creation!

This place is the most hard board ever! This is harder than Eternal Star and as hard as
    Magma Mountain!
This place is hard and confusing. It is a big messy maze that I have played once and never
    will again.

    Toad:
Randomly moves around. And no one knows the right path to get to him!

    Bowser:
Bowser stays in the sme place and doesn't move.
    Bowser's fee:
Bowser has a Coin Mecha that makes coins and gives you one! And takes 20! So it's only
    really 19...

    Mario's Rainbow Castle
    Difficulty =  1 out of 5
    Rating = 4 out of 5

Mario's rainbow is missing! Help Mario by getting stars to restore the power of the
rainbow so it can shine beauty again!

This place is too easy. The only hard part is not hitting the "?" spaces and switching
    Toad to Bowser.

    Toad:
Toad stays in the smale place but if you land on a "?" space he will be turned around to
show the secret compartment...which holds Bowser! Also if someone gets a star from Toad,
Toad turns around and it is Bowser's turn to have fun.

    Bowser:
Bowser stays in the same place but can be turned around. If you land on a "?" space when
Toad is up, Bowser wil come. If someone gets a star from Toad, it is Bowser's turn.
    Bowser's fee:
Bowser sells you a fake Black Star for a whopping 40 coins!

    Boo:
    There is only one Boo.

    Blue Spaces:

If you are headed to Bowser take the long way to him and hope someone lands on a "?"
    space.

    Magma Mountain
    Difficulty =  5 out of 5
    Rating = 2 out of 5

Bowser is mad that he hasn't stopped you yet, so he has made a Game Board of his own.
Magma Mountain! You must stop Bowser once again by getting enough stars to show who is
    boss!

Another hard, confusing maze. I am not sure if this is harder than Luigi's Engine Room but
it is pretty durn hard! You must go through the maze and use shortcuts but you only get to
use them if you win a roullete.

    Toad:
Toad moves randomly around the board.

    Bowser:
Bowser stays on his little area and doesn't move. It takes luck to not visit him because
you must win a tough roullette game. If you win you need not see him!
    Bowser's fee:
    One star or 50 coins!!!!!!!!

    Boo:
    There is only one Boo.

    Blue Spaces:
45 (In some cases there are only 4!)

    Red Spaces:
4 (In some cases there are 45 of them!!!!)

    "?" Spaces:
    4. They change Blue Spaces into Red Spaces, and Red Spaces into Blue Spaces!!!! Not good

    Eternal Star
    Difficulty =  4 out of 5
    Rating = 2 out of 5

This reminds me of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Bowser steals all of your
stars and runs to a star, smashes it into several pieces, and draws graffiti all over it!
The part that reminds me of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars is where the star
is smashed into pieces. Mario and gang must defeat all of Bowser's henchmen to retrieve
some stars. With the help of the stars mario and gang can defeat Bowser and get all of the
stars back and restore Mushroom Kingdom to peace!

This place is a big maze but unlike Luigi's Engine Room and Magma Mountain, this maze is
easy to get used to. Just go after those henchmen!

    Toad:
Toad moves randomly. Some times he ends up on Bowser's canyon. Urgh!

    Bowser:
Bowser stays on his star piece. The trick is to not use the warp that leads to him.
    Bowser's fee:
    One star or all coins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Boo:
There is only one Boo. But how did this Boo get up here?

    Blue Spaces:
    36

    Red Spaces:
    4

    "?" Spaces:
    4. They send everyone back to the Start!

    "!" Spaces:
    None at all again!

    Star Spaces:
    3

    Bowser Spaces:
    3

    Mushroom Spaces:
    3

    Special Characters:
    1. Cohorts. The Cohorts or henchmen, have stars. You must pay them to play a Turn Box
game. If you get the higher number than the Cohort, you get yourself a shiny new Star! Or
    is this used?

    Tip:
Use the map a lot to plan your paths wisely. Make sure you learn where all the warps end
up and make sure you take note of which warp leads to Bowser and not go there!

Well that's all! Now go beat all of these Game Boards! I did it. Now you!

