1. Welcome

Welcome to another one of my walkthroughs, exclusivly for my web-site at 
Hyper Gaming Interactive! This FAQ contains a walkthrough, Q and A, 
codes, and other things. I even help you on controling your character a 
lot better,because you are going to need it! If you got a GameShark, I 
even included the codes you might need to complete the game. I know you 
might call me crazy, because I am writing for Superman 64. But all games 
should have walkthroughs, even for the crappy games. Like this game you 
are playing for example. Well that was all I had to say! - Hyper Gamer

If you find any misspelled words, send the FAQ to me corrected. The FAQ 
has to be the most up to date version ( which I have no doubt in doing).

The only kind of updates I will be doing to this FAQ, is when something 
new has been discovered (like a code to make the game just disappear!), 
grammer check, and maybe a HTML version nicely made. If I make a HTML

2. Controls
--------------

I usally take all of the Control Instructions from the book, but this 
time it is real easy.

Analog Stick= Moves Super Man in all directions.
                           While flying; Press Up to Fly Down
                                         Press Down to Fly Up

When you fly into an object, Super Man automaticly picks it up.

Control Pad= Controls the Camera

B Button= Pick up an object.
                   
                   While flying; Accelerate (meaning you can make him 
                   fly, or just like when you play a racing game
                   you need to accelerate the car to go)

A Button= Throw's his retarded little punches.
                    With Object in hand; Throws the object away

Z Button= Puts Super Man in Flying Mode/ Lands Super Man on the ground

C Buttons= Up; Freezing Breath
                     Down; Block
                     Left; Heat Vision
                     Right; X- Ray Vision (too bad you can't use it 
                     to see through clothes, like clothes on woman)

R Button= Makes Super Man Jump. This is really useless in this game!

Start= Puts the game on pause and brings up an options menu.

L Button= Display Last Text ( Press A to Continue). Also another useless 
                                                    button

ON/OFF Button on Top of Nintendo 64= This button you can use to turn off 
the game, and put another game in like Jet Force Gemini, that is if you 
got the game. Now this is really useful!

Car Keys= Use these to turn on your car, and head to the nearest store 
or rental store, to buy or to rent a game like Duke Nukem: Zero Hour.

Garbage Can= Take the game out of the Nintendo 64, and put it safely in 
it. Now say Good Bye!

3. Full Walkthrough *
------------------------
*This may be sometimes still be under construction to get perfected.

This guide is a in-depth Walkthrough, so please do not e-mail me asking 
for anything. It's all here!

Metropolis: Mission 1
------------------------------

You start out with a huge ring in front of you. Press and hold the B 
button to accelerate Super Man. Just follow through the rings, going in 
the middle of the rings the whole time, without missing any. If you
4 rings, you have to start it all over again. Once you get to the red 
ring, you have another task to accomplish. You must pick up the two 
cars and throw them away from harms way, before time runs out. To do 
this, you must do the following. Fly quickly to the first car you see, 
and go strait into it. You will automaticly pick the car up. Now quickly 
just throw it anywhere by pressing the A button. The clock will now be 
added with a little bit more time. So now hurry up and find the next 
car, and just pick it up and throw it. It is as simple as that.

Mission II: To Serve & Protect the Police
------------------------------------------------------

Not another one of those too easy ring missions! Just follow through
the rings and do not miss any. Well, okay you could miss two, but do
not miss more then that much. Once you get done with that, you have
one more easy task to do. Take the police car fast and keep flying 
strait the whole time, until you see a thing that says "Police Dept"
on the top of it. Fly under it and you have completed this level. But
wait there's more...stupid levels!

Mission III: Kill the too easy to kill Dark Shadows
------------------------------------------------------

Man I just do not like games that have the same dumb repeated levels 
objectives. Wouldn't you rather be playing Donkey Kong 64 than this?
AHH... Never mind, forget I said that. Let me just help you beat this 
great (good for nothing) game, and just live on with our lives, mmkay.

Go through the ring stage once more, and make sure you do not miss any. 
Then you will challenge four Dark Shadows. To land where the platform 
is, just press the Z button to land. Then easily go up to each one and 
punch them one by one. One punch equals death. Easy huh, but wait til
you get to the next level.

Mission IV: The Three Hard to beat Twisters!
-----------------------------------------------

Go through the rings. Once you have finished the maze of rings, you 
will find a Freeze breath power-up. Grab it. Now you will get a
new task. You must now destroy the three tornados. Quickly destroy
them by getting a little bit close to one, and use the Freeze breath
until the Tornado disappears. End of story.

