Where is the master key in claire b?

Did I mess up? Because i can't find the master key in Claire B?

Answer

Go to the bridge hallway where you sue the main fuse. You'll see Sherry crying next to her dead mom. Annette it holding the master key in her hand. Once you pick it up, Sherry will get up and follow you.