    ----------------
    Tips

    1-1: Coin Block Blitz
Back to the old coin bustin'! This is a classic Mario tradition. There are nine blocks
that you must bash open to get coins, of course!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------Easy, just jump
around and hit the blocks. If one doesn't disappear when you
hit it, keep hitting it! Used timed jumps! This is easy.

    1-2: Coin Block Bash
This time you get to bust the blocks with a hammer! Your character must also
ward off rivals by hitting them and sending them flying!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Hammer Guy
    A Button: High Smash
    B Button: Low Whack

    Everyone Else
    A Button: Jump
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is also simple. Use B button when the computers go after you or your coins
and use A button to break the blocks. Don't forget about getting your coins!

    1-3: Coin Shower Flower
One day Mario was thinking of a game to play. "Hey! Why don't we plant a giant
flower that spits out coins and make someone jump around on it getting the coins and
people on leaf boats must get spare change that falls into the water?".
    Well...It happened.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Flower Guy
    A Button: Jump
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    Control Stick Hard: Run

    Everyone Else
    Control Stick: Move
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Just stay on the flower and don't drop the coins. Jump towards the center of the flower
when you are about to fall off it.

    1-4: Paddle Battle
Hungry native Shy Guy-islanders are on the loose and four players are on a
white water raft and must get their rivals poked by the Shy Guy-islanders'
    spears instead of them!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Circle Control Stick: Paddle
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------This takes practice
but it is not too hard. You have to rotate the control stick
fast, yes but watch the stick! If you are not circling the control stick you are
wasting your time. Also try to get on the left side of the rock on your side
of the river for another chance of getting coins.

    2-1: Memory Match
Mario and his friends go back to Kindergarten and play a memory game.
But Bowser is on the loose. He is even mean to little children!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------A Button: Jump
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    A+Z: Butt Stomp
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------Don't rush or you
will hit the ground and not the panels and try to take
shortcuts across the field or time might run out and you won't be done!
Plus remember where the Bowser is and don't ever hit it again.

    2-2: Ground Pound
This is pathetic. They are bringing the stump stomp back from Super
Mario 64 only this time there are pointy stumps. OUCH!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    A+Z: Butt Stomp
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
It is easy just find all the five flat stumps before the butterflies
or flowers (whatever they are) cover them and stomp them all.

    2-3: Limbo Dance
Toad wants a party and he will play his favorite game! Limbo Dance!
But his back hurts...so Mario and his friends must play it for him!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
A Button: Move Forward and Lower Body
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------Always be low to
the ground! When you are about to fall, wait then
jump, wait jump, wait, jump and you won't fear those red limbo
    sticks.

    2-4: Musical Mushroom
It is time to play Musical Chairs! But there are no chairs available.
Let us use mushrooms and a floating Treasure Box instead!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    B Button: Punch
    A+Z: Butt Stomp
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ignore the blue Mushrooms and do a long jump onto the big one and
hit the treasure Box immediatly. If someone is in your way punch
them or jump when they jump to knock them far, far away.

    2-5: Pirahna's Pursuit
Your rivals will try to make the Pirahna plant grow so you must go!
You must race to the finish line as fast as you can so steal that
    kid's skateboard and get going!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    B Button: Skate
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is hard and takes much practice. To practice without losing lives,
buy the game at the Mini-Game House. To beat it press B as MUCH as you
can and that should be a whole lot! Jump over every tree and rock you
see. Watch out for those falling trees, they are easy to spot.

    3-1: Crazy Cutter
It is time to let free the giant that lays beneath the hardened ground.
To do this you need a jackhammer. Stay in the lines or the fossilized
creature won't be able to fit through the hole and smell fresh air
    once more!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Control Stick Light: Move slow
    Control Stick Hard: Move fast
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't let go of the control stick until you are done. Hold the control
stick in every right direction, just trace! Don't fall out of line.

    3-2: Buried Treasure
There is talk about a hidden treasure under ground and everyone
    goes serching for it!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Control Stick: Choose Direction
    B Button: Dig (Move)
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Follow the other diggers they should lead you to the gold!