Mission V: Dam
-----------------

Okay now here is where the action comes in! Mala plans to bomb 
Metropolis' hydroelectric dam and flood the city like atlantis!
you must disarm the bombs, before its the end for you and the city.
First you will see two flying robots, then fly through the green
laser beams. This will not hurt you, because Super Man is capable of
such power. But do watch out for the red beams, while you are not
capable of going through them. Now activate your flying ability, and
fly against anything. To pick up the robots press B, and press A to
throw them away. If you do not do that, you will have a big BANG!
Once by the boxes, pick them up to reveal the computer card. Next
go back to the first computer room. Go to the terminal and stand in
front of it. Now you have full access to three doors in another area.
Go through the door with the green light. Then go to Mala and talk to
her She will just talk some mumbo jumbo, like everybody else does
in the game. After she is done talking to you, fly into the water 
below and find the pass that will unlock the side doors. You can
pick either door it does not matter. you will find a hatch in this
area, which will drain the water once activated. Go back to the canal
and locate the tecnicians' room. The people will give you some code
to get to the bombs put in teh generator rooms. Now here comes the
tough part. you only get ten minuates to disable the two bombs. Get
teh Superspeed and hurry on back to the main entrance. You must
destroy the tank by just giving it a few punches. Then beat the crap out
Mala and leave the dumb bum like nothing happened. Now head all the way
back to the first room to unlock the corridors that lead to rooms with
two bombs planted on them. Use your Superbreath (Super Stinking breath)
to freeze the bombs that are located on the top of the ledges in 
each of the corridors before tiem runs out! Good luck on beating this
level.

Mission VI: Second Ride
--------------------------

Here we go again with another one of Lex Luthor's ring courses. This is
not the last ring course, there is still more to come. Once done with
the ring course, grab and throw the Mine drops. You must complete this 
task in under three minutes, or you have to start over. The next task is
to destroy all of the Dark shados you see in front of the skater. The
fastest way to defeat the Dark Shadows, to to fly strait into them.
Not those Mine Droppers again! Do not worry, there are two of them
circuling a building. And now finally the last task on this level! You
must destroy all of the giant robots by picking them up and throwing
them. If you see Dark Shadows, ignore them. They are just there to
annoy you.

Mission VII: Lexcorp
-----------------------

This is now a search and rescue mission. Lex Luthor has a bunch
of clues about where all three people you have to save in lair.
Kill all of the Dark Shadows in all areas. They are located on the
main floor, the conference room, and a pool room. Go to the 
conference room and find the clue on the table. Press B to get
a clue about turning off the generators. Go in the
elevator that says unlocked and go upstairs. Make sure you have
the code from that clue you looked at in the conference room.
You will now have to turn off the generators. Now make sure you
kill the Dark Shadows in the other room. Go back on the elevator
to the lobby. You will see another elevator saying unlocked.
Go inside and watch out! Kill everybody inside, and continue on
down the walkway. Now another elevator will now open. Go to it
and go up to Luthor's office where Parasite waits patientily for
you. You will now have to fight against him! Start flying toward
him until you make him fly out the window. You will now have to
find the memos on the desk. Read them to finally find the location
of Lois, Professor, and Jimmy.

Mission VIII: Third Ride
---------------------------

This is quite an easy level. You must kill the Dark Shadows. Then
the two Mine Droppers. Next you will have to destroy those pesky
tornadoes away. Then think fast on killing the Dark Shadows, so
you could protect the people. Then destroy the six dumb bums
that are willing to murder the skaters.

I have not gotten further then this in my guide yet, but in the next
version like always, I will have the rest of the complete guide
finished and ready to be sent.

Mission IX: Warehouse
------------------------

In this mission you will have to find Lois. Destroy the Dark Shadows,
and recieve the get the keycard. Now you will be able to see Lois
appear. Talk to her once you she her using the keycard. Once you 
talk to her she will get taken away. Now go through the door you see
and destroy the Dark Shadows (is that all of the enemies in this game,
or is it just that this is all the creators could model). Now find the
level three card in one of the boxes. Go back to the hallway again, use
your flying ability! You have to go back to the room where you first 
tried to rescue Lois. Then fly to the wall. Destroy the Dark Shadow, 
and go to the end of the walkway. Now here comes the problem, you
will have to go on the three computers to get out, or you will
get a beating from Krytonite. Now go to the hallway, and go to the
control room. Oh, oh we got trouble! Now you will have to fight 
against Metallo. Try getting him in the hallway. This will make
him go away. Now Lois will be freed. Now go to the computers. 
Go to the center computer to disactivate Krytonite. Now go on the
other computers to free Lois. And you also will now be able to
access Level One. Next you have to disactivate the Lexoskell 5000
assembly line. Do not bother to fight any Lexoskells on the Level 6
place. Now you have to find a computer in Level Two. You will need
to disactivate the laser door to get to Level Two. Now enter the room.
See the crates? Well you have to take them, and put them with the 
forcefields. Now you can enter a room where Lois is. Now you will have
to play "convey" for a while. Now go behind Lois to find X-Ray vision.
Now start leaving with Lois. Now the rest is up to you! Oh wait, I 
forgot to tell you that you will be fighting Metallo on the way out.
So use your X-Ray vision to find crates. Throw them at him to destroy
him real fast.

