Paper Mario
Question from merder222
Asked: 3 years agoi Downloaded the game from the WII store a few days back but i have a problem with my controller the c-stick rarely does what i tell it to do(usually it opens the party menu nomatter what direction i point it in). and always takes forever to get my selected party member to do what it is supposed to do.
well i have a third party controller but i know that is not the reason since a friend borrowed me a original one and the same happens with that one :(.
please help i'm tired of having to wait forever untill Bombette does her exploding attack, Parakarry to lift me etc. etc.(and due to this problem it is literally impossible to use items outside of battle :(

@Purpleyoshiguy i tried and i have the same with the other Nintendo 64 rereleases but with WII games and the testborrowed Gamecube game it works perfectly(and the other 64 games they have a way around the glitch the additional buttons that were introduced with the gamecube have the same function but that is not the case in Paper Mario :()

statusIt might be a technical problem, it might not have downloaded correctly. You can redownload it for free at the wii shop channel. If you earase the games channel and redownload it, it still keeps your saved data, so don't worry, your save file will still be there, just earase only the channel then redownload. If you still have this problem after redownloading, call or E-mail nintendo costemer sevice from www.nintendo.com.
Then there might be a problem with the controllers port, it might be broken of worn down. It don't cost that much to repair If thats the problem. If you have any other games you can use the gamecube controller on, try it on them and see if you have the same issue.
Then the Wii is just having problems prossesing Nintendo 64 games, the only way to fix it is to send it to nintendo and get it repaired.
Is the C-stick just acting strange? Hold down X, Y, and the start button at the same time for 5 seconds.
There is also a special controller that you can use as an attachment; it is not a GameCube controller fyi.