    3-3: Desert Dash
There is a race in the desert and you must walk on two boards with
a partner and get to the finish line first!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Control Stick Right: Move Right Foot
Control Stick Left: Move Left Foot
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is easy. Always watch the speech balloon and just press the direction
it says for you to push. Don't worry your teammate is very good. If
you mess up it is your fault and you need practice.

    3-4 Tug o' War
One person must dress up as Bowser and the other three must team up.
Both teams must knock eachother into the hungry giant Pirahna plant.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Circle Control Stick: Tug
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Watch your control stick and make sure you are doing VERY fast circles!
    Circles is the keyword here.

    3-5: Teetering Towers
You are stranded ona dead end with no where to go. You must escape
by jumping across a lot of weak towers. These towers will fall
and you must jump across to safe land before you fall.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------A Button: Jump
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    Control Stick Hard: Run
(Use A Button and Control Stick Hard together)
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Stay on the edge of the tower (whatever corner that points to
the tower you want to land on) and wait until it is about to fall
and do the longest jump you can possibly do. Keep doing that until
    you are safely on land.

    4-1: Bobsled Run
Two teams must compete to win a Bobslet race.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
A Button: Get Inside Bobsled (Use this only at the beginning and use it a LOT at the
    beginning!)
    Control Stick Up: Move Bobsled
Control Stick Left: Turn Bobsled Left
Control Stick Right: Turn Bobsled Right
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is simple. Just rapidly tap the A button as much as you can
at the beginning until you hop in the bobsled. Once you are sliding
forget the A button and do the best turns you can but always have the
control stick pointed up hard. No pun intended, sickos!

    4-2: Skateboard Stamper
Time for another skateboard game. You must race to the finish
and pick up a bag of coins along the way. But ALSO along the way there
are thwomps in your way and the race path is collapsing once
    someone hits it. Be careful!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    B Button: Skate
(Use B Button A LOT! And use B Button and A Button together sometimes)
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Push the B button as rapidly as you can and NEVER stop for a break!
Time your jumps correctly and don't bother getting coins. You
must tap B EXTREMELY rapidly to get first place.

    4-3: Handcar Havoc
The Super Mario RPG mini-game is revived but with a few changes. This
time you must turn and you are with a partner. You must race to the
    end without falling.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
A Button: Move Handcar (Use this A LOT!)
B Button: Brake (Use this often)
Control Stick Left: Turn Bobsled Left
Control Stick Right: Turn Bobsled Right
(Use A Button, Control Stick Left or Right, and B Button all together on dangerous turns
    on the track)
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
This can be hard at first but no with my tip! Always have the A button
pushed rapidly but on turns lean to the opposite side you are about
to fall off of and push B. I recommend trying the B button only
on extreme turns. And press the B button rapidly for a few times,
    DO NOT hold it down!

    4-4: Ghost Guess
Ghosts will haunt one of the characters and they will only let you
go with a prize if you guess who the leader is.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    B Button: Punch
    A+Z Button: Butt Stomp
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sometimes I think this is a game of chance but you can try and
watch the shadows but try watching the ghosts too. It might
take time but eventually you'll get this out of your way.
To practice buy this game at the Mini-Game House. You won't lose
    lives there!

    5-1: Cast Aways
Time for old fashioned fishin'! But not so old fashioned. Instead of
hooks you get mechanical gloves. And instead of fish you get coins.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Control Stick Light: Cast Rod Close
Hold Control Stick Back Hard: Cast Rod Far Away
    Circle Control Stick: Reel in
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
I will tell you the only way I know how to play this game. Hold the
control stick back hard but don't let go. Aim for a chest. If you miss
take note of where your hand landed. Wait until you see another chest
and use the timing and make sure the chest hits the spot where the hand
lands. You need to know the timing in order to get the hand on the chest
when the chest hits the landing spot. Only aim for chests because
my way of doing it will slow you down and you will need big bucks
you win. To bring in your prize just circle the control stick. make
sure you are circling it until you get your prize then get back to casting.