Mission X: Fourth Ride
-------------------------
This mission is so simply, like most of them. You have to first destroy
the freaking Dark Shadows (again). Then you will have to fight against
the same Mine Droppers. Then you have to help out dumb hostages, who
where at the wrong place at the wrong time. Then you have to destroy
five Mine Droppers (again!!). To destroy any kind of enemy real quick,
just fly right into them (i.e. This is an excellent tip for destroying
those pesky Dark Shadows).

Mission XI: Park Place
-------------------------

This mission is a search and rescue mission. You have to find Jimmy
Olsen, who is being held captive by Darseid's parademons in the 
Daily Planer's underground garage. You must first go to the third
underground level. Since you are Super Man, you must destroy the
brick wall where Jimmy is. Do not get real close to him. First you
need to get a key card from under a car on the first level. After
you go back up to recieve the card, you can get Jimmy. Now the mission
changes from a search and rescue mission, to a bomb finding mission.
Now you have to go to the second level, and find a parking lot.
This parking lot should have two laser beams. Use crates to cover
them up. Now look for Superbreath, located in the room opposite
of the room with bombs. Now disactivate the bombs! Then destroy 
the Kryptonite by using your Super(stinky)breath. Now find
Darkseid on the floor that you are on. He should be by the elevators
you where on earlier. Kick his behind, until you knock him out.
Now it is time to bring him to the police. Go up a level.

Mission XII: Fifth Ride
--------------------------

Here we go again with another special ed's level! You must first 
blow away the two tornadoes you see. They you must find the
"other" three tornadoes (WHY REPEATS?). And for the last thing
you have been waiting for...the most demanded enemy you ever
wanted to fight!....DARK SHADOWS!!......WHHHHYYYYYY!! THE PAIN!!

Mission XIII: S.T.A.R. Labs
------------------------------

NOT AGAIN! This mission is another repeat like the other search
and rescue missions, except with a diffrent level design, different
enemy's (not much really), and different hostages you have to rescue.
But this time you must rescue Professor Hamilton from Parasite.
Now you must not hit, kick, or punch Parasite at all. He is just
here to ruin the chance of rescuing the Professor. So you know those
computers back at the beginning of the level. You must turn all
three computers on. You now have to do something with blocking
Parasite. How? Here's how! Go to Hamilton and talk to him. He
will give you some tips about kicking Parasites butt. Now go 
to the cave water tunnel. You will find a card in here. Now you
can activate the water force field. Now find Parasite, and 
make him follow you upstairs. Now attract him to "the force"
field. Now you can blcok the force field by going to the console
that is inside the force field. Now go find Professor Hamiltion
again. He will give you some tips about getting HIM out of his
force field. Now you will have to find the invisble bridge 
(which is located in the top room). Now you should find a room
with green (which is the green field). Now go back to Professor
Hamilton finally rescue him.

Mission XIV: Sixth Ride
--------------------------

It seems like these levels are bonus stages, but no, they are supposed
to be "real levels". They are supposed to go with the so called
"Story Line". Well enough with the junk, on with the game!

You must first destroy the cars (2x). Next you must find the two
tornadoes and blow them away. Next you must destroy the 
all-o-mighty......best of the force.....DARK SHADOWS! OHH NOOO!
I'M SHAKEN LIKE A FAT BOY!!....Oh yea, fly right into the car
and throw it also.

Mission XV: The Metro (ThE MaTrIx)
-------------------------------------

Now the following levels that you are about to play, require the
diffcultly level to be risen up so you could play it. This level
requires you to put it on NORMAL. Enjoy.

Simply mission actually! You have to destroy the army of Dark Shadows
that you see (OH NO!). There are also Dark Shadows with Rocket 
launchers. So quickly blow them to bits, before Super Man turns into
Super Ashy. There is a tunnel in the level, but you must complete only
one easy objective to get in it. Destroy every Dark Shadow in the level.
After you have managed to find and destroy every freaking Dark Shadow.
Now head to the tunnel. Talk to a trapped person there. After that
enter the sewer. Now be prepared to fight the boss of the level.
No it isn't "DARK SHADOW'S EVIL TWIN", it's...Lexoskel 5000.
The best thing to do is block the whole time, sorry that is the 
only tip I am giving you on destroying the butt head.
Now go to the hidden passageway. You will find a freezing item.
Now you have to take the subway patron, and get out of here!!!

