007: The World is Not Enough
Review by RockyStarPro
"Another James Bond Classic"
Welcome to my review for The World is not enough. This game comes after the famous Golden eye and James Bond continues his entertaining series for the Nintendo 64. As for people who played Golden eye and the enemy was Alec Trevelyan, this game has another challenging and good Foe and his name is Renard and as Xenia Onatopp was Trevelyan's sidekick in Golden eye, this game has the same and her name is Elektra King. You start off in Courier and that is a level in a bank and after that is Kings Ransom and Sir Robert father of Elektra is in the level and dies after an incident with the briefcase he held. Once you are up to the last level which is called "Meltdown" and you has to swim under water in the submarine until you get to the end where Christmas Jones is and defeat Renard.
The graphics in this game are awesome because the picture of James Bond fits Pierce Brosnan who plays in the movie and the graphics for Elektra and the others is awesome because it fits the characters real pictures and makes this game look a bit realistic. The graphics for the levels is good because it looks like the ones in the movie and this time they are a bit shinier which makes the game much, much better. The bad thing for the graphics is that the gun looks too boring and not much realistic. This could be improved by making the guns look like how they did in Golden eye because they were awesome and I believe that this game would be awesome if it had the realistic looks on the gun. So at the end for the graphics it is good and stands out but the weapon graphics could be improved in more than 5 ways.
The best part of the game is surely the game play because it has hours and hours of entertainment and not 1 second of this game that will get you bored. There are some very hard parts in this game when you have to figure out what you must do to beat the level and once you are beginning to feel like a professional then try Secret Agent or 00 Agent. You will have 14 levels that have great fun and also have new missions on each difficulty you play going up. You can also unlock cheats and that is done by beating the levels in a certain time just like for the people who have played Golden eye, it has the same cheat system but different cheats. Multi Player mode is awesome because it lets you play vs. mode with your mate and you can customize the game to make it a whole lot better. This game also allows you to play vs. Mode 1 player and that is done by picking the vs. Mode and putting 3 computers against you and it is just like playing with a friend but instead you're fighting robots. So at the end for the game play it is good and has lots of fun and when your mates are over make sure you play this game because it will have the best vs mode on the Nintendo 64.
The music in this game is not bad because it has some parts where it is really catchy and some parts that just do not fit in the game. The start song is arguably the best in the game because it has a tune that is catchy but the ones in the submarine are also catchy but can't match the one at the start. At the end for the music it is not bad and not good because it has good parts and bad parts for example the start song is the best in the game and for the ones that the music is silent are bad because you can not hear them. Some levels are stealth ones and the music fits it but the creators could have at least put it a tiny bit more higher because I can barely hear it.
Rent or Buy:
I recommend to buy this game because it will be worth your money and also worth all of your time with its great fun and entertainment.
Overall The World is not Enough for the Nintendo 64 is a game that most people will never forget because it has the best action and the funnest 1 Player and vs modes. The only improvement that was needed were the music because they were very silent and if they were a bit louder then this game would have one of the best music on the Nintendo 64 and thank you for reading my review.