    5-2: Shy Guy Says
The Mario gang will be on boats connected to a raft. If they put up
the wrong flag Shy Guy Pirate will cut their rope and send them into
    the ocean.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------A Button: White
    Flag
    B Button: Red Flag
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
This can be tricky. Just don't put flags up fast and DON'T think
there are patterns! There are NO patterns! When the Shy
Guy puts up two flags wait until he puts one down then push
the button that goes along with the one he left up.
    Just practice.

    5-3: Bumper Balls
You are rolling on balls, on an ocean. You must bump into other
players balls to bump them off the island. It's like Bumper cars
but with balls and an island, and Mario!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Control Stick Hard: Move Fast
    Control Stick Light: Move Slow
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
This game is fun! Let the otehr players knock eachother off until
it is just you and one person left. Go around the edge of the island
but not too close and wait until your rival tries to hit him, then
dodge the old coot. He will be at the edge and ready to get knocked off!

    5-4: Treasure Divers
Time to dive for treasure. Beware of sea creatures!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Swim
    Control Stick: Choose Direction
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Dive as much as you can but stop immediatly when you are about to hit a
shark or a squid. Go for the big chests first and if another player has
a chest you want knock them into a shark or squid and take their treasure!

    5-5: Bombs Away
You are on an island and must stay on and survive. Dodge the cannons
or you could be sent flying into the ocean and eaten by a squid!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    A+Z Button: Butt Stomp
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Only jump if you are about to fall off the edge of the island!
If you do jump make sure you won't land on another player. Don't
worry about knocking other players down, just worry about
surviving until the game ends. Another good tip is to stay
close to the other players since they hardly ever get hit
off the island. Just dodge those cannons and that is all!

    5-6: Deep Sea Divers
Mario and gang are going deep into the ocean in search for sunken
treasure. Since these boxes are heavier, their partners will be in
the boat ready to reel them in.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Swimmers
    A Button: Swim
    Control Stick: Choose Direction
    (Use A Button A LOT)

    Reeler
    Circle Control Stick: Reel in
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is hard if you don't get the Big Chest. So get the Big Chest.
To get the Big Chest, you must push A...AS MUCH AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN!
And as much as you possibly can should be A LOT! When you have the Big
Chest push A button A LOT again to get to the surface. If you can't
make it to the surface without drowning first go near an area that
holds a chest and drop the Big Chest there and once you get breath
back go back and get it! Here is another good tip, to win first get
the Big Chest then the deepest possible chests there are until there
    are no more left.

    5-7: Mushroom Mix-up
One of my favorite games and it's the cheapest in Mini-Game House!
You must watch Toad's flag and go to the color of the mushroom that
matches the flag. The mushroom that Toad picked will stay up but the rest
will take a dip in the ocean water. If you don't make it to the right
mushroom a squid will take you away.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    A+Z Button: Butt Stomp
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
DON'T JUMP TOO MUCH! Try to be fast and if you do jump make sure it
is not on someone's head. Here is a GREAT TIP!
    Great Tip:
When Toad tells you to go to the Black Mushroom wait until it is down
and starts coming up. Just before it comes up fully and before the
players start to move to the next mushroom Hip Jump (Butt Stomp) on him! Run to
the next mushroom and the smashed player won't be able to jump and
    will DROWN!

    5-8: Tightrope Treachery
One player will be on a rope racing to the finish line and must
avoid the cannons, while the people on boats must shoot cannons and
knock the player on the tightrope off!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Tightrope Walker
    Control Stick: Walk

    Shooters
    A Button: Shoot
    Control Stick: Move
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Just watch your balance. If you are going to left, go right a little.
If you are going to right, go left a little. Don't fall off and
try avoiding cannons by backing up a little.
If you are on the boat aim for the player on the tightrope and keep
shooting. Try to knock him off!

    6-1: Box Mountain Mayhem
There is a stack of mushrooms and Mario and his friends must break all
    of it and collect coins.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    B Button: Punch
    A+Z Button: Butt Stomp
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Punch as many boxes as you can and grab any coin bags you see. Coin bags
are the most important. Put coin bags before boxes.