Mission 16: Seventh Ride
---------------------------

You must destroy whatever is in the way of the man. Next destroy
the two Mine Droppers you see. Next you must find and destroy
the Five Dark Shadows. Then you must take some cars and 
toss them away so that the airplane you see can take off.

Mission 17: Brainiac's Spacecraft
------------------------------------

You must find the key pieces in this level to disactivate Brainiac's
bad evil crazy and lazy technology. You will have to destroy every
single enemy in this mission to get all of the keys. You will need
each one to go on computers and junk. You will need to go to the
Tnunderdome. Go to the activator. Now follow the directions!
Use red pointers (arrows) to know which lasers to shoot. IT'S THAT
SIMPLY!!! Then you must go to the rooms that are up and below you.
Now you must throw the cans on four teleporters that send enemys
here. Now you must go back in time in the teleporters. Now you have
to help your "friends" out. First meet Jimmy, he will tell some junk
that you will need to know to complete the level. Disactivate
the three white beams. You must do this to help Jimmy from getting
enemies on his butt. Now you must freeze Jimmy to help him
from getting shocked by lightning (wouldn't it kill him anyways?).
Now you have to go to the Thunderdome, and fight some guy named
Brainiac. Now accross from this place should be another annoying
white beam (isn't the whole game annoying, haven't you had enough
of this game yet). Disactivate it! Now the spacecraft is 
activated. Now go in the room above you. You will need to destroy
the freaking enemies. You must then activate the freaking console.
Now here comes the action (in the last level)! You must take the
red bomb and bring it to the Thunderdome. Put it in the center
of the Thunderdome. You must now act quick. You have to go to the
teleporters, and make sure you go to the year 2000 (y2k). If you
do not make it....your dead! Also freeze your buddys and push 
them into the teleporters also. Or you will not be able to complete
the game. If you survive, well...CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE MANAGED
TO BEAT THE GAME WITHOUT ALSO BEING GLITCHED LIKE THE GAME! Now since
you have completed the game, you can move on to better games like
Soldier of Fortune PC.

On the Main Menu press C Up, C Down, C Left, C Right. You will hear 
somebody say "This looks like a job for Super Man!". That means the code 
works. Now start a new game or load a game.

5a. My Review
----------------

This game is not really what I really thought it would be like. Heck
the classic Superman game for the NES is better then this game. The
game has a lot of big levels, but with bad awful missions. The other
worst thing is the movement with the character. The creators of the game
also took a long time to make the game "just right". Yea right, they 
just made it worser and worser. I sure hope that the Creators of the
Spider Man game do not screw up just as bad the creators of this game
did. And what is the deal with the characters! Tornadoes? DARK SHADOWS?
Why did they waste so much precious time on about 6 enemies for the
game? 6 enemies is nothing. If I were the game tester, I would have 
told the creators the game should of been dumped, instead of even
being released. I guess Titus releases only the "archive" games to
make a few extra bucks these days. To give this game a star rating,
this is what it "I" would give it. Here it goes:

The worst game in the whole wide world goes to: SUPERMAN

6b. What's new in the FAQ
----------------------------

Version 1.0 (December 28, 1999)- Started typing up. Put in all of what 
you see right now in it. Need some Super Man History for the " The 
History of Super Man From Begininning to ???, but haven't got much.
Got the game yesterday for $10, brand new! Yesterday was December 27, 
1999.

Version 1.1 (April 25, 2000)- Added more strategies to beat other levels
in the game. You could probably tell that I forgot to update this, and
that I got bored. This guide has also not been released yet. I also 
fixed the layout of the guide, and also fixed the Table of Contents
so that you could actually find something in this guide without digging
through it. I also added a rating for the guide, to tell you if it 
contains no bad language or contains good language in here. This is 
useful for people who are very concerned if a bad word will appear in 
this guide. The first version was supposed to have bad language in 
it, but does not!I have though in every guide of mine a rating for 
this, so be prepared just to see good ratings.

Version 1.2 (May 4, 2000)(MORNING)- I added some more strategies for 
two more levels in the game. I should have this guide have the rest 
of the walkthrough next version. Well enjoy!

Version 1.2 (May 4, 2000)(AFTERNOON)- I finished the rest of the guide
up. I finished the rest of the Walkthrough up. I will be adding more
codes and Game Shark codes latter. Then I will be spell checking 
this guide for errors. Then after I get that stuff finished, I will
have the final guide ready for next release. Oh yea I also made a
little (stupid) mini review for the game.