    6-2: Pedal Power
A ghost is slowly trying to kill you. You are on a bicycle that is
connected to a huge lightbulb and you must charge the lightbulb by
pedaling as much as you can to get a bright light and kill the Big Boo.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Circle Control Stick: Pedal
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok, time to hurt your hand again. Watch the control stick and make sure you
are circling it as fast as you can. Remember...CIRCLES!

    6-3: Tipsy Tourney
You are on a puzzle and must use the shell to uncover all the pieces.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Get the middle blocks first then finish off the edges, and FAST!

    6-4: Hot Bob-omb
Instead of Hot Potatoe it is Hot Bob-Omb! Yeah that's it. Ruin a classic
    game with VIOLENCE!!!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Toss
    Control Stick: Choose Direction
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wait until the bomb gets pumped and toss it to someone. If that doesn't work,
play the right way and throw the bomb right away! Don't bother directing the
bomb! It doesn't matter who blows up!

    6-5: Bombsketball
Mario and his friends are starting to play sports. But they changed
    Basketball a little. They added......VIOLENCE!!!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    B Button: Punch
    A+B Button: Throw
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Jump on the person with the ball and get right up to the net and shoot!

    6-6: Hot Rope Jump
No Jump rope here. This "jump rope" is a rope of fire! MORE VIOLENCE!!!
Mario and friends must jump the rope without getting theit butts burned.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is my best tip: Watch the computer players! When they jump, you jump.
If that doesn't work try to find the best time to jump and stick to it.

    7-1: Slot Machine
One of the characters must play a slot machine. That's all. No violence
    here.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    Control Stick Hard: Hard
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Tip from HarvMoon10:
In the Slot Machine, when under the block, Jump then Jump again, then wait about two
    seconds, and jump again

    7-2: Crane Game
Time to play a crane game that you can ACTUALLY win! Go for the dolls!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Crane
    A Button: Snag
    Control Stick: Move

    Dolls
    A Button: Defend
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
You MUST get a doll. Sometimes they can be hard so look for a doll you can
get a good grip on and press B VERY rapdily until the doll is caught! Go for
    the richest doll, too.
If you are the doll press B VERY, VERY, VERY rapidly!

    7-3: Pipe Maze
The old Pipe Maze. You must watch the maze and drop the chest in the right
pipe. If you did it correctly, you'll end up with the chest.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Drop
    Control Stick: Choose Direction
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'd say this is a game of luck. Just try being fast. If you missed it...then guess!

    7-4: Bowl Over
Time to go bowling! Throw the shell and guide it to the character pins!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Bowler
    A Button: Release Shell
    Control Stick: Move
Control Stick Left: Turn Shell Left
Control Stick Right: Turn Shell Right

    Pins
    A Button: Jump
    Control Stick: Move
(Use A Button and Control Stick at same time)
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Lightly steer the shell if you press the control stick down hard the shell will go mad and
hit the electric boundary. To win in Mini Game Island you must hit all three of your
    rivals.

    7-5: Whack-a-Plant
This is like the mini-game in Super Mario RPG where you have to hit the goombas, but in
this no spikes get in your way.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
All you need is 20 coins! Jump on all the Pirahna Plants you see. When there
are multiple Pirahna plants try jumping off a Pirahna Plant and jump on
    another and continue doing that.

    7-6: Mario Bandstand
Mario Band. Sounds like a new N64 game. Or a Mario Artist add-on. You
must play your role in the band well in order to get some encores and coins.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Composer
    Control Stick: Choose Band Member

    Band Members
    A Button: Play Instrument
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
You have to be lucky to win this. Most of the time they love the violin and trumpet
even if you never missed a beat! Oh well just press the direction you see at the
chart. Follow the blue rectangle. When it gets right at a certain direction press
the control stick in that direction!

    8-1: Running of the Bulb
This reminds me of an action movie! You must escape the evil clutches of the ghosts
and stop them by getting the bulb into the socket and turn on the lights before
they send you to the deep abyss!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Bulb Holder
    A Button: Jump
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk

    Others
    A Button: Jump
    B Button: Punch
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
To win punch all the ghosts and possessed characters you see. If you have the bulb,
stay at the far top screen and avoid all ghosts and possessed characters!

    8-2: Grab Bag
For some reason the characters are locked in a room and must run around
and steal eachothers coins from eachother's bags.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    B Button: Steal/Defend
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Always watch your back! If someone gets behind you jump! Get behind them
and milk them of their money! If you are being assualted press B rapidly to
    stop the foul action.

    8-3: Key-pa-Way
This is like Running of the Bulb but not as fun. You must get the key
to the keyhole and unlock the gates to treasure! But beware the spiney
    enemies!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    A+B Button: Throw
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Jump on the person with the key and don't get hit by a spike. Jump
right up there and fast! The computer is too stupid to do this so make
    sure YOU do it!

    8-4: Balloon Burst
There is a balloon blowing contest but it ends up one of you must
burst your balloon to win! Guess what shape the balloon is in? Bowser!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Pump Balloon
    B Button: Pump Balloon
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Use your Index and Middle finger and hit A, B, A, B, A, B, etc... until you are
done! And go fast! But make sure you are pumping him. Don't be cocky and
look away or close your eyes. Always watch your ballooon!

    8-5: Face Lift
Back from Super Mario 64 but this time you must play around with Bowser's face.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Grab
    Control Stick: Move
(Hold A Button to keep grip)
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Just hold the A button down to pull an object on Bowser's face. Pull the object
into place until it looks like the face you saw before the game started.
The tip here is to not forget any parts of the face! And start with the shape
of the face using the cheeks and mouth, then go for the eyebrows.
    This is not hard.

    8-6: Bash 'n' Cash
You are locked in a room and everyone must hit a person in a Bowser suit
and take his/her coins! Not fair!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Bowser
    A Button: Jump
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk

    Attackers
    A Button: Attack
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is REALLY annoying! Just don't get hit more than three times! To do
this run away from the people and try running in circles and confusing them.
    And jump! Jump a lot!

    9-1: Hammer Drop
Hammer Bros. wanted in too! They made up a Mini-game. They get to throw hammers! Nintendo
    added the coins.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    A+Z Button: Butt Stomp
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------This is annoying.
Just go after anything you can get. It takes a little time
but just try to get the most coin bags. Hip slamming (Butt Stomping) people helps too.

    9-2: Slot Car Derby
Don't be thinking this is like Mario Kart, because it is not. This is hard
and not fun. Everyone squeezes into small cars with their huge heads sticking
out and must race until they completed all the laps.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Control Stick: Move
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
This can be hard at the beginning. You don't need the A button remember that!
Just press the control stick in any direction and when your Slot car begins
to smoke up let go if the stick for a second then go back to pressing it down and
contine stopping when your car smokes up.

    9-3: Shell Game
Some stash is hidden into a treasure and a shell covers the treasure. You must
use your eyes and follow the shell with the shiny dollars.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is really easy. Make sure you don't have weak eyes and follow the shell
with the coins. Tip, you want? Don't blink!

    9-4: Knock Block Tower
There is a tower made of wood crates and thwomps with a treasure box at
the top. You must break the crates and reach the treasure before times up.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    B Button: Punch
    Control Stick: Move

    9-5: Platform Peril
Everyone must race to the end without falling down!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    A Button: Jump
    Control Stick Hard: Run
    Control Stick Light: Walk
(Use A Button and Control Stick hard together)
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ok...go that way...really fast. If something gets in your way...turn.
Anyway just make sure you are in front of everybody, try jumping off of
peoples heads, that usually makes them die. Just make sure you are in front
and you don't fall. Not that hard.

    GOAL: Slot Car Derby 2
Now you must beat Toad in Slot car Derby 2!
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Control Stick: Move
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is just Slot Car Derby 1 but the track is in the shape of goggles so watch out
    on that nose part!
